GASTER vs Rosie Soto

The kick would send Rosie away from the Shadow Lord. While the kick had force behind it, it wasn't enough to send the red-clad woman flying as far as she did...meaning she likely retreated before GASTER got another attack on her...

But the Shadow Lord was preoccupied with her own troubles. Her head was still hurting and she just escaped from the hold that might've cost her her leg had she not blocked it. She needed a minute of rest herself to recover from Rosie's onslaught...

...and it seemed like Rosie wasn't going to give it to her! The moment GASTER got to her feet, the lightweight would make a beeline for her, grabbing at her arm, and rolling herself and the Shadow Lord onto the floor with a Rolling Armbar!

"AAH! NO!"

Clara knew that if Rosie were to put her into this sort of hold, she would be left at a severe disadvantage later in the match. She couldn't let Rosie work over her arm!

She grasped at it with her free hand, before Rosie had it fully locked in, desperate to not let her rival get full control of her arm!

Rosie had approached GASTER with the intent to chastise her for her resilience. Soto certainly didn't think that her masked foe would be a pushover, but The Shadow Lord was proving to be a more difficult woman to put down than Rosie had given her credit for. With frustration in her tone of voice and her composure, the red-clad lightweight would skillfully roll her foe into a Cross Armbar!

"Grrr!" Rosie groaned as she pulled back on that arm. She did not groan with effort, but only more frustration. For when Soto felt the resistance GASTER was giving her in her efforts to block the Armbar from being applied fully, she'd lift her leg high before slamming it down onto GASTER's chest, heel-first! Rosie would try to muscle her way into sinching in the hold by repeatedly kicking GASTER if she could! The struggle would garner attention and noise from the audience in attendance. This pivotal struggle would be one that the Canadian wrestler would commit to, for if she managed to take GASTER's arm out of the equation, she'd be poised to walk away tonight with a big win over one of LAW's premiere lightweights!

"Stop resisting, you delusional girl!!" She's roar as she tried to kick the fight out of GASTER and win the struggle to lock in the hold in the middle of the ring!

"Grrrrrrr...Didn't expect that, did...", GASTER would start taunting Rosie, as the girl visually got more and more angry with the Shadow Lord's resistance towards her moves, her frustration tipping over to a point where she started to ram the heel of her foot into GASTER's petite chest!

"AH! AAAH! AAAAAAAAH! NO! NO!", she screamed in panic, but each hit was taking a lot out of her...

...until finally, on instinct, she let go off her trapped head, unwillingly allowing Rosie to fully extend her arm, and then hyper extending it - getting the hold fully in!

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! LET GO! LET ME GO!!!", she would scream in agony, tightening her hand into a fist to avoid tapping out to the red clad lightweight!

Rosie was bent on getting her way. She always was. With some stubbornness and a little bit of elbow grease, the conniving Canadian lightweight wrestler kicked her opponent's chest repeatedly until finally, GASTER's grip loosened! And thus, the yellow-clad girl was now forced to suffer the full application of her Cross Armbreaker hold!

GASTER's screams sparked concern from some of her fans. Rosie had wanted to keep up appearances. She wasn't about to genuinely attempt to injure her foe, though she considered the option. Soto would bend her foe's arm to the point of concern as she replied to the self-proclaimed Shadow Lord with obvious demands.

"I WILL! IF AND ONLY IF YOU SUBMIT!" The girl yelled back as her thigh muscled tensed around GASTER's arm. She'd keep the hold applied for another ten seconds or so. If GASTER proved to be too stubborn to submit, Soto would release her and work her way up to a kneeling position. It was quite ironic that she very likely managed to inflict genuine damage to GASTER's arm after having started things off by faking an arm injury. All that was left to do now was find a way to exploit her foe's arm to earn a fall and win this match!

"Can you rule the Shadow Dimension with one iron-clad fist instead of two?" Soto would scoff. "I can't believe I ever considered you a threat...."

"GAAAAAAAAAH! N-NEVER! NOT TO YOU!", GASTER screamed back at Rosie, holding in tears from the hellish pain of a Cross Armbreaker.

Even though Rosie would only keep the hold in for 10 soild seconds, it felt a lot more to Clara...but she managed to survive and wait out until Rosie broke the hold.

She pressed her hurting arm to her chest as Rosie spoke to her once more in her condescending tone, Clara shooting an angry gaze to her red clad rival, as she sat up after the hold. Her arm was hurt, but it didn't appear to be broken. While she was weakened, GASTER was far from writing the match off as a loss!

