The Blazing Phoenix

Making it out of the resort, Anne noticed a series of marks signalling a square in the clear beach sand, the makeshift “ring” she would share with her rival that day. Around it but leaving some space were some few rows of seats. That day’s crowd attendance consisted of high end VIPs who could affort attending to that resort. LAW was making some money just by getting those people in there. The rest would have to feel lucky just by watching from home via streaming. As she made it to the ring an announcer introduced the Blazing Phoenix to a crowd that knew her already, her career at LAW having skyrocketed since her debut. Anne remained humble because she knew that her first loss could come anytime, but she was starting to attract some attention with her winning streak and it felt great. Once at the ringside she got a bottle of water and got a couple sips before stepping inside the arena and going on her knees as the crowd cheered. It was a way less noisy environment than the LAW stadium, a refreshing experience for the last days of summer, or at least that was what the redhead thought while she waited for her rival to make her appearance.
