Japan vs England! Chika Igarashi vs Chelsea Forster

As Molly reappeared to translate for Chelsea, Chika shot a judging look at Molly, hoping that she didn't even need to say anything to make sure she understood - one more act like that, and she would make sure there wasn't a third time.

Problem being, her message took so long to send, she didn't realize Chelsea was right in front of her!

"<Wha...?!> GAAKH!!!"

Reacting too late to the blonde, Chelsea would successfully ram the flat of her arm into Chika's throat, the hit successfully disrupting Raven Knight's breathing, and forcing her off her legs onto her knees! She was left a coughing mess as Chelsea stood over her...

Molly might have been in the midst of translating the referee's concerns for her sister, but she still saw Chika out of the corner of her eye - and one look at the Raven Knight's glowering face was enough to make it quite clear to her that Chika wouldn't tolerate her interference. The younger Forster gulped, her wide eyes telling enough to confirm that Chika's message had been sent. Still, she cleared her throat, adjusting her glasses as she stepped back. She was a manager, after all, and she had to keep up her professional composure. Especially when she had her sister to cheer on - she couldn't lose hope when Chelsea was still in this to win it!

Whether by design or not, the ordeal had still diverted Chika's attention, and that was all Chelsea needed. Suddenly she came barging in, delivering a quick chop across Chika's throat! It was quick, it was simple, and Chika would definitely feel it, all of which scored points in Chelsea's book. Now, as she watched her opponent collapse before her, Chelsea smirked, standing proud with her hands on her hips.

"Oi, that's rite!" she barked. "Ye dun learn, do ye? Ter pay attention, like?" She circled around behind Chika, where she proceeded to drop to her knees. Grabbing Chika by the hair with one hand and the chin with the other for a particularly painful restraint, the Englishwoman would attempt to pull her head backward, where she would lock it into place under her arm, planning to set up a Dragon Sleeper!

"Kaakh...Kakkh...", Chika coughed out, trying to regain her breathing to a standard level, knowing that each second wasted on that was one more second the blonde had to set up her next attack...

...and sure enough, right as she manage to start getting a semblance of a breath back into her lungs, she felt her British rival's arm clasp around her throat, bending her head back and closing the bloodflow to her head with a Dragon Sleeper!

"Ah! No!", Chika let out in English on accident, but before the move was fully locked in, all she could muster was getting her feet from underneath her, dropping to a sit as her rival's arm pressed against her throat. She could breathe just fine, the move was not choking her lungs at the very least, but the immediate pressure that hit her head was not to be ignored.

Tapping out was far from a valid option for her, and she was not going to be knocked out here. With her legs free, she tried to kick them towards the edge of the ring, trying to force both herself and Chelsea towards the ropes for a break!

Having Chika down was one thing, but it was only the beginning when it came to Chelsea's schemes for her opponent. As she steered the Raven Knight back up to her knees, Chelsea snared her arm around her throat, locking down a dragon sleeper! A confident smirk crossed her face, as she started to squeeze tighter in locking in the hold. She was so rapt in the moment of dominating her foe that Chelsea didn't even notice the fact Chika, who up to this point had seemed monolingual, had expressed her dismay in English. She was far more eager to see how long it would take her to pass out!

"Ye gon'ter tap?" Chelsea taunted. She was just about to lean back further and fully apply the move when Chika kicked her legs out, dropping down. Chelsea was confused by this, and she raised an eyebrow curiously as she leaned away, but she tried to adjust her position accordingly. "So that's 'ow ye wanna play, like?" she muttered - but before she could do anything further, Chika kicked out her legs again, pulling the two of them closer to the ropes!

Chelsea looked up to see what Chika was doing, and suffice to say, she was not amused. As she narrowed her eyes in a glare, she attempted to secure her grasp around Chika's neck to try and salvage her attempt into a more conventional sleeperhold. "Oh nah ye dun! Get back 'ere!"

Chika wasn't fast enough in getting to the ropes, as Chelsea would realize that the Raven Knight was close to the ropes! Attempting to ground Chika in place, the Brit would try to wrap both her arms around her head, trapping her in a sleeper hold!

"Mgggggh!"

Strength left Chika's limbs as she trashed about, but was unable to move any closer in her pursuit of a rope break, with neither her legs, nor her arm. Instinctively, her arms then shot for her throat, trying to pull Chelsea's arm away to little success. Her vision already started to get darkened, and she could only barely hear the crowds chants and claps addressed for her.

"No!", Chika thought to herself: "Not losing here now!"

With renewed determination, she felt a surge of power going through her. Adrenaline rush? Regardless of what it was, Chika found the strength in her to make her way back to her feet...and to do one last step required to clasp her hand at the rope for a break!

