Match A: Melody Serperior vs "The Miracle Girl" Mighty Yukiko

Just as Melody got to her feet, Mighty Yukiko would quickly seize green-ette's head tot trap it in a headlock!

Melody grunted in pain as she attempted to shove Yukiko off of her, but the veteran's grip was too strong for the escape to be so simple, resorting to other means such as sending punches to the former Angel's stomach...but all for naught as her punches would get weaker and weaker, having little effect on Yukiko. Melody started to weaken as Yukiko's grip lasted at first for 5 seconds...then 10...then 15 as she continued to find a way to escape. Her lack of experience in technical wrestling was showing as she was trapped for way longer than she should've been!

However, she wouldn't let the headlock to be the turning point of the match for the Ace! Collecting all the strength that she could, Melody's hands would go around Yukiko's waist, before she lifted the pinkette above her head, dropping her on her back!

Yukiko was a bit surprised that she was able to keep the headlock in for so long; as it seemed Melody was struggling to break the simple maneuver! Able to withstand the greenette's desperate punches, Yukiko figured now would be a good time to try and take Melody down to the ground with a headlock takeover and take full advantage of this surprisingly effective hold.

However, before Yukiko could drop her weight down, the arms of Melody suddenly wrapped around her waist! Not able to escape, Yukiko was lifted into the air and dropped straight onto her back with a massive backdrop! Letting go of the headlock and clutching her back in pain, Yukiko was helpless to avoid this shift in momentum!

Melody still felt lightheaded after the headlock, Yukiko getting her good with the hold. The green-ette might have more problems going forward if her foe put her into a more complex move away from the ropes.

But right now, she had an upper hand. If she didn't let up, the Ace might've been done before long. Sure, Yukiko was tough, but Melody had to show that she was tougher.

"Come here!", Melody would shout as she got Yukiko back to her feet by her head, before snapping her arm around the former angel's head. She wasn't going to payback for the earlier headlock, she wasn't good with holds. Instead, she would drop on her back, driving Yukiko's head with her into the canvas with a DDT!

Meoldy's lack of experience in techincal wrestling was quite clear for Yukiko, a weakness she would keep in mind for the future, but the brit was making up for this with her determination and quick thinking. Still clutching her back from the earlier suplex, Yukiko suddenly felt the arm of her opponent reach around her head before sending her head first into the mat with a spine jarring DDT! The ace attempted to roll over to the ropes after the impact, clutching her head as she tried to make some distance to recover.

Melody's plan to pin the former Angel failed as Yukiko would roll over to the nearest set of ropes, using them to help herself up. Ref stood in between the two girls to allow Yukiko to recover without any problems. Melody was eager to get back into the fight, as she herself got a second to recover from the earlier headlock.

"I definitely understand why you are the Ace of Wrestle Angels. But I will still get you down for the 3 count, Yukiko!", Melody would say in a respectful, but confident tone.

Yukiko shook her head as she leaned against the ropes, the DDT from Melody having stunned her slightly. It was clear that Melody Serperior was a formidable opponent; Yukiko had to step up her pace! If she wanted the win, she would have to force Melody to wrestle her style of match.

"We'll see about that," Yukiko said respectfully back at her opponent as she stepped from the ropes, arms up and ready to grapple again. Not wasting any time, Yukiko lunged at Melody and attempted to go behind the British competitor, wrapping her arms around her waist before bending back to attempt a German Suplex!

Smiling at her opponent's response, Melody approached Yukiko as she exit the corner...

...until suddenly, Yukiko ran past the green-ette, her arms encircling her at her waist for a waistlock!

Melody hurried to break the loop at Yukiko's arms, but was too late as the Ace swiftly got her up into the air, before slamming her opponent into the mat with a German Suplex! The question now was whether Yukiko would let go of her opponent, or bridge to follow the move up with an immidiate pin!

To pin or not to pin? Yukiko chose to go for a different option than bridging or letting go. Still holding on to Melody's wrist, Yukiko would roll over and stand up, forcing Melody to go up with her in the same position as the original german! "Ready for another?" Yukiko would ask before bending back again to go for a second german suplex, which would be followed up with a third before she finally bridged for a pin. Unless Melody was able to escape, Yukiko would have landed a series of three german suplexes (counting the one from eariler) on her!

Yukiko neither bridged, nor let go of Melody after the German Suplex. Instead, the Ace had something more painful in mind.

Rolling over and getting the greenette back to her feet, Yukiko would prepare for a second German Suplex! And before Melody could even let out a scream, Yukiko rolled over again, and hit the third and last, but just as powerful, German Suplex!

Melody was unable to break the applied waistlock at any point during the Triple German Suplexes, and as a result, her upper back, neck and shoulders were now in monstrous pain.

"ONE!"

With her closing her eyes from cringing in pain from the 3 attacks, Melody only just realised that the pinkette was trying to pin her!

"TWO!"

No. She wouldn't be out of this fight just from 3 suplexes. She had to show that she could go toe to toe with the former Angel!

"TH----NO!"

Just as ref had her hand up in the air, Melody would jerk her legs upwards to break the contact between her shoulders and the mat, and as such, the pin!

Yukiko was a bit shocked as Melody was able to kick out of the three german suplexes, the green haired girl still seeming to have more fight in her. Not wasting any time, Yukiko would reach down to the bicep and neck of Melody to try and pull her to her feet before transitioning her grip to the girl's waste, looking to send Melody into the ropes for an irish whip!
