LAW Apex Match: Doctor Fabulous vs. Vera Sapphire

Doctor Fabulous smiled happily at Vera, seeing her getting ready for the Test of Strength. The Wrestling Professor held up a hand, getting ready to match it as she inched backwards. Then she held up a finger, shaking her head. Naturally, Vera Sapphire was still very strong and bigger than Fabulous. She couldn't just face her like this.

So she held up her opposite hand, getting close to locking that hand... and then lowering that one as she stepped back again. Looking thoughtful, she shook her head. Doctor Fabulous wasn't quite ready yet.

But then she stepped back again, this time into the corner. She stood on the middle ropes and then held up both hands high, flashing a cheeky smile as she gestured for Vera to face her, now ready to compete in a Test of Strength with her height advantage, garnering laughs from the crowd as she confidently got ready to lock hands once more!

The teasing continued...Fabulous raised one hand up, motioning for Vera to grapple...before moving away.

Before coming back with another hand raised...and backing off again, eliciting laughs from the crowd...and a loud growl of annoyance from the blunette!

Finally, Fabulous would finally try and fight Vera on her level...as she climbed the 2nd rope and raised her hands there, getting even more roaring laughs from Fabulous's LA fans!

Vera meanwhile, finally had enough. In spite of telling herself to calm down, she quickly approached Doc Fab, wrapping her arms around her rival's waist...and turning and slamming her into the floor for a Belly-to-Belly Suplex!

"Be serious!", Vera complained!

Doctor Fabulous had a big, cheeky smile on her face as she rocked her hips, waiting for Vera to engage in her little game of an unfair test of strength, with the Good Doctor suddenly taller than her Russian opponent on the middle rope! She couldn't help but laugh too as Sapphire's frustration. She clearly wasn't having as much fun as Fabulous was. But that's what all of this was for Dr. Lilly Becker. She had her career--this was just a bonus. Something fun she could really sink her teeth into and challenge herself with. And if it wasn't fun for her, she'd simply stop.

But this? This was fun. And the crowd seemed to agree. At least until Sapphire had gotten up to Fabulous and grabbed her around the waste. Looking alarmed, the blonde tried to break the grip of Vera, letting out a groan of worry, alarmed! And she was certainly right to, as her opponent wrestled her into the mat with a crushing Belly-To-Belly Suplex, planting her down!

The Wrestling Professor let out a loud gasp as she laid under Vera, the crowd starting to boo her opponent loudly for ending the Doctor's good fun. Still, Fabulous managed to crack a smile, perhaps only by the loud encouragement of the audience, and said, "That doesn't sound fun... Be Fabulous." She offered the suggestion, which may have been a bad spot for it given Vera's temperament, but she truly and absolutely could not resist.

Vera smirked as she slammed Doc Fab into the canvas…but as she rose to her feet, she quickly realized that she was the only one in the arena who liked what she did!

”What?! Oh, come on! We are in a match! What else am I supposed to do?”, Vera grew more and more confused, as the crowd grew irate with her…and Fabulous could still manage to poke fun at her!

”And you? Mggh…just…Shut it!”, Vera angrily said, but stiffling a smile at her foe’s joke, as she grabbed her by her arm to pull her back up to her feet, not wanting to grab her hair and make the crowd even more irate with her.

From there, Vera would Irish Whip Fabulous into the ropes, rushing to the opposite side of the ring herself, before both women rebounded off the ropes, rushing at each other for collision as Vera got her arm ready for a vicious Lariat!

Doctor Fabulous continued to lay there, and fortunately she didn't get a punch to the jaw for her remark. It did, however, seem to begrudgingly amuse Vera. The Wrestling Professor could at least light-heartedly shrug at that, which only made her wince at the pain in her back. She was promptly pulled back up to her feet, with The Good Doctor nearly stumbling at the expediency that she was pulled up.

And then the force that she was sent flying towards the ropes in an Irish Whip! Naturally, it was not the best place to be with that kind of momentum carrying her. She could, however, bank on one thing in her favor. Vera was bigger, and therefore, slower! She put her time in running after work, placing it to very good use as she picked up speed when she got close, ruining Sapphire's timing as she ducked under the lariat! Doc Fab kept running from there, rebounding off the the opposite ropes!

As Vera rebounded off the other end, Fabulous kept her eyes on the target. Then, as they were about to collide, she would drop down immediately, sliding her whole body around as she attempted to pick the ankle to make the Russian trip! If successful, she would keep ahold of that leg before placing her boot on the thigh and dropping to the side, attempting to hyper extend the knee to the side! A tricky maneuver, but she could stand to make her bigger opponent just a little bit slower at this point.

