Malisa was currently enjoying herself as she walked around in one of the parks in the city as the Solomon Island native needed some time to think. As things did not go as well as she had hoped in her last match , and she feared that her rival Rebecca Watasumi would hear about it. Which would likely lead to the other wrestler confronting her about it which was the last thing she wanted. Still it was an rather lovely day as she was currently wearing an attire which consisted off an white tanktop that only covered her breasts and was wearing an red cloth that kept her white underwear as she wondered if the petting zoo would be opened today as she walked towards it.

Dawn hasn't been active in the ring lately, but she didn't have much problems with rent due to having a more simple way of life. She mostly spent her free time refining her craft, meditating or looking at the fauna in the area to make sure the populations are stable. She didn't have any close friends or enemies in the federation, but the blonde desired to make a few bonds. While the skies were clear today, Dawn decided to dress warm by wearing her green sweater, black skirt and purple leggings along with a grey backpack. She hummed a tune while walking in the park. Very few people ventured through this pathway. Today she was checking if the petting zoo was open.

While she was walking her ears perked upon hearing some chirping. It was a pygmy woodpecker, a native species perched on a branch while foraging. Dawn immediately rummaged through her bag and retrieved a grape. "Just a little treat for you" flicking the berry to the bird. Hopefully this woodpecker wasn't too reliant on humans feeding them.

Then she heard a different noise. Definitely not from an animal she could recognise because of how loud the footsteps were. Looking at the source it was a girl she never seen before wearing some rather revealing clothes. "Why hello there!" trying to grab Malisa's attention.

The sound of animals was all around her as Milasa would feel the stress of the day just go away as she could just enjoy her surroundings. As it seemed like there was not another human around her as she heard some chirping as she walked in the direction it was coming from. Since if she was correct then she was currently hearing an pygmy woodpecker as she hoped to take an picture of it with her phone.

However what she had not expected was to hear someone say hello as she would walk into the clearing to see another person was their. Now she had to admit that the other person was rather cute , but the dark skinned wrestler did not really get along with other people as she replied back ''can you be quiet blondie as I thought I heard an pygmy woodpecker , and don't want you scaring her off''as she began to look around to try and spot the bird she wanted to see.

There was a large biodiversity of wildlife in this park. Most of the species present around were specifically native to Japan. Not only there were chirps but growls, flapping, footsteps and other wonderful noises in the area. Dawn seen that specific pygmy woodpecker judging by looking at the marks on its feathers. She also knew how it behaved.

"You don't need to worry. That one likes to stay still while consuming a grape" pointing to the branch where the bird was lying. This new person was just as interested in animals as her. How fascinating. Dawn heard some rustling in the bushes and out came a soaking Japanese squirrel. The creature recently took a bath in the nearby watering hole and was looking at the ground for a treat. While Malisa was focused on taking a picture, the blonde took out a walnut and flicked it towards the rodent. The squirrel snatched the nut and immediately approached the Canadian. "You are a good squirrel...there...there" she whispered stroking its neck while also making noises with her lips.

After Malisa took her picture, Dawn decided to address the other young woman. "I rarely see people at this park, so this is a new experience. I am Dawn Wilder and you are?" she asked before more rustling came from the bushes. A Japanese raccoon dog also known as a tanuki burst out growling, causing the squirrel to flee.

Malisa feared that the pygmy woodpecker would be spooked by herself and the blond , and fly off as she was ready to rip the other person an new one. However to her surprise the bird would remain where he was , and like the other woman say was currently eating an grape as she would slowly approach it while it ate.

Since the bird was only focused on eating this allowed Malisa to get closer then she had ever bin , and then to her surprise she spotted the blond feeding an squirrel as she would take an quick picture of the pygmy woodpecker as she replied back ''wow you got an real gift their. As I have never seen animals act like that. Still the name Dawn Wilder seems familier , but have no clue where U heard it before.My name is Malisa Torori , and I love to know what your secret it?''

The tanuki would be at a safe distance from the two girls, allowing them to speak a bit more. Dawn had a large supply of food for feeding purposes. There was some rather unusual display of animal behaviour in this park ever since the blonde started coming to this area regularly.

