Clara GASTER vs Izuku Midoriya - Ironman Beach Match

Ironman Match on the Beach - Points to be awarded to each wrestler by scoring pinfalls, submissions, knockouts, count-outs, or disqualifications over their opponent. The wrestler with more falls at the end of the 30-minute time limit will be declared the winner.

Deku sighed softly as he awaited backstage of the Fight The LAW pay per view, trying to calm his nerves by stretching his arms out in preparation for his upcoming match with Clara Gaster. There was a lot riding on this bout, after all it was his first ppv bout period in less than a year with LAW and they were on the main card no less against a veteran in the wrestling business in one of the most decisive match ups there was in the industry. So yeah this was definitely the biggest match of his career to this point so needless to say he was rather.. nervous for it.

"Looking good Deku!"

Jumping almost a foot in the air from the shock of being wolf whistled at by a random female worker for the production crew Deku blushed as he was reminded of the other thing that was making him intensely nervous for this bout... the fact he'd be doing so in a pair of swim trunks. "Really wish that official told us that at the meeting.. than we may have been able to change it.." Deku grumbled to himself, not exactly feeling especially confident about wrestling in the lack of clothing. After all there was a reason he normally wore a shirt and baggy pants most of the time. Instead he was wearing just a slim pair of dark blue trunks with white and red stripes on the sides. Not exactly his ideal look for a match such as this.

Taking a deep breath Deku just did his best to get himself ready. After all despite the embarrassment that would come from wearing this he needed to deal with it in order to do what he had too. To beat Gaster once and for all and prove her accusations of him wrong. Clenching his fist as he remembered what she said and the feelings stirred up from their first match he nodded to himself refocused. In order to do this and protect his growing reputation he would have to fight with everything he had and all the confidence he could muster, no room for doubt today. Nodding as the clean up from the last match ended and given the que to enter first Deku would nod and walk forward as his entrance music kicked on.

Walking out and getting a loud pop from the fans mixed with some boos Deku smiled out at everyone, admittedly glad that it seemed Clara's claims were largely ineffectual in changing people's perception of him. Running from one side of the sand to the other he threw his arms out shouting out to both sides of the crowd with a smile on his face. Behind him several green and white fireworks popped off in tandem with his music making him smile softly from the use of pyro for him. An upside to having this match on the beach he supposed.

Walking through the sand to the ring he would smile softly a he walked up the steps and climbed directly up the outside of the corner. Turning and posing for the crowd once more he would smile and throw out his arm before diving forward and landing in a roll earning another cheer from the fans as he walked over to his corner and turned. Eyes locking on the entrance area he just made his way down from Deku prepared himself for his opponent to appear, knowing he would have a long and difficult fight ahead.

Clara would feel awkward about her attire for the PPV. Yet again, she'd have to go with a bikini to go with the beach theme, memories of her previous PPV match still fresh in her mind...

As was what just transpired on the last few minutes of the card. After Sandy interrupted Kay's match, and Clara had to go and help save her girlfriend from the vicious heavyweight, she had very little time to change into her bikini. Her mind was still in disarray, the Brit worried about the blunette's wellbeing while she went to the gorilla position. She tried to shake the worries off. Kay survived worse, and regardless, her worrying wouldn't do anything for anyone.

Exhaling her worries, she exited the gorilla position to her theme song and yellow pyro, with a serious look on her face. She still felt disrespected by Deku, and she was going to make him pay for what happened in the previous match. She was going to win tonight no matter what.

She relaxed her expression, though the crowd reaction were split between cheering for Izuku and Clara...though even those who disliked Clara's attitude for the situation couldn't help but cheer the Brit on, that cute did she look in her bikini.

She posed and smiled and waved on her way to the ring, blushing, but greeting the crowd before she rolled in into the ring. Her expression got serious once more, starting daggers into her rival as the referee checked the two wrestlers for their readiness as Clara's theme song quiet down...

Clara nodded, awaiting Deku's reply.

Deku's attention immediately turned towards the entrance ramp as the music of his opponent kicked on making him crouch slight and put his hands on his knees, mentally preparing for her to come down. Eyes fixing on her form as it came through the golden light and flames Deku already tensed up, getting himself ready for what was likely gonna be the fight of his life.