The problem with a heavyweight vs middleweight match up is definitely in the way the two divisions trained. Heavyweights had to improve their physical strength, else it would be more difficult to control the pace of the match…while middleweights were a little bit more flexible with their training. They could outspeed or outpower their foes, and focus on one, the other, or both.

As Fabulous ran at Vera, she had more time to react…and therefore, perfectly avoid the collision with the heavyweight’s arm!

”Ah! Черт!”

Vera, after mildly swearing in her native language, would turn around to see Doc Fab rush her once more…but before Vera could pick her foe up, she would drop low, tripping the blunette and trapping her leg in a Legbreaker hold, hyperextending the bigger woman’s leg!

”AAAAAH!!! Ч-черт с тобой!!!”, Vear angrily tried to kick away at her rival in frustration, missing each time…before using her free limb to drag both her and her opponent towards the ropes for a break!

Doc Fab had managed to pick that leg successfully, going lower than Vera had expected at a speedy pace. Tripping up Vera, she clutched her own back briefly with one hand before stomping her foot down on that thigh and yanking back with both hands on her opponent's foot to the side with a Legbreaker! She got an exclamation of pain from her opponent which... well, it meant she was on the right track. If there was anything Doctor Fabulous was good at, it was being able to find key things to exploit, and so she simply continued to tug on that leg as she laid back. "I actually don't know what you're saying, but I have to assume it's not very flattering towards me," said the Good Doctor before giving a sudden jerk, working over that knee joint further. "Which is probably fair."

As Sapphire continued to kick at Doc Fab, the technician watched as she was pulling them closer towards a rope break. Fabulous bit her lip as she waited, humming out loud until Vera was getting close. She could have waited until her opponent was getting the rope break, but she thought she could get more out of this. Waiting until Sapphire was just about there, then she suddenly got up, leg in tow. Then, Fabulous would attempt to pull Vera's leg up and drive it back down, using her foot to slam it down for extra impact. She wanted significant work being done on that leg early. It would surely pay off for her as time went on!

”N-no…AAaaagh…Don’t worry about…mggggh…it. I always praise…aargh…ladies who are trying to break my legs…”, Vera grit her teeth as she quipped back towards Doc Fab, dragging the two of them towards the ropes as quickly as she could…

…before Fab released the hold, right as Vera’s fingertips brushed against the nearby bottom rope, as she instead pulled on Vera’s leg, and brutally drove and stomped it onto the canvas

”GYAAAAAAAGH! YOU…VILE!!!”, the Russian cried out in pain clutching her hurting leg, and shooting an angry glare at the blonde!

Doctor Fabulous had drawn it out to perfection, eventually laying that stomp down onto Vera's leg, driving the knee into the mat as she walked out of it, clapping her hands together. The Wrestling Professor blew out a breath of air from her cheeks and shrugged as her opponent was writhing on the mat, holding her leg. She gave a click of her tongue and turned, wagging her finger to Sapphire. "See, I knew you didn't have anything nice to say. I am perceptive," said Doctor Fabulous cheerfully, despite her opponent's pain.

Then, she would grab the leg she worked over, dragging Vera back to the center of the ring. "Again, I understand though. I might have said a cross word in the ring once or twice too," teased Doc Fab, keeping her good-natured ribbing while she was putting her technical talents to use. It was all about trying to maintain that Fabulous persona. But that also included being able to take her foes down.

This time, the Good Doctor would hold Vera's leg up before attempting another submission. A Spinning Toe Hold would be her next choice, wanting to continue to work over the knee by trying to spin, twining Sapphire's leg around her own, then yanking on the foot in an effort to further torque the knee. And she would do it all, naturally, with a smile on her face.

With Vera shocked by the pain in her leg, unable to get up to her feet…nor fight back as Fabulous continued her torturous offence on Vera’s leg, grabbing at her hurting limb to drag the blunette into the middle of the ring…

…before wrapping her leg around her’s to face away from her body, contorting her limb at a painful angle!

”GYAAAAAGH! AAAAH!!!”, Vera screamed out, punching the canvas in pain…but trying to calm down, rationally thinking about how to get out of her situation without tapping out…or getting to the ropes, knowing that Fab could drop the hold in a painful way to stun her again, and follow up with another hold!

Vera would try and use her free leg to kick away at her foe’s body, trying to get her to drop the hold!
