It had been several weeks since the H1 Climax Tournament reached its conclusion and Natasha Loclear felt no better about it than she had in the moment immediately after. Even when it was against opponents she could respect losing was never a good feeling and often came with days of second guessing herself, wondering what she could have done differently or what she needed to work on for the next match. At first, she seemed to notice Natasha not at all, too wrapped up in her reading to care about the world around. Out of nowhere, she jumped, as if an unheard voice had gotten her attention, and then her cerulean gaze found the Frenchwoman. A thin smile slid across her face and she waved towards her.

”Madamoiselle Locear.” She slid a bookmark into her book and closed it with care. Judging by the apparent age of the work, that was prudent. ”It is a pleasure to see you again. How wonderful, that this lovely day should bring us together again.”