"I have been living close to animals for as long as I can remember. It is some special gift that I possess, being able to discern how animals are feeling. I also know know about making them aware that they are safe in our presence. Obviously requires a lot of practice and concentration." she explained although her connection to animals had its limits. Even her would have some trouble persuading a hippo. "You heard of me hmmmm? I have been involved in a few conservation projects. This might be surprising but I am also a professional wrestler. Tatori is a familiar name to me. Some place or business.." scratching her head to stimulate memories.

It seems the tanuki also known as Japanese raccoon dog was also hungry judging by the way it walked and growled. Dawn decided to cater to this creature also. Since they were an omnivorous species, Dawn brought out a second container and took a handful of mealworms, placing it on the ground with some walnuts. The mammal surveyed the food before devouring it in a few seconds. Dawn stared at the creature with bright eyes and little movement to not provoke any major reaction. After finishing its meal the tanuki left looking more serene than before. "Surprised I had to resort to that level" she commented. Dawn's stance about eating meat were more loose compared to Malisa's. She didn't mind eating for survival but the Canadian would try to minimise and find other protein sources if possible.

Malisa had notice the tanuki who seem to be watching them from afar as she focused on the blond as she hoped if the other woman would share her secret. As the black skinned wrestler loved to have animals get so close to her , but the answer she got left her disappointed as it seemed like Dawn had some kind of special ability when it came to animals and not some trick she could share with her.

However the conversation quickly moved away from animals , as she listen to the blond talking about herself as she tried to think of any articles she had read about conservation project . However she could not like any of the ones she had read about to the woman across from her .Still when she learned that Dawn was an professional wrestler she made the connection as she replied back ''I think I know where you heard my name , and I finally figured out where I heard yours. As I assume we both work for the same company as like yourself I am also an wrestler , and I work for LAW''as she watched as Dawn gave the tanuki some food as the animal walked away more serene then he arrived as she was just shocked as she asked ''can I have some of that food as I suspect you must be using something special to get animals to behave like that''

As for conservation projects, Dawn didn't recall coming across a woman who liked Malisa there, although it was certainly animal related. "I work for LAW too what a coincidence Sure you can borrow my feed. It is not poisoned or drugged I swear" biting one of the remaining walnuts before handing them over to Malisa. Totori....Totori...a brand name or species? No it wasn't. "Do you work at a zoo by any chance?" she asked

Malisa would just smile when she heard the blond would teach her an few of her tricks as she figured those would come in handy. As not only would she be able to handle the wild animals better , but so would the people who worked in the Zoo that her parents were currently running. Still that would only happen after she was taught as she hoped this would also include the animal feed that the Canadian had made.

On the mention of animal feed she would just giggle as she replied ''yeah I figured that was the case when you feed the animals as I watched . Still I gladly take an bite of your walnuts''as she took an nibble when she heard the blond asked if she worked in an zoo as she just replied ''kinda did. As my parents own an Zoo back on the island where I was born.Surprised you heard of it as Totori Zoo is nothing special to be honest.Still do your parents do anything involving animals Dawn?''

If there was one thing Dawn appreciating when it came to using technology, it was hearing the voices across the world at your fingertips. Info about upcoming events and what is considered ideal animal feed were provided by a collection of blogs. However Dawn knew how to improvise and experiment even willing to take the fall sometimes.

She proved that the food wasn't drugged as it had no visible mental effect on either Dawn or Malisa. Seemed she was going to have to adjust her schedule to accommodate her new student/friend. "On an island run by a couple...definitely the place. There are plenty of species only endemic to the Solomon Islands. Like the Gizo white-eye or the dwarf flying fox. I am glad they are trying to help these creatures despite deforestation..." a slight change of tone as if she was feeling a little shaken.

"My mother was more interested in plants while my father was just a therapist. It is something that I picked up specifically" of course her parents were supportive with the little advice they gave guided Dawn into the right direction. The petting zoo was taking a while to open.
