(The Heroine’s failure) Neptune “the Heroine” versus Clara “GASTER” Gaster

Neptune was rather confident after her first match with Shinobu going so well, sure she lost the second time but the reason why that second time happened is because she won her debut, she decided to attempt to challenge someone a lot more powerful than Shinobu, the girl who ended up giving multiple girls in this company night terrors of some kind, if the stories are to be believed “GASTER”. Neptune was of course nervous. But if she believed herself and attempted to stay on guard, she had confidence she would win, especially considering her speed and ease of dodging certain moves, she could win this with...well not ease but she still a win is a win. Just then her theme music blared, it was time for her to get out there and show LAW what she was made of

”weighing in at 106 pounds! Our first competitor! Neptune! The Heroine!

As soon as the announcer yelled her name she ran out, backflipping in order to show off for the crowd as she slide under the bottom rope and went to her corner, waiting for her opponent to arrive taking a few deep breaths in order to keep herself from panicking

Clara was normally very happy to help noobies in a match. She didn't hold back, because people new to LAW usually came in with decent skillset already, so it was good for her to wrestle against opponents she wasn't fully aware of or couldn't do a lot of research.

Right now however? She simply wasn't in the mood for more matches. She was busy getting ready for her Apex match...getting ready to save her girlfriend from the hands of her archenemy, and she simply couldn't spare a single thought about any other matches. Still...that was her job. She had to wrestle, as much as she wasn't 100% mentally into any other match. She did a little research into Neptune, seeing that her foe tonight had found some success in LAW, but she was still planning to win tonight...

Time of Victory played and Clara tried to muster the same amount of positivity, but fans could see that the Shadow Lord was not quite into it. She still smiled, she still clapped hands with the crowd...but she felt...tired. As if she barely slept the last few weeks (which she hasn't), as if she didn't quite want to be here tonight.

She still made her rounds around the ringside, getting into the ring as she saw Neptune inside. She knew she had to leave her Apex stuff behind her for now. It would've been disrespectful to still keep that in mind and be distracted to Neptune, who likely came here for a win against the Brit at her best.

"Hi...", she waved to the purplenette with a polite smile...

Neptune took a deep breath and looked at her opponent, she was still a bit intimidated, despite Clara’s outwardly cute appearance, she would respond with a smile and a

”h-hello! I’m Neptune the Heroine! And tonight I’m here to win, I hope you don’t take it personally Ms.Gaster”

Neptune said with a giggle and a goofy pose as she proclaimed she was “the Heroine” it was obvious she was trying to make a big show of herself, or look like an idiot, either way she was succeeding with flying colors

”I ended up seeing a few of your matches before hand so I know that you can take a lot of pain, but I think that I can dodge a good amount too!”

Neptune said of this with a big dorky smile as she was explaining the new video game she just got to her opponent

”crap right I was so excited I completely forgot”

Neptune grabbed Clara’s hand shook it

”May the best woman win”

Neptune said with a cute smile

”Heh…no worries, but don’t take it personally when I win myself!”, Clara would explain, as she stepped forward offering Neptune her hand, with the woman accepting after explaining how she got ready for the match.

“Let’s see if that work will pay off…” , Clara would say, stepping back and nodding to the ref that she was ready to start the match…

DING DING DING!

Once it rang, Clara carefully stepped to the middle of the ring, as she tried to grapple with Neptune in a Collar-and-Elbow Tie Up!

Neptune accepted the tie up immediately attempted to push Clara to the ropes, it was obvious was at least strong enough to hold her own

”so what was up with that mask that you put on?”

Neptune asked quizzically, trying to make a bit of in ring small talk, despite them being opponents, Neptune still wanted to be at least somewhat friendly with Clara, she didn’t want anyone too “hate” her after all, all though the two cups of coffee might have been overkill when it came to preparation

Neptune would quickly push Clara into the ropes as the Brit tried to ground her rival, with her ending up with her back to the ropes instead! The ref would approach the two to request a break from Neptune, but Clara would manage to take control of the situation before the call, grabbing at Neptune's arm to twist it with a Wristlock!

"How do you mean? Something wrong with wrestling in a mask?", Clara would reply.

Neptune yelped in pain as Clara twisted her arm behind her back, trying to break free by wiggling her hand out of Clara’s grip, if that didn’t work, then she would probably try to slam her back against the ring post

”aack! No there isn’t anything wrong with that it’s just you were acting different when you put it on”

Neptune said, continuing to struggle to get out of Clara’s wrist lock

"i...I was just playing a character at the time. Wasnt sure of just...wrestling as myself...", Clara would reply, realizing that Neptune was trying to get to a corner, the referee would likely call for a rope break.

So instead, Clara would try to twist the purplenette's arm further, twisting it behind her back for a Hammerlock hold!

Neptune would yell in pain as she continued to try and push Clara back into a corner, with her free arm reach for the rope so she could get a rope break, hoping she could get her hand out of Clara’s death grip that way, she had to get away, considering how much pain Clara was causing the purplette’s arm

”would you let go?!”

Neptune said with gritted teeth, obviously slightly frustrated and annoyed more so then hurting at this point, fortunately for her that meant she was more focused on breaking Clara’s hold, more so then she was the pain her arm was currently in

Despite the pain in her arm, the purplenette continued to reach for the ropes, her efforts and frustration bearing fruit as her hand finally reached the ropes!

"Clara, let go", the ref would request the Brit obliging, as she released the arm from the hammerlock, stepping away from Neptune as her foe regrouped, and got ready to continue the match!
