Was it not too fair a game? Someone could probably say that. But in Nerissa's opinion, there was nothing dishonest in her plan. She is not one of those who adheres to the principle that victory is victory. However, a fighter must act smart sometimies. And if the Native American woman could get a victory thanks to surprise, then she was ready to go for an unexpected pin against the veteran.

Rolling back, she securely pressed her opponent's shoulder blades to the mat. The referee started counting, and the audience loudly repeated each count. Nerissa's movement was fast and it certainly affected the condition of Clara's head, since the first two counts passed without any problems. The Echidna's heart beat a little faster when the referee's palm began to descend for the third time in order to slap the mat.

But the British woman was not ready to lose. A fraction of a second before the referee's palm slapped the mat for the third time, Clara jerked her legs sharply and violently, thereby breaking the pin. The Native American woman was one of those who always does what she wants without holding back her emotions and feelings. She always felt the best in the ring. It was here that her true nature was revealing. And there was nothing to hide here, the Echidna liked it. Someone could probably call it something selfish. Oh, yes, that was exactly what she wanted to hear. When Clara's painful screams filled the arena, a shiver ran through the Native American woman's body, and something seemed to stir inside her. She always felt something special at such moments. When she into a fight for the first time and felt it, this feeling became better for her than any drug. Even then she realized that the ring is the only place that can truly bring her into ecstasy.

And the Echidna was glad that she accepted Victoria's proposal. For many years she participated in the bloody fights of underground wrestling, but sooner or later you need something new. What was all this for? Nerissa had an answer, but hardly anyone would be able to understand it. In many aspects, society has formed so steadily that there is absolutely no point in trying to change anything. But who said that if there is no result, attempts do not make any sense?

Nerissa has seen a lot in her life. And almost everywhere she saw the same thing. She was ready to put up with many things because these things didn't bother her much. But pro wrestling was an integral part of her life and she wasn't going to put up with what she saw both in America and in Japan.

Her views were quite different from the views of another woman from their team, Charlotte. But still their views had a fairly large point of contact. They both believed that the status of a veteran was greatly overrated. Charlotte believed that talent and hard work should come first, not the number of matches. She was willing to give Clara the time that the British woman would surely need after such a devastating impact on her body, and see if the veteran was starting to take her a little more seriously.

She let her go the moment she reached the ropes, leaving her with a snide look that just screamed to not take her lightly. Clara had to admit that she did, if only a little bit, underestimated Echidna’s skill. Her back still felt like it was on fire as she rose, as Nerissa put her all into the hold.

As the two women got back to a neutral, standing position, Clara was determined to take Nerissa down.

She slowly closed the distance between the of them…before launching towards her from a short position, trying to take Nerissa by surprise with a hard Lariat!

The native American woman enjoyed the atmosphere in the arena without remorse. She managed to occupy a certain place in the audience's memory thanks to her debut, where she confronted another self-confident veteran. But today she was in the ring with a rival who was clearly higher in status than Amano. Many believed that the Echidna should be wary of such a formidable opponent. But there was no room for doubt in Nerissa's life. She clearly knew what she wanted and she was ready to go for it no matter what.

The proof of this was Clara, who slowly began to recover from the torture that Nerissa had given her. Under other circumstances, the Echidna probably would have just grabbed the brunette and move her away from the ropes immediately after the referee demanded that Clara be released. Therefore, the Native American woman was determined to defeat her rival properly.

Seeing that the brunette was really struggling with the consequences of the submission hold, Nerissa slightly tilted her head to the side, and then raised her hands. Slowly and defiantly, she began to clap, calling on the audience to join her in order to support the British woman. There were no authorities for Nerissa, but she respected if a fighter had the fortitude. She knew perfectly well that after her hold, Clara's body was filled with pain. But, nevertheless, the brunette was still ready to continue the match. Nerissa respected that.

Finally, Clara got to her feet and took a fighting stance. Sending her rival another grin, the Echidna did the same. Clenching her fists, she raised them to the level of her chin. Starting to swing slightly on her toes, she got ready. Even though her last attacks were successful, she knew she shouldn't relax. Life is a harsh thing and she did not want to miss the victory because of excessive self-confidence. Today will be the day of her triumph, not the day of her fiasco. Nerissa was ready to fight for it.

Noticing that Clara was in no hurry to attack, only slowly approaching Nerissa, the native American woman did not stand still and began to move towards her rival. She did not believe that after all, Clara would want to enter the test of strength, so the Echida tried to predict what exactly the brunette was up to. However, Clara's attack turned out to be quite simple. The outstretched arm destroyed almost the entire element of surprise. If Nerissa had been a timid newbie, trembling in front of the veteran, then it probably could have worked. But if Clara wanted to surprise her, then she needed to come up with something more serious.

She felt Clara's arm barely touch the top of her head, but nevertheless, Nerissa avoided the attack. And she had no intention of stopping. Channeling the force into her legs, she began to run to the ropes behind the brunette in order to turn around at the last moment and bounce off from them. Thus, she wanted to take an additional impulse in order to get closer to Clara, and then move her right arm to the side. For what? To show Clara what a real lariat is!
