Amber Starcatcher vs GASTER: A Heroic Magical Girl debuts, facing off against the Evil Shadow Lord!

As the time for the tournament to decide the first Lightweight Champion of LAW came closer and closer, Clara noticed a big shortage of Ws in her win/loss record. Although, considering her popularity, and the wins in quite high profile matches, she was likely getting into the tourney, she still wanted to rectify that issue as soon as possible. Considering that, even in losses, she pushed her opponents to their limit, with a little more training, she felt that she could win the LAW Lightweight Championship, despite her rivals (and even friends (and lovers)) aiming for the title.

And the champion had to prove that she was worthy of the title, even before getting the title shot, she felt. As such, she requested the LAW officials to put her into a lot more matches in the coming weeks...

This series for her started today, as she faced off against a new addition to the LAW Lightweight roster in Amber Starcatcher, with the young American being a magical girl! In addition to having to wrestle again, the Brit was very excited to face off against a fellow chuuni in a match!

Upon getting ready in the locker room, tying her hair into her back ponytail, and putting on her new hoodie, a present from Asuka, and of course, her mask, she headed towards the Gorilla position...

And a few minutes later, darkness and fog would descend upon the LAW's usual Tokyo arena, with the crowd, containing predominantly Japanese, American and British wrestling fans getting excited for the Shadow Lord's appearance tonight as her new, creepy theme she debut on We Are LAW PPV played throughout the arena.

She would appear shortly after, making her appearance known with her signature villainous laugh of: "MWAHAHAHAHAHA!", before making her way down the entrance ramp, glancing at the people in the audience tonight...approaching one fan sitting in front row in particular as he outstretched his hand. Giving it little consideration, GASTER's hand would slowly approach the fans, for a possible high five...

...only for the Shadow Lord's hand to intentionally miss!

"You are not worthy!", the Shadow Lord would say, and continue walking down...though turning again at the fan, to see if he was upset at her little jab at him...but he was simply booing her, despite smiling. Clara happy that the guy was in on the act...

Shortly afterwards, she rolled into the ring, requesting a mic from the co-worker before walking towards the middle of the ring:

"As time to crown the true monarch of this dimension approaches closer and closer, I don't feel like I haven't explored my true strength in this realm quite yet. The deities of this world had allowed me a chance to show it, both to you, and my opponent today...and I highly doubt she will come back with her body and spirit intact as a result of that! MWAHAHAHAHA!"

Finishing her promo GASTER passed the mic to the ref, and took her place in the corner to the officials right, taking off her hoodie and drapping it on the cable connecting the top turnbuckle and the steel post, revealing her usual yellow sports bra...and wearing her favorite black leggings and yellow boots, as she glanced into the distance towards the entrance ramp, awaiting her foe's arrival!

As the self proclaimed Evil Shadow Lord of LAW made her way down the ramp, there was not only an air of confidence about her, but a sort of cutesy charm about her. But, she was not the only lightweight in the arena today that could possibly be considered a bit eccentric. Hell, she wasn't even the only one in that match!

For backstage, a small girl with pink hair waited in the back, bouncing up and down as she awaited her moment. It was none other than Amber Starcatcher! The petite girl studied the monitor in the back, watching in awe as her opponent made her way to the ring. She was another chuuni, just like Amber!

After a few brief words from the masked girl, Amber would suddenly find herself given the cue to go out, and make her debut!

"Oh boy! Oh man oh jeez oh gosh Ihopethisgoeswell!" The excited girl blurted out, speaking a mile a minute and trying to calm her nerves. Walking up to the curtain, she took a deeeeeeep breath, before...

"YAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!" Came a high pitched squeal from behind the curtains, as out from it, clad in a light pink school uniform, came Amber Starcatcher!

Speeding out onto the ramp, the excited girl struck a fancy pose as she came out, lots of posturing and cutesy hand motions, before suddenly throwing her hands up into the air, tossing glitter and sparkles everywhere!

"Yaaaaaaayyyyy!" She cried out, simply overjoyed to be there, walking down to the ring while making sure to give all kinds of high fives and hugs, before sliding into the ring, and facing off with GASTER. Quickly, Amber would walk over to the ref, snagging the microphone from her before standing back dramatically, pointing a finger at GASTER.

"Evil Shadow Lord! I have come here today, to spread love and happiness to the people of LAW! And to show you that darkness can only take you so far, since true power comes from love and happiness!" Amber said with a wink and a smile, before handing the mic back to the ref, and backing up into her corner.

As the eccentric, smiley, pink-haired girl in a school uniform appeared on the scene, GASTER couldn't help but get more excited at the prospect of facing the girl. Visually, Amber was definitely happy to be here, and with her glitter and sparkles, she was already warming herself up to the fans, as she made her way into the ring, getting herself acquainted with the crowd even more with high-fives and hugs (notably giving one to the guy GASTER denied the high five to earlier).

Once inside the ring, the Shadow Lord was slightly surprised at how small the lightweight girl was. She was sure the girl only met her up until her nose. No matter. She was a wrestler, so she couldn't be underestimated, else she would lose quite quickly.

As the Magical Girl spoke into the microphone, GASTER was practically bouncing on her feet, hoping for the bell to ring. As the ref took the microphone away, giving it to the crew outside the ring, GASTER would speak to Amber: "I will enjoy the delightfully despairful expression on your face when I make you cry in the middle of the ring, and you will learn that love and happiness won't help you in any way against me!"

With the ref asking the two girls to make their way to their corners, GASTER obliged, awaiting the ring of the bell until:

DING! DING! DING!

Clara would confidentially walk to the middle of the ring, with her right hand up in the air, deciding to start the match with a Test of Strength!

