El Rey de Cielo vs. Valley Doll III - The Lighter Side of Things

Valerie couldn't believe Rey had done that.

She had seen him do it. She’d felt him do it. She’d been on the receiving end, took the hit head-on, and her back was pulsing with real, palpable pain, all of which confirmed that, yes, he’d hit her with that attack, but even so, she was still having trouble believing it.

Valerie was no stranger to these high-flying moves. Her mother had been well known for them, a real aerial ace in her day, and she’d seen countless videos of her pulling them off quickly. Her brother could pull them off well, too, following in the family tradition, regularly able to take to the sky with the greatest of ease. Even her birth mother, Silver Ace, could pull them off on occasion. But none of them had the size of El Rey, and they were nowhere close. She knew that some heavyweight wrestlers could pull off such things, but she’d never dreamed it could be done so effortlessly, so cleanly, to such devastating effect.

But she was living proof at the moment, reeling from his attack, easy prey for whatever El Rey wanted to do next. He came over and picked her up with ease, laying her across his shoulder and stretching out her back, and from there he proceeded to parade her around the ring like she was his prized trophy. It was far from a pleasant sensation, with each step he took sending pain through her back, but it also gave her a moment to clear her head and focus. She needed a way to turn this around, and fast.

She saw her opportunity when El Rey brought the ride to a sudden stop. Her hurled her forward, trying to drop her flat from on high, but she rolled with the attack instead of resisting it, throwing her legs forward so she came down on her feet instead. The moment she was on solid ground, she leaped back up, grabbed the back of his head with both hands, pressed her knees against his chest and tried to fall back, looking to smash him with a Codebreaker.

High flying moves were often risky, and as far as El Rey was concerned, the old "bigger they are, harder they fall" adage was not that far off base. However, when a man of his size actually managed to pull of the move without anything going wrong? Well, the results were much like what he had in front of him, his opponent battered against the barricade and just barely holding herself up, which made her a prime target for the luchador! In fact, it was all too easy for El Rey to grab hold of Valerie and pull her towards him, wrapping his arms around her waist before flipping her up onto his shoulder, letting her muscular frame stretch out atop his body as he held her aloft! It was quite the show of power, and for Valerie it would likely be a lot more, no doubt a harsh pain shooting through her back as she was held up, El Rey feeling like he was getting some measure of revenge for her earlier targeting of his back!

The lap around the ring was another step to show off, something that was most certainly unnecessary, but it was honestly far too enticing to the luchador, who was quite the showman, to pass up! Everybody at ringside was allowed a nice, close look at Valerie's beautiful face scrunched up in pain, her curvy body bouncing atop El Rey's shoulder with each step he took, around the entire length of the ring! And when he finally got back to the area in which he had started, El Rey would swing her off of his shoulder, flipping her over once more as he looked to toss her down hard onto the matted floor!

...Or at least, that was the plan.

Instead, Valerie swung her own body as she rotated through the air, and her feet hit the mat before anything else, just narrowly saving her from a nasty landing! El Rey was surprised, but not as surprised as when she suddenly leaped up and grabbed hold of his head, and as her legs came up, it was clear that he was in for a rough fall himself if she managed to hit this codebreaker! El Rey's hands shot up fast, and snatched hold of her legs, and as the two fell, he stumbled forwards, holding tight to Valerie as he took a few steps... before righting himself, managing to plant his feet and straighten himself back up, hoisting the blonde with him, thwarting her move attempt!

"Nnngh! You just won't go down, eh?!" El Rey groaned, before he'd suddenly attempt to drop Valerie's legs, letting her fall out of his grip! However, he wasn't letting her go free, quite the opposite in fact! He was going back to something that had paid him some dividends before! As she fell down, he'd suddenly wrap his arms tight around her waist, catching her with her feet just barely dangling, and once more he'd wrench down hard, arms cinching around her waist as he immediately put a hellish squeeze on her, as she was once more put back in the large man's crushing bearhug!

On paper, this was precisely the opposite sort of move that Valerie went for. She typically preferred suplexes, and simple ones at that, rarely dipping into fancy counters and elaborate attacks. She would’ve much instead given him some kind of slam and drilled him onto the floor, but maybe that was the problem - she needed to think outside the box and try something unorthodox, something that could catch even a skilled opponent like this off guard, or she would just fine herself getting run over again and again.

