Allen Riley vs. Kayla Grant - Hit and Run

Allen didn't actually expect much from this as she pinned Kayla down. She wouldn't actually lose her sleeps if her opponent managed to kick out, though she would very much prefer if she managed to pin her for the three counts. But, when the referee was about to reach the third and final count, Allen thought that perhaps she was winning this, and she waited in anticipation for the referee's hand to hit the mat for the final time.

Alas, it seemed that Kayla wasn't out of the fight yet as she managed to kick out before the referee could finish the count. Furrowing her brow as she failed to pin her opponent for the win, Allen would get herself off of her opponent, giving a glance at the referee who was showing two fingers to indicate that she didn't reach the third count. Well, it was time to continue with the fight, the high-flyer thought to herself.

Allen decided to try using a submission hold next. Getting up, she would make sure to roll Kayla over onto her stomach, preparing herself to put her into a hold. After getting her opponent onto her stomach, Allen would walk around her, getting herself behind her before setting her feet right on the back of her opponent's knees. Right after that, she would bring herself down and set herself onto her back, but not before reaching out for her hands.

If her effort was unopposed, she would hoist Kayla up, holding her up into a Romero special, where Kayla's body would be in full display and her weight would only be supported by her limbs. The hold would certainly put some pressure around her limbs, and she would put her up there in order to weaken her.

It was down to this, but Kayla managed to snap herself back to her senses when she realized that something was amiss, and fighting her way back to the shores of reality, she collected herself with seconds to spare, kicking out of Allen's pin attempt! A grin crossed her face as she looked up towards her opponent, feeling confident now that she could get herself out of a sticky situation if she put her mind to it. That certainly hadn't failed her here!

But she didn't have much time to savor in her escape before Allen would go right back to work. In how long she'd taken to kick out, the Englishwoman had ample time to recharge, and Kayla would feel that now as she was rolled onto her stomach! She sputtered as she landed on her face, and even as she tried to get her palms against the canvas to lift herself back up, it was too late. Allen pushed her back down, causing her to groan - and Kayla really felt it when she sat on her back!

The Californian went back down with a hiss, wincing from the pressure put on her back as she tried vainly to wriggle free. But the worst was yet to come. Allen rolled herself backwards, lifting Kayla to the ceiling! "GAAH-!" she screamed in surprise, her hair hanging down towards Allen's face as she was suspended off the ground! She grit her teeth, trying to twist her body from side to side in a desperate attempt to do something about this!

The set up was a little complicated, but her effort bore fruits as Allen managed to put Kayla into the hold, Romero special, also known as ceiling hold. Keeping Kayla's body suspended with only her limbs supporting her weight, she knew that it would put a huge amount of pressure into her joints, which she was certain would weaken her even more.

Still, there was a weakness to this hold, which was that she couldn't maintain the hold for long, considering that her opponent was struggling while being suspended like that. So, after holding Kayla up in the Romero special a few seconds, Allen decided to bring her opponent down, but she wouldn't do so gently as she would throw her opponent to the side, looking to have her crash into the mat.

Right after roughly releasing Kayla from the Romero special, Allen would quickly push herself up, getting herself on her knees as she would look at her opponent to see the state she was in. The ceiling hold should have drained a significant amount of her strength, which would make it easier for the high-flyer to defeat her later in this match.

Hoisted into the air directly above Allen, Kayla was faced with having nowhere to go. All of her limbs were held firmly, and the Englishwoman was pulling back on them to draw more pressure against her shoulders, hips, and back. Kayla coughed and gagged from the sensation. Even as she tried to escape the hold, her body bucking back and forth, but it did little to loosen the position. Her breasts swayed from side to side as she shifted her weight, and a few more pained groans and cries escaped her throat.

It was to Kayla's fortune, then, that Allen was having trouble holding onto her. Eventually, the strain of supporting her opponent grew too much for her, and Kayla went dropping! Though it still wasn't the most pleasant experience for her, as she tumbled over before going skidding across the mat, on her side. She clenched her teeth with a groan, but began to push herself back up as she braced her hand against the mat.

However, Kayla wouldn't get very far, as the ceiling hold had weakened her arms - and right now, they were too sore for her to bear the full weight of her body on her hand. She crashed back against the canvas, crying out in pain as she did, before she clenched her teeth in frustration. "Come on-!!" Kayla was going to need to turn things around if she wanted to stand a chance!

Allen sent Kayla crashing down into the mat from the ceiling hold after she kept her hoisted up there for while. Thinking that her opponent was weakened from her fall, Allen would push herself up, planning her next move.

