So I had an idea about LOSER belt

What if that's like a seasonal belt? Like a random fighter is given the belt and needs to get rid of it as soon as possible (Or two people are chosen to fight and the loser gets it) and they only have like three months or so many matches to do so? This way there won't be too many belts at a time

I think these are really cool ideas. Though, from what I understand, a LOSER belt is defined as identifying the supposed "worst" wrestler in the league. Putting it on a random person and making it seasonal, I feel goes against that principle. But I still think the ideas themselves are cool and have a place somewhere.

Well here's the issue with not making it seasonal or always giving it to the worst one, no one's going to focus on that belt for very long

It seems to be the least popular belt already, so it needs to be made more interesting. Like a good way to make the chars worry more about having it is if they have it for too long, they are written down as the LOSER of the year kinda thing if the time limit expires.

So I feel like it won't work out very well if it stays all year round

I like the idea of two wrestlers are picked to fight over it every x amount of time if someone holds it for too long. You could still make it seem like it's the worst character who has it by having two objectively weak wrestlers with bad records ( in general, or lately if you're doing that kind of story ) compete to see who ends up with it. I'd say just throwing it on a randomly selected wrestler seems like a bad idea though.

If the belt is so unpopular, then why not drop the idea of it for now, focus on the other titles, and being the idea of the Loser belt back later?

I love the idea of a loser belt, just think other things should take precedent.
