Shego was already waiting in the ring for her new friend—and, for the next sixty minutes, her opponent: Mary “Red” Krieger, Red Shoes. She had done her research beforehand, watching Red's previous fights closely and paying particular attention to her submissions, escapes, and that stubborn streak that seemed to appear whenever somebody thought they finally had her under control. By the time Shego finished watching, she wasn't intimidated. Quite the opposite. She was practically looking forward to finding out personally just how difficult Red was to make tap.

Sixty minutes together, trading holds, forcing submissions, escaping, resetting and then going straight back after one another until the clock finally decided which woman had come out on top. Shego adored the idea. One submission wouldn't settle anything between them; she'd have an entire hour to learn Red's tricks, discover which holds made her struggle the hardest, and find out exactly how much teasing that famous temper could tolerate before Red came charging back for revenge.

Shego waited against one of the turnbuckles in her distinctive black wrestling outfit: a sleek, high-cut black bodysuit with a plunging neckline, silver thorn-like detailing across the front, and sheer lace panels along the sides. Black lace stockings covered her thighs, while fitted black shin and foot guards protected her lower legs, leaving her toes exposed. Matching black fingerless MMA gloves and lace-patterned forearm guards covered her hands and arms, while a black choker sat snugly around her neck. Her long black hair was pulled back into a high ponytail, secured with the large black bow that completed the look. One foot rested casually on the bottom rope while her arms draped lazily over the upper ropes, Shego leaning into the turnbuckle with complete confidence. Her posture made it look less like she was waiting for a dangerous opponent and more like she'd reserved the ring for an entertaining evening.

Those green eyes remained fixed upon the entrance as an increasingly mischievous smile curled across her face. Shego flexed her gloved fingers before rolling her shoulders, already imagining the contest ahead. Red was apparently talented, tough and stubborn. Perfect. Shego didn't want somebody who would fold immediately. She wanted Red to fight back, reverse her holds, and make her work for every submission, so Shego could enjoy returning the favour. "Come on, Red…” Shego purred toward the empty entrance, amusement obvious in her voice. “I've watched you have fun with everyone else.”

She pushed herself away from the turnbuckle for a moment, stretching her arms above her head before settling comfortably against it again, wearing that infuriatingly confident smirk. “It's my turn.”
