Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
Match Rules: Standard
Natsumi was once again in her locker room preparing for another match, having finished her pre-fight meditations she was now doing the splits between two benches with her arms under her navel in contemplation.
The monk was quite frankly surprised by these turn of events that she was booked so swiftly after her last match. If she bothered to even check social media (Which she had none to speak of) they were ablaze with praise of her and thensome, for Natsumi's case however she merely was grateful to perform and display her martial prowess. There was the knock on the door and Natsumi swiftly got out her splits and left the locker room dressed in a blue bikini with gold trim and of course her shaolin hat.
The now iconic theme song of the seeker would blare from the arena speakers, it was the song known as Gokuraku Jodo and once the lyrics hit out came Natsumi to a roaring applause. Truly she was still perplexed by how popular she was seemingly being, but such as it was she'd take it in stride. The seeker entered the ring and got into her corner and sat there in a classic kneeling posture as she waited for her opponent to reveal themselves!

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
It was probably safe to say that Sylar’s LAW career was off to a good start. He hadn’t been with the company for very long but he was doing well enough that management kept booking him matches. Now tonight he was up against an opponent who had recently been gaining popularity after an impressive showing in her last match.
The familiar tune of The Diary of Jane played on the arena speakers as Sylar walked past the cheering crowd and slid into the ring. When he got a good look at his opponent he was quite pleased with what he saw. The woman was supposedly some kind of monk from what he had heard, though he assumed that was just her gimmick. While the hat looked like it might be legitimate, the blue bikini that showed off the woman’s stacked figure was far less conservative than what an actual monk would probably wear. Not that he was complaining of course.
“So you’re Natsumi? My name’s Sylar. Let’s have a good match!”

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
Natsumi was staying her in her corner as she watched her opponent enter. Her gaze steady and composed, while she wasn't an actual pro wrestler Natsumi was no stranger to being in a fight and this was no different. The guy looked impressively built too. The seeker knew she'd not be able to overpower him but that was never her intention in a fight anyway. She would slowly stand upright and fling her hat upwards with it landing on the iron pole of the turnbuckles behind her as Skylar introduced himself.
The seeker gave a slight smile at this and responded with "Greetings Skylar, I hope I'll prove to be a good opponent for you. Prepare." and with that Natsumi got into her stance and readied herself. The bell would shortly ring and Natsumi sucked in a deep breath before bouncing off the balls of her feet and bolting right at her opponent, launching out with a flurry of right and left fists that could only be launched from someone who had performed one punch one thousand times, then another punch one thousand times and so forth!

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
As soon as the bell rang, Sylar found himself on the receiving end of a flurry of punches from his opponent. While Natsumi's status as a legitimate monk was questionable, her status as a legitimate fighter wasn't. Each punch was expertly thrown and spoke of someone who spent a lot of time and effort to perfect their strike. They came in fast, too fast for Sylar to dodge so he brought his arms up to defend himself. He tried to weather the storm until he could find an opponent to attack.

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
Natsumi was throwing hands out and thensome, the monk often wasn't actually aggressive like this but she decided to put her martial arts to good use. And the seeker was homing in and forcing Skylar to pay attention and get himself covered up, Natsumi's fists trying to find any spot in his guard to open up in. But she was finding it difficult to do so.
*Tch, he clearly knows how to guard.* Natsumi thought to herself, but no matter. Natsumi had an idea in mind and would attempt this and see if Skylar could respond in time, the monk would draw on her learning of Wing Chun. Trying to slink her forearms around and past his arms to trap them and attempt to push them down to try and open his chest, in order to attempt to drive a knee into his gut if he couldn't react in time.

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
Sylar stood his ground and withstood the flurry of punches from his opponent. So far none of them had managed to get past his defense. Eventually the punches stopped as Natsumi attempted to take a different approach. Watching her closely, Sylar saw her try to slink her arm around his own and attempt to trap him. Acting quickly, Sylar ducked underneath her to avoid getting trapped. Stepping behind her, he launched a swift kick towards her abdomen.

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
Natsumi was no stranger to trapping in her Wing Chun style, she spent hours on the dummy and her fellow monks. Who'd often request not to spar with her for some time after when she left them stunned on the ground. Skylar's muscular frame required more chipping away than Natsumi would want and so she decided to adjust her arms to get his guard past. Then suddenly the monk would find her abs getting kicked in!
"Gah!" Natsumi yelled as she failed to tense up her chest in time for the blow and staggered backwards with her chest bouncing like crazy as it so often did, the seeker fell to one knee in the middle of the ring giving Skylar time to move out of the corner at least before the monk could attempt a retort from his attack.

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
Sylar's foot connected with Natsumi's abdomen with a meaty smack, forcing her down to one knee. He noticed how the movement caused her chest to bounce wildly before mentally telling himself not to get distracted. Bringing his opponent back to the match, Sylar brought his leg up and twisted his hips to launch a roundhouse kick to the side of her head.

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
Natsumi was stunned but would be attempting to recover in this match now, the monk was no stranger to getting her shit rocked in a fight. Despite her.....ample frame she had a load of muscle underneath it. The monk was about to move to get herself back into her stance as Skylar was moving in, he moved faster than a man his height should be doing so in Natsumi's mind.
But the kick came in, Natsumi however would react and get her arms up in time to block the blow but damn it stung like a thousand hornets on her arm. The monk would stagger to the side and damn near fell to the mat again, but she rolled after being able to prevent that kick from rocking her head. Natsumi knew she needed a vital strike and would try to dash forward from her crouched posture and tried to use her left arm and try to shoot a swift palm strike right into his solar plexus to try and stun him!

Re: Natsumi Ozora vs Skylar Robin - Aren't You Popular?
To Sylar’s chagrin, Natsumi managed to bring her arm up in time to block his kick. The force of the kick caused her stagger but she managed to roll with it to avoid the worst of the damage. Sylar moved to strike before she could fully recover but Natsumi was faster. As soon as he got close she shot out with a palm strike from her crouched position. It hit him square in the solar plexus, doubling him over and stunning him momentarily.
