Chigusa Yuuki vs. Valentina Vladinova - Battle of Supremacy

Unread post by PrinceArjuna332 »

Standard Match
Victory Conditions: Gained by either pin, KO, or submission from the opponent.
Normal rules apply.

Another night for a match for Chigusa Yuuki. She had been struggling in this promotion for a while, still unable to score even a win ever since her debut. It's less about her being less capable, it's just that the people here were very talented and powerful. But that didn't mean she would just give up like that. This time, the former Wrestle Angel was determined to emerge victorious, and whoever her opponent for tonight, she would have to deal with losing against her.

Donning her green wrestling outfit, with a strapless bra underneath, she prepared herself for her entrance. Soon, her music entrance, Armed Forever, was played, and she saw this as her cue to make her entrance. The crowd cheered for the green-clad wrestler, who loved her for her determination and perseverance despite her low amount of wins in this federation. Smiling, Chigusa waved her hand at them as she walked down the ramp, heading over to the ring where the match would take place.

Upon arriving, Chigusa would climb up the apron, entering the ring. She would wave her hands some more, acknowledging the crowd before she bowed to all directions, as if expressing her gratitude to their supports. Then, she would head over to the corner so that she could wait for her opponent to make her appearance.

From what she had heard, her opponent for tonight was a heavyweight named Valentina Vladinova. So, the odds were stacked against her in this match, but it was fine for her, knowing that if she fought hard enough, she would be able victorious over her heavyweight opponent.

The crowd pop for Chigusa was massive. Despite her limited time in LAW, she had won over many fans and this was mostly down to her skill. She had however, tremendous heart, the spirit of a warrior and that was something no wrestling school could teach. Despite the admiration the crowd showed, there were two figures who were not party to the mood. Valentina and Natasha, the biggest heels in LAW watched on, lurking in the shadows of the ramp where they were due to appear next. Valentina flicked her hair back, clad in her familiar Russian red bikini and boots, along with Natasha who wore the same.

"Can you believe they booked me against this munchkin?"

Valentina's less than complimentary attitude was reflected by Natasha,

"Ziz iz an inzult to Mother Russia! Crush zis weakling Valentina, zhow zee fools see decadent Western ways are wrong!"

A smirk came across the face of the purple haired Seductress and Valentina replied

"Oh I will, and I am sure you can assist Natasha"

The ominous sounds of Prokofiev rumbled across the PA and the buoyant mood changed to a chorus of boo's. None of the audience in attendance wanted to see the Russian's tonight. Their cheating ways had brought them much success in LAW and it seemed the officials of LAW were helpless to stop them. Valentina appeared with Natasha at her side. Valentina stopping to blow a kiss to the baying crowd just to further antagonise. Natasha had a face like thunder, her eyes fixed on the spunky wrestler in the ring. As the pair climbed the steps it was Val who took a microphone, a further groan emerging from the crowd as they could tell a Valentina speech was on the way

Natasha lurked at the corner as Val spoke.

"Yes, you disgusting, fat slobs, it is I, Valentina Valdinova, one half of the Imperial Russian Empire. The greatest tag team to ever step into the ring within professional wrestling. But alas, tonight we cannot grace you with our flawless teamwork, because the idiotic bookers at LAW have matched me with...."

*gesturing to Chigusa*

".... well, matched me against this.... thing?"

With a smirk she continued, with Natasha playing cheerleader.

"Now if this was someone who we class as a moderate challenge, like Alaina, or those damn kitty kats, then perhaps this would be a match to savour. But anyway...."

*turns to Chigusa*

"... I do hope you will enjoy the might of Mother Russia, and you can be certain that my delightful partner, Natasha will not interfere, for we never break the rules..."

A chorus of mocking laughter erupted from the crowd, dismissing the Russian's claims.

"...Well! Anyway, as is so often the case with my victims, I will squash you in the middle of this ring and pin you 1..2..3 to leave you breathless!"