It was a good way of thinking, and it seemed to work at first, as her Codebreaker clearly took him off guard. But somewhere along the line, things took a wrong turn - she was supposed to go falling back and bring him along for the ride, only he stopped it halfway, canceling out all of her momentum in an impressive show of strength. Valerie found her standing before him, stunned, and he was o him before she could correct, getting his arms around her waist, closing in tight…

A bearhug. Again.

It might have been repetitive, but she couldn't deny the sense in using such a move. After having her back slammed against the barricade then put in the torture rack, her back was in absolute agony, making the hold exponentially more excruciating. Valerie couldn't keep from screaming this time, arching her back as the bones cracked underneath the pressure.

She squirmed in the hold and thrashed about desperate for some release. For now, though, her real chance was the referee, who was still counting away. As far as she was concerned, he could get there fast enough.

After blasting Valerie with... well, with his entire body, El Rey had managed to collect himself on the outside of the ring, and given the far rougher landing for the blonde bombshell he was facing, it was no wonder that he managed to get back up before she did! As such, he was afforded an opportunity to continue his offense, and his mind quickly raced through the possibilities of what to do with the stunned blonde before him, before he paused to consider an idea that had popped into his head. I mean... he hadn't gotten all of what he wished earlier... so he might as well. And with his decision made, El Rey would quickly snatch Valerie up and into his arms, off of her feet as he quickly squeezed down, trapping the taller woman in yet another crushing bearhug, this one with hopefully less awkward motorboating and far more time actually crushing her!

It certainly seemed to be doing the trick too, as Valerie couldn't offer much more than a pained scream now, her body in absolute agony as El Rey crushed her against him, the bearhug proving far more effective this time! It certainly helped El Rey, as he would wrench down harder and harder, and the less resistance she provided the more he could try to absolutely flatten her, which would make the rest of this match all the easier! There was only one hangup... in the form of the counting referee within the ring!

"Hmmmm... alright, fine then. Sorry hermosa, but I can't keep the ref waiting!" That, however, didn't mean an actual release for Valerie, as El Rey wanted to make sure she was not going to be fighting back as they got back within the ring! And so with a sudden twist, he'd swing himself backwards and haul Valerie along with him attempting to suddenly slam her down hard onto the matted floor outside with a belly-to-belly suplex!

If his suplex connected, El Rey would quickly roll over and once more snatch Valerie up, giving her no time to recover as he attempted to turn and toss her onto the apron and back into the ring, with the masked man following quickly behind to try and beat the count!

Valerie had never been more grateful to hear the referee’s count. She wasn’t about o givbe up or anything, she wasn’t quite at her threshold, and tapping out to a bearhug was about the last thing her budding career needed - but damn, did it hurt, especially with the abuse her back had already endured. More than anything, she wanted to take some time to catch her breath and come up with a plan, but El Rey had a funny way of shutting her down before that could happen. As silly as the man could be, she couldn't ignore the skill he had and the physicality he backed it up with. Valerie was in for a serious fight.

As the count rose, Valerie breathed a sigh of relief, as best as she could with her compressed lungs - El Rey would either let go of the hold and give her a chance to get back into the ring and regroup, or he would mess up and get them both counted out, which, while far from ideal, would give them a draw. Not the outcome she wanted, but one she would take over losing if push came to shive.

As it turned out, though, El Rey had other ideas. Painful ideas. Ideas that involved swing her around, hurling her about, and bringing her down on the bare floor with one of her own favorites: a belly-to-belly suplex.

The audience winced at the impact, and rightfully so - as they could no doubt guess from Valerie’s ear-piercing shriek, it was quite painful. She swore she could see her soul leaving her body as the wind was knocked clean out of her, leaving her aching and gasping and wheezing on the floor. She would’ve had a hard time getting back into the ring on her own accord, but El Rey made that a moot point when he peeled her off the mat, hefted her up, and rolled her back in under the bottom rope. She flopped over a few times before resting on her chest near the center of the ring, where she stayed with her face pressed against the mat, groaning through her teeth. She punched the canvas a couple of times, planted her knuckles on the mat, and tried to rise up, ignoring her body’s clear suggestions not to.

