While she was successful in the ring, Serena had grown bored of the seriousness of it all. What was the point in making a new life as a fighter, without being able to show off the fruits of that new life to your audience? It was then that through her daughter, Serena discovered pro-wrestling. Enthralled by the pageantry and presentation, Serena believed this would be perfect for her, compared to the more bland world of MMA. Signing onto LAW, Serena was now reinventing her public persona.
