Problem is, she can be a bit forceful with them, attempting to help even when the person in question doesn't need any, only taking no for an answer when someone is visibly angry at her. On the flipside, she herself never outwardly shows her anger towards other people outside of the ring...even if cracks do occasionally begin to show.
Inside the ring: Keeps her smile on as her poker face. Nowadays, she rarely panics while in the ring, even when the situation seems dangerous. People trapped in her holds that she holds particular grudges towards would know it during the match, as she puts in extra effort in those holds just for them...

A child of a famous Japanese singer and a Greek ambassador, Hinata Flourou grew up in a life of privilage, pampered with kindness every step of the way. Even if slightly spoiled, Hinata was brought up in a household with good morals and values.
Surprisingly for such a kind-hearted girl, as she started school, her hobbies drifted towards combat sports and wrestling in her teenage years...despite the fact that she wasn't great at it. With her school having a pedigree in producing quality wrestlers, after a few months of failings, she was rejected from the club. Despite having love for combat sports, nothing truly clicked for Hinata. Karate, Judo, boxing. While she could pick up the initial fundamentals well enough, when it came to actually putting her knowledge to practice in a real fight, with her trainers usually putting it down to the lack of aggression.
With all her school's clubs closing their doors to her, Hinata decided to take last avenue available - professional wrestling. Same problems still haunted her there, even if the wrestling school, and the associated Joshi wrestling promotion - Pro Wrestling Spirit, didn't mind Hinata's problems, as they noticed a boon of her's in the ring. The girl could take quite a bit of punishment before finally being defeated, being a very good hand at showcasing other wrestlers at the company. Still, Hinata was determined, not only to make wrestling her career, but also to be the best at it.
Slowly, she was improving. Her skills were always great, but with time, her frustration at her losses turned into healthy competitive aggression. Suddenly, 2 years into her career, she managed to pick up the win for her tag team in a match via a roll up. Another time, she pulled through and won a qualification match for the promotion's yearly Round-Robin tournament. Her record wasn't anything to write home about, but even her trainers and her company could see that the girl had something to her.
Even with a lack of wins, Hinata was finding herself quite a few fans early on. One of those was Daisuke Hayashi, as he attended a Pro Wrestling Spirit show with his parents, as Hinata noticed he was cheering her on even as she was being completely decimated in the match. Afterwards, he approached Hinata after a match, and with a word of praise, the two hit it off quite well, their friendship blooming into romance. Impressing Daisuke as he started to attend each and every one of the shows she wrestled at became an additional kick of motivation Hinata needed to start winning slightly more. Adding to her improvements in the ring was a swift and sudden growth spurt, swiftly bringing Hinata among one of the taller women in the company.
As Hinata finished school, her parents were receptive to her being a wrestler, but still required her to attend University, to have a fall-back career in case wrestling doesn't work out after all (with Hinata choosing Mythology for her course). At first, Hinata believed she could juggle the two...before fate decided to deal a tragic card to the woman.
As Hinata and Daisuke planned to get married, Daisuke ended up being killed in a car accident. There was very little time to grieve for Hinata, as a week after his death and shortly after he was buried, she discovered she was pregnant. Determined to keep what she could to honor Daisuke's memory, Hinata would become a mother to 2 twin girls - Haru and Aki, while she herself took on Daisuke's last name as her own.
Despite the studies, being a mom, and being an active wrestler, Hinata managed to not crack under pressure. But with so much on her plate, in addition to a big source of her motivation being gone, her wrestling career stalled. Despite her big size, she was back on mostly losing, with few wins she did have being either lucky wins, or someone else taking the win in a multi-man match. Still, at prime of her career, Hinata was determined to be a great Pro Wrestler.
During this time, Pro Wrestling Spirit would crossover with several indie companies across Europe, with Hinata deciding to take the opportunity to go, both for work, and as vacation for her daughters.
And while wrestling in her father's homeland of Greece, at a company called Spartan Arena...things began to click for Hinata as she wrestled against a similarly skilled wrestler there. Her prior motivation from when Daisuke was alive came back to her as she wrestled in her homeland, with quite a few fans who knew her from Japan being on her side for the match, resulting in it being highly competitive, one that Hinata called one of the best matches of her career so far.
After the European tour was over, Hinata requested to stay in Greece for a while longer (being accomodated at her father's villa with her daughters), to try and improve at Spartan Arena. While she had full grasp of Spirit's teaching of power moves and strikes, they didn't teach too much about submissions at the time, something that Spartan Arena helped teach to her big time. Absorbing the culture of her second homeland, Hinata came back to Japan a changed woman.
Adopting a moniker "Demeter", and sporting a new, green look, Hinata came back on a swift tear of her home company's roster. She came back just in time for Spirit Cup round robin tournament, and as a complete shock to everyone, ended up finishing her bracket with no losses, and would ultimately win in the finals to get the Spirit Cup, and the Number 1 contendership shot at the title...which she would claim only a short month later.
From there, Hinata's career had her ups and downs, all the while raising her daughters with help from her parents. One part in which she became very helpful to Spirit is as a trainer, helping wrestlers who struggled as she did to find their way to the right track in their career. In parallel to that, on occasion, Persephone partook in spicier matches. Apartment wrestling, catfights...and even an actual Pankration match on a repeat visit to Greece.
With her success in wrestling, LAW actually tried to sign her much earlier, however she always had to refuse a potential contract, having struck a perfect balance with her career and her family life...even though Hinata knew that LAW, being much bigger than Spirit, was a natural step forward in her career as a wrestler. Soon, however, Haru and Aki grew into adults, taking their own journeys into the world. With Hinata having more time to herself now, the greenette decided to say her good byes to Spirit and sign with LAW.