Chika was proving to be a frustrating opponent to go up against, and Chelsea was struggling to keep her under control. Nobody was going to call her a patient woman to begin with, but even still, Chika was testing her tolerance for such shenanigans. As she clenched her teeth in rage, tightening her grasp on her opponent's head and throat, she felt like she finally had Chika where she wanted her. As the Raven Knight tried to pry at her arms and made little progress, it encouraged Chelsea. But she still knew that it wasn't over until her foe passed out. Until then, she was willing to wait as long as it took!

"C'mon, c'mon..." she muttered, twisting her body to resist Chika's own motions. The sound of the crowd crying out for their favored victor irked her, of course, but Molly was keeping things up from her corner, cheering and clapping for her sister. Chelsea still held firm, but little by little, Chika managed to drag herself to her feet. Chelsea snorted like a raging bull, tightening her grasp to hang on. "I SAID, COME ON-!" she barked in frustration. But no matter what she tried, Chika still forced herself over to the ropes - and as she grasped them, the referee called for the rope break!

Groaning, Chelsea obliged, letting her opponent go, though not without trepidation on her part. "Hmph...juss' a minor setback, like," she muttered to herself. Even if she had released Chika, she would still be close to the ropes, and no doubt groggy from the sleeperhold. Chelsea intended to capitalize on that, as she shot out with a kick in an attempt to knock Chika against the ropes and disorient her further!

Chika bit her lip as she forced to keep herself awake. She would still be in a disadvantagous position come the release from the sleeper hold, but it beat losing right here and now.

Finally, in spite of Chelsea's resisting her escape, her hand reached the ropes, and Chelsea obliged her escape.

She exhaled as blood rushed right back into her head, breathing heavily. Her head was spinning as she wasn't able to effectively get back to her feet...

...as Chelsea capitalized on that, her kick reaching Chika's side!

"AAUGH!", the Joshi cried, falling to her knees as she held the middle rope to not fall completely to the ground...

With Chika making it to the ropes, Chelsea was unable to hold on any longer. Though she was confident in her sister's ability to keep her interference hidden from the ref, Chelsea still wasn't about to press her luck when it came to seeing how much she could get away with in the ring, and she conceded the rope break to Chika. Grumbling, she stormed away toward the center of the ring, her boots falling with heavy footsteps against the canvas. Dusting herself off, Chelsea turned around, facing Chika in preparation for her next move.

"I'm only gettin' started!" she called out, punctuating her statement with a finger jabbed in the Raven Knight's direction. She saw that Chika was still weary from the sleeperhold, and if she was this winded, Chelsea had things set up perfectly to take advantage of her daze. She came charging back toward her, and as she came near, the Scouser kicked off the mat, going to slam her feet into Chika with a dropkick!

Despite Chika being woozy and hurting, she still had her wits about her as she saw Chelsea stepping away from her...and as the Scouse tried to rush at her, the Raven Knight pushed at the middle rope with both hands, and pushed down! If all went well, Chelsea would slip between the top and middle rope, straight outside of the ring!

As the blonde recovered outside from her failed fall, Chika would hop onto the ring apron, before jumping onto the middle rope, and off of it, trying to follow up Chelsea's failed dropkick with a Moonsault!

As far as Chelsea was concerned, everything was lined up perfectly. Chika was stunned, left vulnerable against the ropes and powerless to get out of her way as the blonde took off. A grin spread across Chelsea's face in mid-stride, as she thought about how satisfying this would feel to land; no doubt she'd send Chika straight out of the ring!

It was all the more ironic, then, when her plan didn't quite go as expected. As it turned out, Chika had more in her than Chelsea had given her credit for, and just as the Englishwoman came flying toward her, Chika pushed the ropes apart, leaving them just wide enough for Chelsea to fall right between them! Her eyes went wide and she let out a gasp as she felt herself veering off course, but it was far too late to stop herself - and soon, she wiped out on the unforgiving floor below!

Clutching at her ribs, Chelsea rolled onto her side with a groan, her face contorted in a pained grimace. She didn't notice as Chika was climbing the ropes, even as the fans' cheers grew to a crescendo at the sight of what the Raven Knight had planned. But soon, Chika was in motion - and she hurled herself off the ropes, coming down on top of Chelsea with a moonsault! Her body rocked by the impact, Chelsea fell onto her back underneath her while her legs kicked up in the air, the fall knocking the air out of her lungs in a hoarse cough!

"One! Two! Three!" the ref started counting, but Chelsea's head was spinning from the whirlwind of activity she'd just been a part of, and she wasn't getting back up any time soon!
