Taylor Renee vs. Alaina Sanders-Haines: Efficiency vs. Amazon!

Alaina thought she was just about to have Taylor wrapped up and set in her favorite submission hold but a hand pulling her head back changed all that! Alaina howled as she was rolled over and folded tightly against the mat!

"ONE! TWO!"

The count reached two before Alaina was able to really set herself up. As the referee's hand was coming down a third time she thrust her legs out to break the pin and prevent herself from losing to a surprise small package pin! Alaina rolled away, trying to work her way up to her feet as she looked over at Taylor, keeping an eye on the woman and hoping to avoid nasty surprises like that. Alaina had to be careful but she couldn't let herself give Taylor any more room than necessary.

Taylor would let out a slight click of the tongue in frustration that Alaina had broken out of the roll up, though she hadn't exactly thought it would be that easy anyway. The redhead wasn't about to let the Amazon regroup and come back at her with that titan like strength Though, Taylor would get to her feet as quickly as possible and attempt to run towards Alaina in the very moment she started to transition towards a standing position.

The acrobatic heavyweight would leap into the air as she neared Alaina, Taylor attempting to drive her feet into her opponent's body in a dropkick, hoping to knock the Amazon back to the mat where she couldn't use her worrisome strength.

If Taylor was successful in landing her dropkick then she would quickly try to crawl over to her opponent to grasp two handfuls of her hair. The redhead didn't have the intention of tugging or pulling the Amazon's hair, her sole objective would be to stop the other woman from escaping and recovering.

Alaina felt the force of the dropkick smash into her, as Alaina hit the mat she groaned trying to roll onto her side. However, Taylor grabbed and yanked on her hair eliciting a moan of pain from Alaina as she tried to recover. She couldn't go anywhere but neither could Taylor at this point. If Alaina was in arms reach then Taylor also was....

With that in mind Alaina balled her fists and lashed out, trying to strike Taylors arms and torso wherever she could in a bid to free herself as well as an attempt to inflict some pain back on her foe! Alaina was in a bad spot, and Taylor was smart. She could capitalize on mistakes better than most so Alaina had to play to her own strengths in order to regain control of this match if she were going to walk away victorious!

Taylor was impressed with how commendable Alaina's endurance and fighting will were, yet her features still displayed a hint of frustration as her opponent chipped away at her upper body even as the redhead had a stern grasp on her hair. It didn't take long for the high flying heavyweight to release the Amazon, with a few punches being thrown and a cry or two escaping her lips Taylor had more than enough incentive to take a different approach.

Despite giving up her grasp on her foe Taylor didn't intend to back off and let Alaina control the momentum, operating on frustration and desperation the redhead would try to take a step back before swiftly spinning on the spot. Taylor's leg extending just in time to hopefully nail the Amazon's stomach with a speedy kick. The Amazon was a troublesome foe, and the efficiency expert was starting to run out if ideas and approaches. For now all that Taylor could hope for was that her attempted attack would land.

Alaina was pummeling Taylor and too focused on that to see the kick coming. It hammered her abdomen sending her stumbling back as she cradled her mid-section. Alaina grit her teeth and glared at Taylor, knowing that something else was coming. The most she could do was try to recover and anticipate whatever it was that Taylor was going to throw at her! It was not a good position to be in but Alaina didn't have much choice at this point. She wanted to land something big against Taylor and soon otherwise Alaina was in danger of being overwhelmed in this match!

Taylor would attempt to follow up on the momentary opening after her strike to attempt to force her opponent's head under her arm, and lock her in a headlock.

The redhead wasn't sure if it was a good idea to try to grapple Alaina now that her stamina was running out, Taylor didn't fancy her chances against such a strong foe when she herself is too tired to maintain her strength.

" C'mon... just surrender already, you're tiring. " Taylor would say, not outwardly showing her concerns for the current state of the match.

Alaina decided to go for broke at this point, she was tired and wanted to finish off her foe. Alaina quickly lunged in, leveling a hard toe kick to the abdomen of Taylor. Alaina would reach in after and pull Taylor's head between her legs and bend down looking to lift Taylor high into the air before sending her crashing down hard to the mat with an amabomb!

From here Alaina would not waste time, keeping hold and folding Taylor over for a secure pin!

"ONE!"

Both competitors were getting tired, but it would be Alaina who was brave enough to go for a risky closing move. Taylor had realised that they were in the end game, but hadn't expected the Amazon to recover and fight back so quickly.

" Ugh! " Taylor groaned as her abdomen was booted, causing the limber redhead to fold over forwards, setting up a position where Alaina could pull Taylor's head between her legs before then lifting her and nailing her down into the mat harshly in an Ama-bomb.

" Aughh... " Taylor mumbled in a haze, as her foe rolled her up in a dominant but strong pin to try to win the match.

" Two! " Taylor wanted to kick out, but couldn't find the strength or clarity of mind needed to do so.

" Three! " the ref called, the Amazon winning the somewhat hard foughtmatch with her finisher.

Alaina stood tall as the bell rang, doing a quick victory strut around the ring as the fans cheered her victory. She was drained after this one, but she felt good about her win. She loved a close, hard fought win more than anything in her career. There was just something about it that made it feel like all the work outside the arena all ended up paying off. Alaina waited a moment and made her way to Taylor, offering her a hand back to her feet.

"You are something, you know that? You have a great analytical mind in the ring, and that is something most women don't have. If you keep this up you are going to go pretty damn far here." Alaina said as she offered the hand to compliment Taylor.

Taylor was always a little bit sour after a match, and this would be no exception. However the redhead wouldn't be too sour, since she had pretty much gotten the chance to go for most her usual winning strategies. Taylor wouldn't be proud over a loss, but it was exciting that one of her very first matches in LAW had given her an interesting opponent; one which displayed well to Taylor that this was a much more competitive place than the last few promotions she wrestled for.

Taylor would accept her former opponent's hand, and stand up, listening as the Amazon gave her a slightly unexpected compliment. The redhead appreciated it, and it definitely helped her to shrug off her frustration post match.

" Thank you, you're quite something yourself. I hope the rest here are as strong as you. " Taylor would say, she would likely look at this match more in detail later, but for once she wasn't quite sure what specifically didn't work for her. The only thing the redhead had to go on was that in LAW the wrestlers were tough, really tough.

Without much more pause Taylor would exit the ring, she didn't want to impede too much on the winner's celebration.
