- Makie is an aggressive and driven girl who will compete in any sport she sets her eyes on (her particular favourites being soccer, judo and, of course, pro wrestling). She never backs down from a fight, and has an almost reckless sense of adventure that sets her apart from her more reserved brother Kyo-- unlike him, Makie won't refrain from trash talk or showing off. She is willing to take on anyone, man or woman, in any kind of match. Her recklessness also gives her a stubborn determination and an implacable drive to win: no matter how hurt she gets, she will keep fighting until she runs out of strength or until she reaches her limits. This makes her very hard to submit, but also means she tends to get very badly hurt in the matches she loses. For all of her brashness, however, she is a decent person at heart, and unless an opponent goes out of her way to be a jerk, she usually tends to make friends rather quickly with her fellow wrestlers.
▌ Strategy
- Makie is all about striking fast, and striking hard. She prefers to rely on her mobility and hitting power in her matches, unleashing a flurry of kicks, punches, and high-flying moves to strike at her opponent with, while at the same time trying to evade their heavier moves. She does not rely purely on being a high-flyer, however, and knows as well as anyone the value of versatility. She knows a fair number of impressive submission moves (some taught to her by her brother Kyo), and even has some skill in takedowns and mat grappling thanks to her judo background. However, if given the options, she would prefer to win by winning fast and hard.

Makie use renowned for her stubborness and tenacity, and this often sees her being able to resist more damage than her light frame would otherwise suggest. Sometimes she pays heavily for her stubborness after the match-- there have been weeks where she has been out of action, for instance, due to cracked ribs or torn ligaments-- but her ability to withstand punishment is nonetheless impressive for a girl her size

Makie possessed a physically fit, albeit short frame that allows her to pull off various feats of speed and agility, and even deadlift up to a certain weight. That being said, she isn't anywhere near the same level of strength as some of the other women in the league.

Not doing so well in her debut match against Belinda Northman▌ Background
- Makie was born to a branch of a fairly well-off, traditionalist family with long roots of nobility stretching back decades. Her father was a pro wrestler, while her mother was a talented kendo champion. Makie, as well as her brothers Kyo and Toshio, were brought up in a household where fighting sports seemed to dominate every day life, as did traditional Japanese values and customs-- a rigidity that Makie always secretly chafed at.
Things changed quickly and tragically, however. When Makie was only eight, her father broke his neck in a ring accident, and died almost immediately. Ten years later, the siblings' mother also passed after a long battle with cancer. From that point on, the siblings were left on their own, and forced to live with and look after one another.
After their brother Toshio departed to the United States to attend university, Kyo and Makie were left living under the same roof, with Kyo taking it upon himself to protect his younger sister (much to their chagrin). Both siblings, however, still shared the passion for fighting sports that they had inherited from their parents, especially pro wrestling. It was unsurprising, then, that Kyo eventually decided to join a prostyle league. After Kyo began to climb the ranks, Makie got sick of cheering him from the sidelines, and decided to train up to become a wrestler herself.
After his original league disbanded, however, Kyo was forced to join the one league that still had spots open: LAW. He was surprised, however, when Makie joined the league soon after him. The two of them quickly formed a tag team together, though Makie also began to fight in singles matches, eager to earn a solo reputation of her own and excited at the prospect of facing new opponents.