One small boon that came as Clara descended the sands to the ring was the fact that the cheers were split between the two, meaning one at least wouldn't have the momentum advantage going forward.

Buttttt unfortunately the fact that Clara was wearing such a revealing bikini didn't exactly help... Gulping softly as he though about grappling with her while having that much skin exposed... well he knew that it would be quite the challenge to deal with.

Shaking his head of any such thoughts Deku just remembered why he was here, how Clara had insulted him and his integrity. Immediately as if a fire had overtaken him he tightened his hands into fists he locked eyes with the emerald orbs of his opponent. Nodding silently to the ref saying he was ready he would walk forward without any direction to do so.

Stopping at the middle of the ring, eyes locked on Clara's the whole time, he waited for her to meet him here. This was for all intents and purposes a grudge match and a stare down between the two before they laid into each other only seemed appropriate. So he would stand, back straight with as confident an expression as he could muster as he waited to see if Clara would meet him.

With Deku nodding in response about being ready, the bell would ring...

DING DING DING

And the match would officially be on!

The clock on the screen of the makeshift entrance ramp read:

And it slowly went down:

As Clara got her full attention on Izuku, her rival would proudly step to the middle of the ring, no hint of the attack...

...and Clara would do the same, pressing her forehead to her rival's head, to show how serious she was about this match. Her fists were balled into fists...

Before it was relaxed and raised up, challenging Deku to grab it for a test of strength!

In no time the bell had rung starting the bout officially as the clock began ticking down. Rather than immediately jumping to attack though, Deku instead stepped forward to the center of the ring. A position his opponent would soon meet him in almost right after.

Green eyes glaring daggers into each other Deku and Clara stared one another down with unflinching determination behind both.

If it wasn't already obvious the tension between the two was palpable to the point one could cut it with a knife,

After just a moment of the stare down Clara made the opening gambit, lifting her arm up inviting him to a test of strength. Eyes quirking between Clara's own and her hand Deku would reach up and clasp hands firmly with Clara's own and without a single word being spoken between them he began...

Pushing against Clara with everything he had!

The test of strength would begin, with the two combatants pushing against one another to overpower the other, pouring all of their frustration against each other from the last few weeks after their match.

But for a while it seemed like the two were at a stalemate. Not intending to waste any time Clara would kick at Izuku's right arm, and grab his left with both her hands, trying to twist it with a quick wristlock!

Deku's eyes never once left Clara's as the two began pushing against each other, their individual strength both physically and mentally being put to the test as they pushed one another. Everything from the past few weeks they've felt going into this match boiling over, their anger, frustration, and drive to win over the other coming to a head!

Perhaps as a result of this in addition to their similar body types the two were in a dead lock that wasn't broken until the girl abandoned the contest in favor of trying to twist his hand in a wrist lock! "Ngh!" Deku grunted as his hand was twisted, but he'd be trapped for only a moment before ducking down and spinning out to untwist his hand. If successful he would pull the light weight forward before throwing his knee up try and blast Clara with a knee strike to the gut!

Clara wanted to ensure the match ran at a slower pace. The clock was barely past the first minute, and there were 29 more to go. She was far from used to matches longer than 15, and as such, she wanted to pace herself properly going forward in the match, trying to focus on holds and takedowns for now...

...Deku, seemingly, had no such reservations.

Slipping out of the hold, he would ram his knee into Clara's gut!

"GWAAAH!!!", she cried out, driven back towards the ropes holding her hurting stomach...

[Bare]

The first minute had ticked down and Deku was eager to push Clara fast and hard, trying to wear her down heavily from the get go. His strategy was to press Clara with constant hard hittin offense and secure as many points early on then play defensive for the remainder of the mat. Essentially to keep her from making points period while widening a gap between them.

So when he managed to get free from her grip and slam a knee up into her gut making the girl back off to the ropes. 'Perfect.' Deku thought to himself as he ran forward towards both Clara and the ropes, leaping up and throwing his hands out. His idea being to grab onto and perch himself on the ropes near Clara while swinging his leg around in a arc behind Clara attempting to smash his foot into the back of the girl's head to send her stumbling away from the ropes!
