Melody Serperior vs "Prism Girl" Anzu Mazaki - 5 Count Match

Melody, on instinct of a normal match, kicked out right before the third count...something that launched the Prism Girl into a rage, as she straddled Melody's stomach, and launched rapid punches to the greenette's face!

Quickly, Melody would attempt to block her face, from the anger filled punches of her brunette opponent. It seemed that Anzu was even more desperate from her losses than she thought...

Still, it was no reason for her not to treat Prism Girl as any other opponent. Especially now. As ref attempted to stop Anzu from pummeling Melody, the greenette had her own idea. Quickly snaking her legs behind Anzu's shoulders, she would pull Prism Girl's shoulders onto the mat, while raising herself to a seat, and quickly rolling her up for a quick pin attempt!

Anzu was too enraged as she charged at Melody that she'd easily get rolled up. Before she knew it Anzu would hear the referee count to 3 and then she'd roll through to gt out of the pin. Anzu still steamed that her pla thus far wasn't bearing any fruit, would jump a Melody trying to hit a Jumping Forearm Strike to her opponent's face if it worked Anzu would mount Melody to do close ranged Forearm Strikes o try and knock th fight out of her opponent.

Melody's roll up attempt didn't yield the result she needed, as Anzu would roll through the roll up to escape the pin...

...and jump straight the risen Melody with a forearm aimed straight at greenette's head!

Melody, on the other hand, would see a perfect opprotunity for the win, as she herself would jump into the air, with her arms attempting to reach the Prism Girl's head, aiming to bring it straight into the canvas for a hard and match ending Leaf Blade!

Anzu had a very simple approach to try and get back into this match. The problem with her plan was that it was too simple, and Melody found an easy counter to it. Anzu's eyes widened as she realized her position before she'd be spiked down into the mat with Melody's finisher the Leaf Blade. "UGH!!..." Anzu was down and out. This could be the end of this match as Melody was about to survey the situation, as Anzu was laid out on the mat spread eagle with her eyes closed.

With a thud and a short scream, Anzu was out. Melody felt slightly sorry for the girl for handing her another loss like this, but she herself needed some wins:

"Better luck next time...", she would say, as she covered the girl for the 5 count...

Anzu was finished, and she was pinned by Melody for a 5 count. The referee would ring the bell signaling the end of the match, as Anzu was left laid out on the mat defeated once again. Anzu hadn't been on a good run since her start in LAW. Anzu was saddened even more when she came to and would take a sad walk backstage. Anzu had to turn her career around if she wanted to keep her job with the company. After all, who is going to pay to see a compulsive loser.
