With Hiro already present and waiting in the ring, his opponent was seemingly all set to make themselves known to him and the audience. It was a new addition to the roster, a rather unremarkable male who it seemed had been selected purely to show off the changes Hiro had made to himself. But then, a very different
theme began to play, the first sign that something was afoot. Out onto the entrance ramp came the Demon of the East, wearing her leotard and mask. And she was dragging something with her...no...
someone. It was Hiro's intended opponent, her fingers digging into the scalp of his sweaty hair. His body a patchwork of bruises, limp with his eyes rolled to the back of his head. The crowd gasped as Yin held a microphone in her other hand, which she now brought to her lips to address Hiro and the crowd.
"Let me begin by saying that I take no pleasure in this." That at least was sincere - Cao's proposal to attack Hiro's opponent before he could enter the ring had disgusted Yin. But she knew she was in no position to refuse her part in the Dragon's plan.
"I would have preferred to meet you in the ring fairly, without getting anyone else involved. But you, Hiro Takahashi, have committed a grave insult against me. Rebuking my attempts to arrange a straight and honest match with you? Tell me, what kind of man are you? It is pretty clear in my mind. Far from 'Super'. No, a more fitting title would be 'Coward'." "Therefore, you have left me with no choice. As you can see, your intended opponent for tonight is clearly in no fit state to wrestle you." She released her victim, who fell like discarded trash to the floor, as Yin made her way down the entrance ramp towards the ring. The EMTs would deal with him.
"Yet you still require an opponent. A conundrum, to be sure." Upon reaching the side of the ring, she leapt up onto the apron. And then she jumped again, this time balancing on the ropes as she stared down at the man.
"The solution is clear. I will take your opponent's place. And we will give the audience the show they deserve." Cheers vibrated around the ring in reaction to that. Clearly Yin's little stunt had endeared the public to Hiro, who wanted to see him put the masked demon in her place for what she had done to his intended opponent.
"Come now, Hiro. Let us see just how 'Super' your transformation has made you." The girl hopped down from the ropes, taking the corner directly opposite the jet black-haired man.
"Or are you still going to weasel your way out, and show everyone that you're nothing more than a
'Zero'?" A smirk spread across her lips, knowing that there was no way he could refuse her without seriously damaging his reputation after the injustice she had committed...