As the two lightweights stood across from one another, the air in between them seemed charged with energy, a sign that both girls were willing and ready to go at it. Despite this being the feeling in the air, both girls seemed to still be feeling lighthearted, a noticeable grin on Amber's face as she confronted her foe. But as GASTER's words reached her, she quickly put back on a serious face, before responding.

"So you think evildoer! But I promise, at the end of this, I'll make you see the power of love and happiness! When you're submitting in the middle of the ring, that's when you'll see! That love is stronger than darkness!" Amber said, unable to hide the smile that crept onto her face as she said this.

Eventually, the two separated, both girls heading back to her their respective corners. As Amber turned to face GASTER, she saw the masked girl getting in position for a test of strength! So, with a grin, Amber walked over to her, quickly bringing her hands up to GASTER's, before beginning to push hard, locking up with the larger lightweight!

"I'll show you the power that love gives me!"

The more Amber spoke and smiled, the more the Shadow Lord was getting charged up about facing the girl! A lot in the American chuuni reminded her of herself, when she started out with wrestling, when she started out with her GASTER character, when she came to Japan...the young Brit was doing all she could to hide the excitement on her face...even if it wouldn't be seen by anyone given her face was behind the mask.

After the bell rung, Amber eagerly accepted the Shadow Lord's challenge, pushing on the Shadow Lord with all her might!

But, GASTER would show that she wasn't a slouch in strength to the smaller girl!

"Grrrrh...I'll stomp...your powers of love...into the dirt with my might!", she would let out, pushing against the pinkette...to the point of her stepping forward towards her for leverage, the two lightweight's frames colliding as they tried to overpower one another!

Feeling Amber's smaller chest against her made the Shadow Lord blush under her mask, but she was determined to bend Amber for her shoulders to meet the mat, to pin her opponent very early on!

With a sudden rush, both chuuni's met one another in the center of the ring, trying hard to push one another back into a corner. And as they shoved, both girls leaned in, their shoulders meeting, and their chests rubbing together. The sensation caused Amber to gasp and go flush in the face slightly, but she had to focus!

Wanting to make a good showing in her debut, she knew that she couldn't let GASTER walk all over her. Even if she looked pretty cute in that mask... and it would feel SOOOO good...

"Gah!" Amber cried out, shaking her head. Enough of this! She had to stop all this thinking, and just wrestle! Because as the darker chuuni pushed her back, Amber begin to sink lower and lower, unable to fight against the slightly bigger girl. But, Amber was never without a trick up her sleeve.

"So you think! But my love is too strong!" Amber cried, before suddenly yanking herself backwards, pulling GASTER towards her. She then shot her foot up, planting it in GASTER's stomach, pulling the girl over her and launching her behind, intending to catch GASTER by surprise with a monkey flip!

Seeing Amber's cheeks flush a shade of red as their chests rubbed together, GASTER let out a short giggle at the girl: "H-heh...enjoying something, Warrior of Love?"

Amber would suddenly cry out, shaking her head...did her little "mind games" trick work in her favor?

For a moment, it seemed so, as Amber's back went lower and lower, her shoulders almost down for the first pin of the match!

...until:

"H-huh----?! WAAAAOOOF!"

Suddenly, the pink Magical Girl would drop herself onto the ring canvas, onto her back. Placing her feet at GASTER's stomach, she would toss the Shadow Lord behind her with a Monkey Flip!

"Ghhhh...how dare you, play tricks on me?", she would remark in a faux angry tone, in reality, angry at herself for lowering her guard at the girl, being distracted by her cute blush. She would try and sit up after the impact, to try and get up before Amber fully got the starting momentum of the match in her favor!

As Amber slowly was pushed farther back by the Shadow Lord, she tried her best to keep the feeling of GASTER's chest rubbing against hers out of her head. Instead, she focused on her little trick, swinging back and quickly flipping the cute masked girl over her!

GASTER seemed relatively shocked by the move, giving a cry of surprise as she was flipped over, landing on the mat with a loud grunt!

"I don't know what you're talking about! There are no tricks when it comes to me, just carefully laid plans!" Amber said, relieved on the inside that her plan had worked out.

Now, with her foe on the ground behind her, she knew that it was her time to act, especially since GASTER would be getting up in a second, not kept down by a simple monkey flip.

Amber would try to stand up as quick as she could, before leaping at GASTER, trying to land on top of her and get a hold on her, pressing her against the mat.

"Perhaps I should use my inescapable... LOVE PIN!" Amber said, bluffing for a moment while she thought of what to do next.

The Shadow Lord would let out a growl at her foe's answer, quickly trying to sit up to get her due on the Magical Girl...

...only for Amber to land with her rear on top of GASTER's stomach!

"GUUUH!", she grunted out, feeling air wheeze out of her lungs, as Amber explained the machinations she had in mind for the Shadow Lord, before taking hold of her shoulders, pressing them into the mat for what she described as her "Love pin".

Ref would be on point, trying to quickly register the pin:

"ONE!"

"NO!", she quickly let out throwing her arm up into the air to kick out off the Pinkette's special attack!

As Amber landed with a light thud upon her opponents stomach, she quickly sat down hard, and brought her hands towards GASTER's shoulders, pressing down in an attempt to pin the Shadow Lord.

...Only for her foe to kick out at one!

"My... my inescapable love pin! How!" Amber gasped, feigning surprise as the masked girl kicked out quickly from the pin.

However, this wasn't Amber's only trick, as she intended to now transition into a real move. Quickly grabbing the left arm that GASTER had stretched out when she kicked out, Amber quickly tried to roll over onto her back, with GASTER on top of her, before throwing her legs up around the black haired girl's neck, looking to trap her in a surprise triangle choke!

"You may be tough, but you won't get out of THIS so easily, Shadow Lord!" Amber would cry if successful, tightening her legs to sink in the choke!