How fitting it was that after faking an arm injury before the match, Rosie nearly inflicted one upon her opponent. Upon releasing GASTER, the conniving canadian saw it fit to berate her opponent whilst working her way up to stand over her. Thus earned a distinct glare from the self-proclaimed Shadow Lord. The look alone elicited a crowd reaction. In her attempt to keep up appearances and her facade, Rosie met GASTER's glare with an incredulous, worried expression of her own. Soto wasn't about to allow herself to be painted in a bad light. Only those paying close attention to her in the roster had begun to notice her shifty ways. But for now, she was still a wolf in sheep's clothing, and there was enough wool to last her a while.

Rosie would assume a crouching stance to lower her center of gravity. She waited for her opponent to rise. The red-clad lightweight was a grappler and an aerialist, before she was anything else in the ring. But when the bluenette was finally up, Rosie would attempt to change things up by standings ND swinging her leg towards GASTER, aiming a Roundhouse Kick towards the woman's upper body! She attempted to stifle GASTER even further by aiming to smack the masked girl's hurting elbow from the side with a her bare foot via a swift kick!

With GASTER now at a massive disadvantage because of her hurt left arm, she had to be smarter and quicker for the rest of the match, to not allow Rosie to exploit her current weakness further.

She paid close attention to the girl's body language and expression, seeing the girl's (likely faux) worried expression as the Shadow Lord quickly rose to her feet...

...and, the moment she was fully up, would raise and swing her leg, aiming it for GASTER's body and arm!

On a reflex, however, the Shadow Lord would duck under the attack, avoiding the potentially painful kick...

...and, instead, quickly unleashing on of her own, aiming her leg low to try and sweep Rosie's leg from under her to topple the girl over!

After taking many measures to ensure she'd command a distinct advantage in the match, smiled with confidence. She observed that GASTER still exuded the will to continue the contest - the will to fight. And the barefoot lightweight sought to remind her of that with a swift kick to the affected area. But the Shadow Lord wasn't without grit, nor was she without the support of her many fans. When GASTER ducked low to dodge the kick, the girl in attendance that GASTER gave her blessings to before the match perked up! The audience cheered as the essentially one-armed masked girl swept the leg and took a smug Rosie Soto down!

"Gah!" The Canadian cried as she fell onto her rump.

The fall was comedic enough to earn a few chuckle. Rosie began to pout immediately. She'd turn onto all fours and begin making her way to her feet. If the barefoot fighter were able to recover quickly enough, she'd attempt to regain control by swinging at GASTER in frustration, attempting to make contact with a right hand directed at where Clara's chin would be if she weren't wearing a mask!

With Clara quickly managing to take Rosie off her feet, the Shadow Lord would stare daggers at the girl underneath her mask, as she got back up to her feet, attempting to strike the Shadow Lord onto her jaw!

...however, not only would GASTER duck under the attack once more, but she would dash underneath her rival's strike, quickly getting behind Rosie, and trapping the girl with both her hands:

"This is going to hurt...", Clara would think, biting her lip, as she knew that lifting anyone with her hurt hand was not going to be a pleasant feeling...

...and yet, she fought through, lifting and trying to throw Rosie through the air behind her with a hard German Suplex!

GASTER's righteous indignation manifested in a glare and body language that was conspicuous even through the mask! Folks cheered the Shadow Lord getting fired up and ready to mount a comeback. Her barefooted opponent, of course, couldn't care less. Rosie raced to her feet. Her sense of urgency founded more in her desire to derail the momentum that GASTER was picking up more than it was in any fear that the masked girl was trying to instill. Rosie Soto got up and took a swing. It was the first course of action to come tk mind, and the first move she made this match that she hadn't quite thought through! Her haste and carelessness would be punished when GASTER ducked under her right hand and circled around her to set up for a German Suplex!

"You...!" Soto exclaimed in a hateful tone as she was quickly lifted off her feet and thrown backwards! GASTER had powered through the pain she felt in her arm, accepting the consequences of possibly hurting it further in order to launch the red-clad lightweight and throw her onto her upper back and neck!

The impact had Rosie roll backward once and then fall onto the canvas in her back. She reached for the back of her neck and held it whilst wearing an annoyed expression on her face. The cheers only picked up when the move hit! What was being perceived as a heroic comeback on GASTER's part was becoming more and more one of the greatest annoyances Rosie encountered.

"You're a real...thorn in my side!" Soto exclaimed audibly whilst slowly trying to sit up and will herself back into things.