"Now, up you go..." Allen said to her opponent as she would force her to get up by pulling her arm. As soon as she managed to get her opponent back on her feet, she would try to send her running towards the ropes with an Irish whip, hoping that her opponent wouldn't be able to stop herself from running. And the high-flyer planned to stand in her opponent's way as soon as she rebounded back to her so that she could hit her with a shoulder block.

Right now, things didn't look to be going so well for Kayla. As much as the hot-tempered girl tried to push herself back up, intent on getting back on her feet and coming at Allen once again, her strength hadn't been built to a point where she could sustain that, and she just went down on her face with a groan. When she did get up, it wouldn't be on her own terms, as Allen took her arm and forced her back up, causing Kayla to groan as she was taken to her feet with enough force to strain her aching joints.

And so too was the Californian whipped straight across the ring, her feet carrying her before she knew what to do with them! Her eyes went wide as she came charging into the ropes, only to gag as they pressed into her skin and sprung her straight back towards where Allen was waiting for her. In that moment, Kayla, trying to shake herself back to her senses in a desperate attempt to turn this around, saw that Allen had her shoulder poised toward her - and that was when she realized what she could do!

Attempting to use the momentum to her advantage, Kayla, seeing that Allen was leaning down for the shoulder block, jumped up and rolled over her back, grabbing her on the way to pull her back and bring her down with a sunset flip! If successful, Kayla would lean back to hold Allen's shoulders, going now for a pin attempt of her own!

Sending Kayla towards the ropes with an Irish whip, Allen would prepare herself to hit her opponent right into her chest with a shoulder block, but instead of hitting her opponent with her shoulder, Allen saw Kayla jumping up and rolling over her back, which caught her off-guard. Before she could do anything about it, the high-flyer found herself losing her footing before she was brought down into the mat with a sunset flip!

"Uwahh!!"

Allen cried out as she landed on her back. Not only that, Kayla also took advantage of this and went for a sunset flip pin. The Englishwoman began to panic as she felt her shoulders touching the mat as she heard the sound of the referee counting for the pinfall attempt.

"ONE!"

Desperate to escape, Allen would buck her feet, breaking the pin. She would make sure to get her shoulder off the mat to ensure that the referee would stop her count. She would fall to her side after breaking the pin, but she was still in a daze, too shaken to do anything to attack her opponent, who was still in a prime position to keep up with her momentum.

Now was the time to turn the tides. Kayla had swerved out of the way of getting stuck in a potentially bad spot there, and now she had turned the momentum back on Allen to try and lock in a pin! Her arms and legs were still aching from being suspended in the Romero Special just a moment before, but the adrenaline was pumping through her veins, and if she could draw on that to fuel her, she might be able to take things back.

Allen managed to bring her feet up from where Kayla had flipped them on top of her, and as she fell to her side, so too did Kayla drop back to her side before rolling onto her hands and knees. Panting for breath, she brought one hand up to clear some sweaty hair away from her brow before she narrowed her gaze toward her opponent. Allen was still down, and Kayla wasn't going to yield an opportunity like this! She charged forward suddenly, going to slam her body into Allen's to land on her side and bring the high-flyer down against the canvas. Then, she would move to wrap one arm around Allen's head and grab onto her wrist before bringing her other arm through the loop to lock onto her neck and pull upward, applying an Anaconda Vise!

Allen was still on her side, gathering her bearing so that she could get back into the fight. But before she could do anything, her opponent suddenly moved towards her, slamming her body onto hers, which stopped the high-flyer in her tracks. "UGH!!" Then, Kayla went to loop her arm around her head, grabbing onto her wrist before she brought her other arm through the loop to lock onto her neck and pull upward, putting Allen into an anaconda vase!

"GHHH!!!"

Allen found herself having difficulty to breathe thanks to the submission hold. She knew that things might get ugly if she remained in the hold for long. She started struggling, trying her best to escape the hold, but for the time being, she remained trapped, and this would leave her weakened. She struggled to keep thinking in order to figure out a way to escape from this hold, even as her strength was draining fast thanks to the submission hold that she was being subjected into.

Seeing her momentum, and pressing it while she was still in control, Kayla had thrown herself forward, striking the high-flyer back into the mat. Now, having gotten Allen down, the Californian had secured things to follow up with a more punishing move, and it looked like the right time for her to put her mat expertise to the test!

Grabbing Allen by the head before locking her arms in place around it, Kayla leaned back, going to weigh more pressure against her as she held her firmly in place. She could feel the strength starting to drain from Allen, and it encouraged her! The fire in her heart was surging, as her pulse quickened with excitement. "Yeah!! Got you now!" she called out, letting out a cheer to steel herself on and to encourage her supporters to rally behind her. Kayla's arm clenched down harder against Allen's head, the determination strengthening her. She was so close, she told herself!