Valentina casually tossed the microphone toward her rival in case she wanted to reply, taking a moment to adjust her outfit which left very little to the imagination of her assets and curves

From the resounding boos, Chigusa could tell that many weren't fans of the woman she was about to face in the ring, and the moment Valentina made her appearance, she could tell why. She saw Valentina's entourage with her, who was supposedly her tag-team partner, but this was supposed to be a singles match. Then again, she was probably going to stay at the corner, but from her experience, this kind of people tend to interfere, making it difficult for her to fight cleanly.

Then, when she heard what Valentina was saying, Chigusa narrowed her eyes, feeling a little irked. She wasn't one to be angered quite easily, but to be dismissed like that was rather insulting. If that's the case, then she would have to prove it to Valentina that she was strong enough to stand before her and show it to everyone that she could win this match, despite the odds being stacked against her. She had endured many hardships before, and for her, Valentina (and her entourage) was nothing.

"You better not underestimate me..." Chigusa said confidently, placing her hands on her hips as she looked at Valentina, telling her that it wasn't a good idea to look down on her. She might not have the same natural talent as her best friend, Megumi Mutoh, or the other big names from Wrestle Angels like Mighty Yukiko or Toshimi Minami, but she was still quite a big deal back then. She wanted to show it to everyone that she wasn't one to be underestimated no matter what. "If you do, then you're in for a surprise..."

As she waited for Valentina to get ready, Chigusa also prepared herself, doing a little stretching up before she fixed her leotard. Then, she looked at the direction of her opponent as she would wait for the match to begin. She would also take note to keep a close eye on Valentina's entourage, Natasha, knowing that she might do something to disrupt the match. As she waited for the match to begin, she mentally wondered to herself on why she was pitted against another bully. Last time, she fought against Helena Dubois, who cheated her way to victory to defeat her. She hoped that this wouldn't be the same as the last time, though.

The Russian pair always made things difficult for their rivals. If they were not booked as a tag team, opponants could be certain that the other was never far away, ready to interfere despite their claims of innocence. Valentina smirked at Chigusa's comments. She simply fluffed her hair and stepped out, her eyes locked on the girl ahead of her.

"I wouldnt dream of underestimating you... or estimating you at all!"

Valentina's tongue was as savage as her array of moves she used to dismantle rivals. One thing that was a big disadvantage was that Valentina had at least 50lbs over Chigusa which would play its part given Valentina's propensity to use her size.

The Baltic bitch raised her hands and stepped out to close down the distance between the two, at the same time, cut down to available space to the middleweight wrestler. She would step in hard and look to grapple with Chigusa. Providing the wrestler didnt duck or strike out, Valentina was simply push in with effort. She was content to hold and test Chigusa, and if at all possible frustrate the smaller wrestler.

"You are strong... at least I think, show me what you can do munchkin!"

The crowd were cheering on Chigusa, it was definitely a partisan crowd in her favour, and they wanted to see her topple the big Russian

Chigusa gave Valentina a pointed look as the Baltic wrestler continued insulting her. She's used to people undermining her, but she had to admit that this woman sure had quite a sharp tongue in her mouth. Still, Chigusa readied herself for the grapple with her opponent, raising her hands up in preparation to lock up with her. It was clear that in terms of size and weight, the former Wrestle Angel got herself beaten in those departments, but being heavy and huge didn't automatically make a wrestler better than the others. After all, she had been in this sort of situation many times before, and she had emerged victorious in most of them.

Even so, her arrogance aside, Valentina seemed to be quite a formidable opponent, and Chigusa had to be careful while dealing with her. As the match began, the two of them started grappling with each other, and Chigusa would muster her strength, trying to keep herself from being overwhelmed by her Baltic adversary. "Rgghhh!!" Chigusa's strength wasn't something to be sneered at, but even one could tell who was the superior one between the two. She tried her best to stand her ground, her boots skidding against the mat as she tried to endure the overwhelming force from Valentina's push, but she knew that she might succumb anytime soon.

So, hoping that she could make use of Valentina's strength against her, Chigusa would try to get herself out of the grapple, hoping that this would catch Valentina off-guard. She planned to grab one of her arms by her wrist, hoping to twist it into a wrist lock with both her hands. It was a basic submission hold, but she knew it would be effective if done correctly.

