Alizeh Midori vs. Angela Belti - The Young and the Restless

Was it weird that Dizzy found Alizeh’s chest a little bit hotter now that it looked like someone had tried to cook bacon on it?

Probably, yeah. Just a little. More than anything, she was sort of fantasizing how she could alleviate the pain the woman was likely feeling. Maybe a little private massage, let her hands get to work. They could’ve had a real good time after this match, too, though that would likely mean telling her mother about what they’d gotten up to. While they were at a better understanding now when it came to her ‘extracurricular activities’ in LAW, she didn't want to dump too much on her all at once.

She looked on, watching as the two alpha females continued to go at it, with her mother trying to beat her opponent to the punch with a kick, one that would’ve knocked the head off of Dizzy’s shoulders. Alizeh, as it turned out, was way more on the ball with this sort of thing than she would’ve been, and caught her mother by the ankle, making her bounce on one foot for an awkward second.

She looked like she was about to do an enziguiri, but Alizeh spun before she had the chance and sent her flying, making her mother tumble hard towards Dizzy’s side of the ring. She might’ve fallen out, too, if her back hadn't caught the ropes and sent her flopping back on her chest. Dazed, spaced out, she started to push her way back up, but she was moving notably slower than before. That little spill took its toll.

Picking herself back up after managing to land the dragon screw Alizeh would smile slightly as she saw the heap of a woman that was Angela laying just a bit away by the ropes. Conveniently right in front of Dizzi. Smirking a bit as confidence started to swell at finally making positive headway against the heavyweight Alizeh would offer a wink to Dizzy before she would run forward, aiming to try grab Angela's head as she approached before jumping up! If she was able to then Alizeh would press her feet against the middle ropes before pushing off them and to the side, aiming to try and pull Angela with her and down to the mat for tornado ddt!

Angela came down hard on her back, landing at an awkward angle, but that was hardly the worst of it. No, the real pain was in her leg, which Alizeh had thrown all out of whack with that dragon screw. She had more injuries in that leg than she cared to count over the year, and it felt like all of them were coming back to haunt her now.

But she could push through it; she only needed a moment. The trouble was, Alizeh was smart enough not to give it to her, no sooner had she pushed up than the woman came on her again, pouncing like a feral cat. Angela’s head was seized in a front facelock, the prelude to a DDT, and she might’ve been able to resist it, if not for the woman planting her feet on the ropes and using it for a boost.

That was the deciding factor, giving Alizeh enough power to pull her in and ram her skull into the canvas at mach speed. Angela was sent rolling, butt-over-teakettle, and went flopping down hard right in the middle of the ring, landing with her arms outstretched and her eyes shut tight in a rictus of pain.

'Pushing off the ropes was definitely the right call.' Alizeh thought to herself having felt the slight bit of resistance that Angela had given her when she had initially grabbed her head, but that push off the rope had been just what she needed to get the momentum needed to pull Angela down with her to the mat head first. Sitting up and seeing that Angela had landed all the way by the center of the ring Alizeh would smirk knowing the woman was in a perfect position as she got up to her feet and ran forward, jumping over Angela's body to make her way towards the opposing ropes, turning to rebound off them and back at Angela's body, jumping up as she neared in order to try and come down knees first on the woman's spine and, if successful she would roll forward off of the woman's back from the momentum of her run, aiming to come up on her feet before pushing straight up, aiming to flip backwards to come down with a direct follow up standing moonsault to try and complete one of her signature moves the adrenaline shot!

Ah. So Alizeh was one of those sorts of wrestlers.

Angela had come across plenty of wrestlers like this in her time, particularly the younger ones. Smaller women who knew how to pile on good damage came at her with unique angles, generally made life a pain for an old-school grappler like herself. Offenses like this could be hard to deal with if you weren’t used to the explosive style, if you hadn't trained with it.

Difficult, but not impossible. She just needed to get up, establish her base, and-

Too late. Alizeh came in again, leaping and crashing hard on her back, knees first, drilling her into the canvas. It flattened Angela out, and before she could even think of rising up again, the woman was back at it, crashing into her with those same damn knees again. Angela cried out at the second impact and flattened out beneath it, this time staying put as the pain ran its course through her spine, made so much worse by the double tap.

Crashing down hard not once but twice knees first onto Angela's back Alizeh would smirk as she looked over her shoulder down at Angela's body, relishing the fact that she had actually caused the Titanic woman to feel some legitimate pain. 'Now we're talking.' Alizeh thought to herself as she bent down, aiming to grab hold of Angela's leg, aiming to drag her away from the ropes and towards the center of the ring. If uninterrupted in doing so Alizeh would then bend down, grabbing hold of Angela's legs, lifting them up an starting to cross them over her own before Alizeh would then fall backwards, aiming to trap Angela in a figure four leg lock!
