Personal Information
Personality
A variety of words could be used to describe Justine - urbane, cultured, refined, sophisticated, demure, and effete. Those would be the words that Justine herself would use, at any rate. Others - those who are just meeting her, perhaps - would call her an enigma, strong-willed, sexy, or - if they were particularly uncultured - a ‘brick shithouse’. She certainly doesn’t do anything to disspell those assumptions.

But most people who know her and have seen her in action would use one word to describe Justine: Bitch. If there was ever a time where she cared about the opinions of others, that time has long gone, buried under years of ruthless pragmatism. A survivor, she’s made her way up the corporate ladder through a mixture of seduction, manipulation, and at times, brute force, turning the company into her personal little playground. In this world, she can satisfy her wants and needs.

Justine cares less about the physicality of wrestling 0 she was never very good at that. No, what she lives for is the politics of it. The dealings, the alliances, the betrayals, the twists and turns. In her mind, wrestling is a game of real-life Chess, and she sees herself as a Grandmaster. Or grandmistress, as she would call it.
History
To look at her now, it’s nigh impossible to believe that there was ever a time when Justine could be described as an optimist, or anything remotely close to it. Nonetheless, this is the consensus from the few people who knew her once upon a time - some would even go so far as to call her ‘cute’.

Growing up in rural Montana was a dull affair for Justine, living in the smallest of small town in the USA. The only thing that broke the tedium of her humdrum life was the weekly wrestling shows which she tuned into with a reverence that bordered on the religious. She especially loved the theatre of it all, the storylines, and she dreamed of joining them one day and being the heroine of her own story.

She trained hard, and when she grew old enough, she left the State, joined a wrestling school in California, and began the path to becoming an independent wrestler. There was just one small problem: Justine wasn’t good.

It wasn’t that she didn’t try or that she was a poor learner. She applied herself as best as she could do, did her best, and trained until her body ached. But, for whatever reason, she just never…clicked. The stars never aligned. It was a humbling thing to be bad at something you wanted to base your entire life around, and after a string of failures, she found herself contemplating different life choices.

Though she stepped away from the ring, she stayed close to the profession for a time and served as a manager for one of her fellow wrestlers, who took pity on her and gave her the job. What was meant to be a temporary stopgap to help her stay afloat eventually became much more, as she discovered a talent for organization and promotion she had never truly nurtured before. So much of wrestling involved politics - who to talk to, what deals to make, what hands to grease. At first, she disliked it, but the more she engaged, the better she became, and the more convinced she was that she’d found her true calling.

Justine didn’t just manage wrestlers; she created champions. She gave wrestlers the tools they needed to succeed, taught them the things they didn’t even know they needed to know. Behind the scenes, she developed an instinct for manipulation, and when the occasion called for it, outright intimidation.

The problem with leading such a life, however, is that it tends to leave more than a few bodies in your wake, and it was only a matter of time before her prospects in the United States dried up. Needing new ground to flourish and a free playground to work with, she decided to make her way to LAW and begin her time in Japan, enlisting as a talent scout, a job that would allow her to sink her claws into so many incoming wrestlers. With such a position, there’s no limit to the sort of trouble she can get up to…

=Fun Facts=
-Has gone to great lengths to hide her birthplace, hating the idea that someone of her stature could have such a humble beginning. She’s officially listed as coming from Los Angeles and hides her natural accent behind a posh, faux-British tone, doing her best to cultivate the image of an upper-crust elite. If she gets mad enough, however, her real accent comes out.
-Is a bit of a Japanophile. In particular, she’s heavily into 80s Japanese culture, and is a fan of City Pop.