As the pair grappled, the crowd settled to enjoy what would be a show of two very different styles. Valentina grinned as she managed to push back Chigusa, the small skid was all feeding the Russian's monumental ego, not that it needed any help. The Russian was considering bullying the girl across the ring and pressing up against her the corner, purely to show her dominance and control, but it seemed Chigusa had other ideas.

"AGGHHH HEY!"

The first reaction from Valentina was against the pain in her arm and shoulder as Chigusa expertly worked a wrist lock. Valentina bent forward and slapped her shoulder, taking a moment to consider her next move. To shove against Chigusa was a mistake, it would add pressure, and to pull was equally a bad idea, therefore Valentina decided forward was the way. She tumbled forward again and again attempting to reverse the hold. If it worked, Valentina would emerge upright but very close to the ropes. It was less than ideal, as Chigusa could grab them, or use them to press against Valentina. The Russian would naturally loosen her hold, keen to avoid being put on the back foot again.

Outside Natasha lurked and made sure that she would walk past to catch the eye of Chigusa.

Chigusa smiled as she managed to put the bigger woman into a wrist lock, causing intense pressure around the affected area. She would try to wrench her wrist as hard as she could in order to weaken her opponent. To lessen the pain, Valentina tumbled forward in order to reverse the hold, but Chigusa still kept her hold on her hand, which put the Baltic wrestler in a disadvantage. The former Wrestle Angel was looking for more ways to keep her opponent under pressure to prove that she wasn't one to be underestimated.

As she tried to keep the hold, Chigusa caught the sight of Natasha outside the ring. Chigusa didn't release her hold on Valentina's hand, but her eyes were shifted from her opponent to the other woman who was outside the ring, distracting her a little.

The crowd loved the momentum that Chigusa was building with the wrist lock, and the discomfort that Valentina showed. As the Russian struggled, she found her position close to the ropes and stamped her boot in frustration. She didnt want to grab them and force a rope break, as it would show weakness, but this was a tough spot. Instead Valentina spoke in her native tongue, most assuming that this was cursing, however Natasha lurked outside to which the crowd tried to warn Chigusa.

It seemed to do the job. Natasha started shouting at Chigusa and placed a hand on the bottom rope as if she was about to climb into the ring. The ref was keen to stop this and left the wrestlers in the ring alone as she bent through the ropes to stop the purple haired Russian Seductress.

This was the perfect moment for Valentina who managed to wriggle free just enough that she could loosen her arm and stand upright. She took a step closer to her rival and reached to paw at the girls face, at the same time, taking a leaf out of Natasha's locker by trying to claw Chigusa's eyes and free herself from the early hold

Maintaining the wrist lock, it looked like Chigusa held an advantage over her opponent, but then, the commotion that Natasha made outside the ring shifted Chigusa's attention from her opponent to the other Russian. Due to this, she didn't see what Valentina would be doing next, and due to the referee's attention was at Natasha, Valentina managed to claw at Chigusa's eyes without getting the referee's attention.

"AAAAHHH!!"

Chigusa cried out in pain, quickly releasing Valentina from the wrist lock. Trying to soothe the stinging pain that was caused by the dirty move, the former Wrestle Angel brought her hands to her eyes, thus blinding her from what Valentina would do next. It seemed that she was once again caught off-guard by her opponent's dirty move!

The crowd booed at the underhand tactics which Valentina and Natasha were known for. As Valentina freed herself from the wrist lock she grimaced and turned to see Natasha arguing with the ref. She simple smirked and nodded at the Russian on the outside, who made a grab for the ref girl to further caused a ruckus. Those at ringside shouted and threw popcorn at Natasha, sensing that Chigusa was never going to get a fair match and this would be an unofficial two vs one.

Valentina quickly turned her attention back to her rival who seemed to be blinded still from the dirty move. She would lean into the ropes and take off her boots thundering on the canvas and stretching her arm out. The baltic blond was looking to take Chigusa clean off her feet with a well aimed clothesline. If Chigusa could recover her vision, she may be able to duck, leaving the Russian blond wide open with her back turned and off balance heading to the opposite ropes

Natasha meanwhile saw the attempt and let go of the ref girl holding her hands up to show she would not interfere in the match. It was a lie of course, but for now her attention was on the crowd at ringside as she exchanged insults with them
