Yeah, I know it's a weird topic, but I have been thinking about it here and there.
I know it—"we don't want our wrestlers to get pregnant, so it doesn't happen. "As we're but we need some lore, so I made some.
It might be a fun idea. Now no one is using condoms; let's get that out of the way. Yes, there are pills and such, but I think it might be cool if L.A.W. had its own medical division. Like the L.M.A. Law Medical Association.
This would be a separate branch of L.A.W. They would make and own medical stuff. Since they are directly making it, it probably would save them money. They could also sell their own medical pills and such to make money.
One big thing I was thinking of is that they make their own medicine to help prevent miscarriage, you ask. To help keep that well-wreslated female wreslator active. Normal pills and such wouldn't be good enough, especially how hot and wild the weather can get. That's why they deployed their own stuff. They probably made their stuff cheaper for the residents that they have so they don't go to other stuff. That way if anything bad happens because of the medication, the medical staff know what to do better because they made it and tested it.
Would all of this have been hell for them? Yeah, probably, but it would be a long-term investment. They would probably do other things, but ultimately they would get into the sports field for medicine and the field of pregnancy.
If you want the company itself to be evil or something, this is also a good angle. Not that they would force their residents to take/buy their stuff, but they probably make it appealing. Probably lay off people in the roster who legit take their medicine, though. That would be dangerous to the individuals.
I don't think I have anything else. What are your thoughts? And thanks for reading my ramble.

I just assumed that a lot of people are on birth control. Also about 95% of the sex on LAW is F/F anyway, and even when the M/F sex happens it's typically oral or something, from what I've seen. 'Regular' male/female sex is fairly rare in LAW, I think.

I operate under the headcanon that LAW supplies top-of-the-line contraceptives.

Re: How doss law 18+ matches doesn't make everyone peggers
From a plot/story perspective, this could provide some material to work with.
However, if one presumes that the LAW universe is fairly realistic, there likely doesn't need to be a specific lore explanation as to why LAW's talent isn't getting pregnant. There are viable real-life solutions and it wouldn't—from a realistic standpoint—make sense for LAW to make a division that specifically makes contraceptives.
Granted, I don't think the lack of realism is necessarily disqualifying. But, if one values realism, then parts of the idea might not be viable.
Various aspects of the LAW universe are already unrealistic/hand-waved away, though. So there isn't really a clear line so much as just nebulous, subjective feelings.
Also, the idea of LAW forcing medicine onto its talent does not require LAW to have its own pharmaceutical division to work. So, realism concerns—if they even matter—are mostly only salient to the lore you imagined. You might be able to pull off some of the same ideas you had in mind but with different lore/justification.

Explanation
The potential for pregnancy is probably not a big enough concern that LAW would go out of its way to branch out into making contraceptives.
The real-world porn industry probably has decent enough procedures for preventing pregnancies. Supposing that LAW is similar, the economic risk posed by wrestlers potentially getting pregnant is probably dwarfed by the economic cost of trying to mitigate it—it's very expensive to develop a drug, let alone start up a company/operation that could do so.
Moreover, the nature of sexual activity probably won't undermine the efficacy of birth control pills. Combination pills, which I believe are the most commonly used type, prevent ovulation (and thicken cervical mucus). If ovulation doesn't occur, it doesn't matter how much or how vigorously one has sex—the pill will still do its job. Thus, the idea that standard birth control pills wouldn't be good enough for LAW doesn't really hold up.
In general, it might be realistic for a company to develop new contraceptives. However, it probably isn't realistic for LAW itself to have a desire to go in that direction. Buying contraceptives wholesale and providing them to its talent would, comparatively speaking, make orders of magnitude more sense.

After intergender hentai matches, an Aperture Science Material Emancipation Grill is available backstage for women to pass through in order to vaporize any sperm cells that may have gotten inside their bodies.
