Lena Reid vs. GASTER

Curled up into the pin and getting dangerously close to the third count, the Speedster from Britian would attempt to thrust herself up, trying to break the pin as she wasn't going to allow herself to lose in such quick fashion!

If she was able to break out of the pin, she'd attempt to roll towards the ropes and get some distance between her and GASTER to try and catch her breath!

"THR----NO!"

Of course she couldn't win it right now, Clara would think in her head, which would come out as a quiet, annoyed growl underneath the Shadow Lord's smiling mask. As Lena thrust her off of her, GASTER wanted to grab the woman's leg, to possibly trap her in a painful hold to further strip away the speedster's advantage...only for the brunette to roll away to the ropes as she did so.

Letting out a more angry growl this time, GASTER rose to her feet: "You almost lost there, speedster. One more mistake like that would be your last one", she would taunt her fellow Brit, as she put her hands up, allowing the woman to make her way back to her feet...

Rolling over on to her side as she managed to force herself out of a pinning predicament, Lena panted as she realized how close she was to losing the match. Just a mere half second away from stamping on her first loss on her first match was not going to be an easy pill to swallow as she rolled on to her stomach while GASTER rose up to her feet.

Panting out as GASTER reinforced the notion of her near loss, Lena smiled out, "Ha...it'll take...plenty of mistakes before I finally go down...." she let out, trying to maintain the optimistic, never say die attitude of hers as she planted her hands into the mat and began to push herself up. Once on her feet as GASTER would allow it, the two lightweights would face off again as Lena would jerk towards GASTER, shoving both of her hands into GASTER to try and push the masked lightweight away to give herself enough space to back up into the ropes.

Attempting to spring off of the ropes, Lena would race towards GASTER as she would go for a little unorthodox attempt for her moveset and attempted a low dropkick, practically attempting to baseball slide and take out GASTER's feet from below!

"Hmph...we'll see about that...I don't think you'll be able to get up the next time I'll have you down...", she would taunt Lena...

With both of them up to their feet, the match resumed...by Lena sending the Shadow Lord back with a hard shove!

"Oh! Grrrrrr...how dare you put your hands on my be------AAAAAH!"

As much as she liked to play the Shadow Lord, she hated replicating the "Monologuing is a villains biggest weakness" trope during her matches. But, she ended up accidentally doing just that, as after the shove, Lena took back for the ropes while the Shadow Lord talked...and then, faster than the raven-haired chuuni could react, the British Speedster would drop low, aiming her feet straight for GASTER's legs!

The Shadow Lord hissed in pain as she rubbed her hurting legs, and as Lena, seemingly, regained the advantage in their contest!

Sliding down on the mat, taking out GASTER from underneath and staggered her with tending to her leg as she quickly scrambled up to her feet, she was thanking her opponent for going on with the long and drawn out monologue that allowed this to happen. Now that she had some breathing room, Lena would try and continue her advantage, focusing on the leg as she tried twisting her hips and delivering a fast low kick to smack into the side of GASTER's leg!

Trying to drop the Shadow Lord to her knee and if she did, Lena would take a few steps back before attempting to race forward again and go for another low dropkick, this time aiming to drive both of her boots into GASTER's face!

With the Shadow Lord downed to her left knee, her attention was fully on her hurt leg...unaware of her foe being nearby!

"Grrr...wait till I get my hands on you...I swear....GYAAAAAAAAH!"

With Lena catching GASTER in the middle of her other monologue as she attempted to get up, the brunette speedster would launch her leg straight for GASTER's hurting left knee once more, forcing the girl to drop back into the same position that she was in a moment ago!

"D-damn you! Stop interrupting m----!!!"

Lena would do her best not to listen to the Shadow Lord's plea, as she would, instead, step away to get some distance, and rush at forward at her, aiming the soles of her boots right into her masked face!

The Ominous Shadow Lord would drop spray eagled on her back, letting out a soft groan as her hands went for her hurting face, her mask doing little to protect her from the damage of her foe's dropkick!

The quicken pace was definitely working out for Lena as she kept the Shadow Lord on the defensive and took her onto her back after bashing both of her feet into her face. Now that she had her momentum going, Lena was ready to turn up the pressure as she spun up to her feet, pivoting on her knee to get back into a standing position with her finger pointed high up into the lights to build up the hype.

"All right! Here we go!" she would shout out as she stood with her back turned to GASTER's body as she looked over her shoulder to ensure that the position was correct before leaning forward and attempting to flip backwards for a standing moonsault, looking to flop down across GASTER!

Meanwhile, the quickened pace was completely going against the raven-haired chuuni's usual wrestling instincts. She still had some difficulty fighting speed based lightweights on LAW's roster, needing to catch them with a lucky move in order to bring down the pacing down to her favor...but alas, Lena Reid wasn't the woman to easily allow that...

Softly groaning as she got kicked right in her face, GASTER tried to collect herself, trying to prop herself upwards on her hands to get into a sitting position...

But, as she looked up towards the arena lights, she saw a shadow fall over her, as a certain speedsters silhouette came closer and closer towards her small frame, until:

"GUUUUUUAAAAAAH!"

Lena's frame would collide with GASTER's stomach! The question now was, whether the speedster would attempt to follow up the hold with a move to rack some more damage on the Shadow Lord...or try and pin her right here and now!

Throwing herself backwards while tucking her legs in as she flipped backwards nearly perfect, landing right on top of GASTER across her body. Normally a pin would've been a good choice to go for after that moonsault, either receive a win or force the opponent to expend energy at this quicken pace. But Lena wasn't satisfied with just one moonsault. She wanted to show everyone here what she was capable of and what she brought to this squared circle with her gymnastic ability!

Propping her knees into the ground as she planted her elbows into the mat, Lena would continue to show off her flippy prowess as she flipped forward off GASTER, rolling ahead towards the ropes as she got to her feet as she elevated her moveset once more.

Leaping up, she would get both of her feet on the second rope. However the rope was more unstable than anything she worked with in the gym as she had to grab onto the top rope to catch herself, taking up a few seconds of awkward balance before stabilizing herself enough to try for a springboard moonsault!

Despite what GASTER expected, a pin wasn't in Lena's plans for now. Impressively, the brunette speedster would roll off of the Shadow Lord, and approached the nearby corner...

At first, the masked Lord expected to not find strength in herself to predict...let alone counter what her fellow countrywoman had in store for her...

But, with the move not coming up for a little, while, GASTER would regain her senses, just in time to see Lena soaring through the air for another Moonsault...

...right onto GASTER's raised legs, as she attempt to crash her foe's flight!
