Alice Gaster vs Kyo Akamatsu

Kyo was hurting all over at this point. Alice's sheer speed was proving very difficult to keep up with, even for a wrestler like him, who prided himself on his ability to effectively counter his opponents. As it was, Alice had been able to squash him hard against the ring floor, her lighter frame not really an issue given the sheer speed of her attack. Suffice to say, things were not going well for him right now.

He could only groan as Alice pulled him up, and flung him like so much useless debris into the ring. Rolling onto his back, Kyo took several deep breaths; he had to turn this match around, he knew, especially since Alice no doubt had some other attack in mind. He forced an eye open: true enough, Alice was busy climbing the ring apron, her back turned to him, seemingly getting ready for another aerial attack.

Rolling over, Kyo gritted his teeth and pushed himself up to his hands and knees. The moment Alice leapt off, Kyo would spring forward towards the ropes, hoping to evade the attack. Assuming that he managed this dodge, then if Alice's botched shooting star ended up leaving her sprawled on the mat, then he would rebound into her with a brutal knee drop...otherwise, if she handed on her feet, then he intended to rebound into her with a surprise lariat!

As Kyo began to stand up, Alice got slightly worried. Her trajectory was meant for a prone opponent, so landing onto a standing target meant a worth crash landing than her top rope manuevers were usually like. She shifted her legs midflight, planning to meet Kyo head on after he stood up...only for her rival to completely move out of the way!

"MGH!", Alice let out, landing on her hands and knees, quickly pushing herself to her feet...

...only to be met with Kyo's Lariat!

"AAAAAAGH!"

The impact spun Alice in the air, to the point where she ended up flipping and landing on her front from the Lariat! Downed from the strikes, she was in no shape to get back up to her feet in the next few moments...

Kyo's ability to sometimes think ahead paid off big time: not only did he manage to evade Alice's attack, but, as she was still turning around, he came at her while she was vulnerable and nailed her with a brutal lariat! The blow sent the lighter girl flipping head over heels before landing on her front, leaving her nice and vulnerable to any follow up. And Kyo, at this point, had plenty of follow ups.

Without wasting any time, Kyo pressed a knee down on his rival's back, before grabbing for one of her boots, trying to stretch it across his shoulders and bend Alice into an almost perfect C-shape as he tried to lock in one of his signature moves, a punishing stretch muffler!

”Uuuuugh…AGH!”

Alice tried to shake her head, but the Lariat rattled her skull too well. The world was swimming in her eyes. She knew that there was no way Kyo wouldn’t follow up on his move before she could stand up to defend herself…and she would be proven right, as Kyo drove his knee hard into her back!

From there, grabbing the Brit’s leg, he would fold Alice into a firm C shape as he trapped her in a painful, spine-stretching Stretch Muffler!

”GAAAGH! AGHHH!!!”, Alice cried out as she felt like Kyo wanted to rip her in two…and in some way, was succeeding!

With Kyo pressing his knee onto her back, Alice couldn’t effectively drag both of them to the ropes…gritting her teeth, she endured the hold, trying to kick her free leg into her rival’s body to try and force him to drop the hold!

Kyo had Alice in a position where she was neatly trapped now: with all of his weight pressing down on the small of her back, Alice couldn't crawl towards the ropes as effectively as she might have liked, and her ability to strike back at Kyo from this angle was severely limited. All the while, Kyo bent Alice's leg the wrong way, putting pressure on her ligaments as he bent her into a C-shape, testing her flexibility to its limits. It was a hold designed to make even the most sturdy opponent tap out eventually.

Alice wasn't that sturdy, but she was inventive, and flexible: her free leg suddenly snapped up. From this angle, it was difficult to land a solid kick against Kyo, but Alice somehow managed it, shooting a kick up into Kyo's side! He gasped from the blow, the impact enough to force him backwards, his grip coming loose. Huffing for breath, and quietly admiring Alice's tenacity, he rolled to his feet to resume his attack: without wasting time he would run forwards, aiming to drop an axe kick squarely down across Alice's shoulders!

Alice’s kick worked! She managed to get Kyo off of her, driving him away, and giving herself a chance to recover! Unfortunately for her, that chance was not enough. The moment she pressed her hands and knees against the ring canvas, she collapsed. The Stretch Muffler did a decent number on her back, to the point where it was difficult to get up. She tried again, managing to keep balance on her limbs…

…but her second attempt would be violently interrupted by a hard Axe Kick onto Alice’s shoulders!

”AAAGHHH!!!”

Toppling once more, Alice cringed as she was driven back into the canvas, her upper back hurting as Kyo’s attacks kept coming!

That last kick from Kyo succeeded in hammering Alice even more, sending the British girl toppling back onto the mat. Kyo, though, had no intention of letting her rest for long: grabbing a hold of one of Alice's arms, Kyo would haul her to her feet, and, without giving her time to recover her balance, would whip her towards the ropes.

As Alice came bouncing back, however, Kyo would run to the left, bouncing off the adjacent ropes to come at Alice from the side even as she came rebounding! Hopefully blindsiding the English terror, Kyo try to surprise her with spinning backfist. If this managed to knock Alice down, then he would waste no time in covering her and hooking her leg for the pinfall!

Alice has been completely worked over by Alice in the last few minutes of the match, Kyo managing to swing the momentum of the match to his favour…and Alice was feeling the effects of each and every one of his attacks.

She was forcibly picked up to her feet, as Kyo forced her back up to her feet, and whipped her towards the ropes…and upon a rebound, Kyo would rush the opposite side of the ring himself, before dashing swiftly towards Alice as he swung his back of his fist into Alice’s jaw!

Alice dropped hard from the attack, mouth agape, but unable to scream. She saw stars in her eyes as her rival pinned her…and the ref administered the count:

”ONE!”

“TWO!”

“THR—NO!”

Right before the third count, on instinct more than a conscious action, Alice threw her arm into the air to forcefully get her shoulders off the canvas!

The count almost reached three. Almost. Showing the same level of tenacity she had before, though, Alice barely managed to get a shoulder up in time. At this, the crowd burst into applause, impressed by Alice's refusal to quit. If Kyo hadn't been her opponent, he would have been clapping with them.

Knowing that he needed to wear the spunky Brit down even further if he was going to score a win against her, Kyo shoved Alice over onto her back, before grabbing her chin and a knee in each hand and pressing a knee against her back, trying to stretch her back in a bow and arrow hold! If he managed to lock it in, the would try to drop onto his back and elevated the hold, bending Alice over his raised knees!

As much as Alice used tricks in her regular matches, nobody could deny her skill or her toughness. She could survive some of the worst weapon shots, cuts or in this case, strikes imaginable, and could still keep fighting for a good while!

However, her opponent still had to find a way to beat her, and as such, would plant his knees across her back and pull at her chin and knees for a Bow and Arrow hold!

”MGH! AAAGH!!!”

With her spine bent as badly as it was, especially after the Stretch Muffler, Alice grit her teeth to try and weather the painful hold as she was, once more, turned into a C shape!

Trying to escape, Alice would grab at Kyo’s arm at her chin, trying to weaken his grip, while trying to use her free leg to try and get some momentum to free her trapped limb! She tried to rock to her side, and, if successful in getting her leg free, would try and roll on top of Kyo to try and catch him with a sudden pin!