As much as El Rey might have enjoyed holding Valerie flush against him and crushing her within his powerful grasp, the referee's count had put a time limit on how long he could enjoy such a position, and though her pained screams indicated that he might have been able to wring out a submission given a few more seconds, he didn't have that luxury! Instead, he'd need to get her back into the ring, and though he could have flung her inside from where he had her now, he figured that he might as well use the outside of the ring to his benefit while he was here! And so it was that logic that propelled Valerie up and overhead as El Rey flung her with a highly impressive belly-to-belly suplex, sending the blonde crashing down hard onto the matted floor, yet another scream of pain coming from her lips as she landed, with El Rey quickly spinning around to raise himself once more!

He snagged hold of Valerie quite easily afterwards and quickly hauled her up, before swinging her around and tossing her underneath the bottom ropes. The blonde rolled a bit until she reached the center of the ring, eventually stopping as she regained a small manner of control, enough to angrily punch the canvas before she attempted to pull herself up. El Rey had entered the ring behind her, a bit less annoyed than his opponent, and as she began to rise, he was quick to step in close to her, grabbing hold of her head and helping her up... to a point, of course.

"Here hermosa, allow me." He quipped, but Valerie would only be able to rise as far as her feet before he would yank her head forward, in between his thick thighs, a position she had turned on him before! He was confident now it would be a lot harder for her, and so he would wrap his arms around her waist, suddenly flipping her up to sit atop his shoulders, holding her tight as he held her up in powerbomb position!

"Alright, here we go!" The masked man said, before he'd suddenly take a few confident steps forwards, building up speed, only to suddenly throw Valerie backwards! His plan wasn't just to slam her onto the canvas, but to fling her backwards into the hard corner post behind her, and execute a nasty buckle bomb, one that would leave her flat on her ass against the buckles if she didn't escape!

Take it easy. Just take it easy. This wasn’t anything you haven’t trained for, nothing you shouldn’t be ready for.

Valerie tried to focus as she pushed her way up, getting past the mounting pain she was experiencing to concentrate on the task at hand. She was rapidly losing momentum in this match, and if she had any chance of taking it back, she would need to make a big move, and soon - she could already tell El Rey was starting to build towards a climactic finish. Fatigue was showing on them both, rapidly reaching the point where a big move might be enough to finish either of them of. Valerie just had to make sure she was in the position to land it first.

At the moment, though, things weren’t looking too good, as El Rey came over before she could fully rise and shoved her head into the telltale powerbomb position. It was a move she was more than a little familiar with, but rarely on the receiving end, and she was not in a mood to start changing that right about now. The only problem was that, unlike the last time he’d tried this on her, she didn’t have the strength to haul him up with another body drop, her back still aching from the grueling bearhug she’d endured. She would need to go with another option. Something a little bit more radical.

She waited until he started to charge forward, then threw her body backwards, gripped his head tight between her iron thighs, and tried to turn his momentum against him with a hurricanrana, a move that would’ve sent him hurtling, face-first, towards the very turnbuckle he had just wanted to smash her against. It was a move that her brother had used on her quite a few times, and but one that she had only sparingly used herself, and never in a live match. Valerie wasn’t a big fan of experimentation in the field, but she was low on options.

Rejoining Valerie within the ring, El Rey approached the blonde and managed to grab hold of her as she was slowly attempting to get back onto her feet, helping her up just enough for him to pull her head between his legs, doubling her over and getting a grip on her waist! El Rey knew she was tired, but still braced himself low just in case she tried to flip him overhead once more, but no such resistance came, and so he would suddenly swing her up and onto his shoulders, leaving her seated atop his broad frame! Already going better than last time. With that confidence boost, El Rey would get his hands planted on her hips, a fairly sensual grip, but the most practical one to keep her from falling off, and after he had gotten his purchase, he'd turn himself towards the corner. Or, as well as he could see it with Valerie's crotch obscuring his view.

Once he had lined up, the masked man would take a few quick steps forwards, building up speed as he rushed towards the corner, before suddenly gripping Valerie's waist and looking to throw her forwards at the turnbuckles! ...Or, that had been the plan.

