Personality:: Oroshi Ann is someone you don’t want to get in a ring with. Ann the Terrible gives honor to the name by being deviously evil when inside a ring. She wouldn’t break any rules though, but she would take quite the pleasure in defeating her rivals. She is very competitive and likes to be on top, so it is expected from her to be heelish and to relish on the defeat of her rivals. She is truly a great villain for any hero to face… if they dare.
Ann Hayashi, on the other hand, is an energetic and nice young woman, always willing to give a hand to anyone in need, specially a wrestling coworker. Out of the ring she is nice and helpful, if only a little playful. She likes hanging out with people to exercise or have fun, prefering company rather than being alone.
History:
Ann Hayashi’s story in wrestling was a love on first sight one. Growing in a middle-class family in Kyoto, she had a pretty normal infancy and teenage years. Whenever she was getting bigger she developed a crazy love for wrestling, growing so fond not only of the excitement of the fights but the narrative surrounding all of it. For her it was a pretty cool way to follow adventures and drama. At first it started as some sort of game, playing with friends, but soon enough Ann started actually exercising and she knew she wanted to be a part of the wrestling world.
With some time, she started developing a wrestling persona she would like. When she watched wrestling on TV she always rooted for the hero because that is what the story demands, but her favourite wrestlers were always the villains. As Ann saw things, the heroes could only feel heroic if the evil villain in front of them was seen as an actual threat, and whenever she thought of herself as a fledging wrestler she could only see herself putting a powerful hero to the test. For Ann, being a heel was an integral part in the development of a cool narrative and the heroes a division needed since well established villains helped develop character.
That was how Ann focused on her objective of becoming a wrestler and after some years of training and some more months of going to open tournaments an actual offer showed up for her to put her talent to good use, so she set to LAW excited. In there, she wants to develop a villainous and believable character, someone for the people to be against so they could cheer a losing hero and potentially rejoice in the final hero triumph, but she wouldn't throw any match. She would fight to the best of her skill to force the heroes to actually overcome her.
Extra Facts:
- She is a pretty good baker and loves baking sweets for her family and friends.
- Her parents are fans of her work and can even be seen at the arena watching her matches.
- Really likes old samurai movies.