As El Rey attempted to heave Valerie off of his body, he suddenly felt a strong resistance in the form of Valerie's legs clamping down on his head, and as her body swung backwards, the force of her movement only increased his onwards momentum! And once she had fully swung herself out of the way, she'd release El Rey, and whip his head directly into the turnbuckles with a huricanrana that would have made any lucha proud!

"UUGH! Uuuhh..." El Rey let out a grunt as his head bounced off the buckles, ringing his bell and sending him stumbling backwards, almost falling onto his ass before he caught himself and wisely chose to take a knee, gripping his forehead with one of his hands as he went down! Valerie had twice now thwarted his attempts to power her around, and he was starting to wonder if any attempt to do something related to a powerbomb would end in disaster. Still, those thoughts could wait, as he needed to get up quickly before the blonde could capitalize on his dazed state!

Amazingly, Valerie pulled off a hurricanrana.

Even more amazingly, she managed to do so without busting her head open, like she did the first time she ever tried that move. And the second.

It wasn’t much, but she was more than happy to take that small win. Granted, she couldn't say she pulled off the move flawlessly, as she came down a little hard on her shoulder in the process, but hey - could’ve been far, far worse, and it did the job she wanted it to. Even better, really - it was hard for her to be sure with the position, but she was reasonably certain that El Rey had smacked his head off the turnbuckle, a nasty hit to be taking at this point in the match, the last thing he needed. He was stunned, and with his position, she had a good idea on how to capitalize, too. It was time to bring out her biggest guns.

Valerie rolled to the side as he started to stand up, getting to her feet behind him and moving in fast. She reached out and wrapped her arms around his waist as if she were going for a German Suplex, but that wasn’t the plan - not just yet.

Instead, she drove forward with everything she had, forcing El Rey to run right into the turnbuckle and bounce off. Valerie used the momentum from the rebound as she fell to her back, pulling him with her. The two of them tumbled and did a full rotation, only for her to plant her feet as they came out of it.

Valerie gritted her teeth, tensed her back, and summoned all of her power as she attempted to lift El Rey’s straight off the ground, combining her raw strength with their momentum as she attempted to lift him up, over, and down, right on his shoulders, going for the legendary Chaos Theory Rolling Suplex. She made sure to post up and bridge after the impact, too, going for a pinfall attempt - if any of her non-finisher moves could pull it off, it was this one.

If you had told El Rey at this point that Valerie was allergic to being successfully piledriven, he would have believed you. Instead of being successfully thrown into the turnbuckle behind her, the blonde had pulled out a flashy maneuver that the masked man hadn't expected from someone who's style seemed to be based on the fundamentals! And as she used her bodyweight to twist and fling him forwards, there was no longer anything between himself and the turnbuckle that he was now hurtling towards! And so the masked man would slam into the harsh corner post in front of him, letting out a grunt of pain as his cranium hit first, smacking hard enough that he nearly bounced off, stumbling backwards into the waiting arms of Valerie!

El Rey could feel her get a firm hold of him, and the male wrestler braced himself for sudden impact as she did, knowing that she likely wouldn't be treating him to anything gentle now that she had turned the tide once more! He was right... partially.

At first, El Rey was only tripped backwards, Valerie falling with him, and the pair of them rolled backwards onto the canvas, El Rey's body pulled along as the two rolled all the way through, eventually pulled backwards up onto his feet! However, the momentum would continue as Valerie now hefted him, and did as he expected the first time, bridging backwards and crushing El Rey into the canvas with a picture perfect german suplex!

"UUGH!"

"ONE!"

The count almost didn't even register, El Rey being so stunned from having his entire body landing on top of his shoulders, but he supposed now that he thought about it, she hadn't actually released him! That meant that the muscled luchador was left folded up as the referee's hand rose once more, things looking like they were heading towards the finish!

"TWO!"

El Rey groaned, legs sagging as his strength seemed to all but leave him, the man deflating as the referee's hand came up once more!

"THR-"

"NNNGH!" With a sudden and massive roar, El Rey would expend all the strength it looked like he had lost, kicking his legs directly into the air and breaking Valerie's pin, just an instant before the match was concluded!
