Melody and Domino - An Encounter in the Gym

Melody could only cough in reply to Domino. Sure, this was a spar, but with how much it was resembling an actual match, she wanted to win it. In the last year, she had way too many losses, and she couldn't forgive her if she let this slip away from her like all her other matches.

As she got to her feet, Drake once again send a stiff shot to her stomach with his knee. Once again, Melody staggered back. With how much Domino was working over her stomach (almost as much as her back), it was very likely that Melody would wake up tomorrow to her belly coloured with bruises.

Once again, coughing and gasping for air from Domino driving more and more air out of her lungs, Melody, holding her hurt belly with one hand tried to lash out at him with a Knife Edge Chop to his chest with her other hand!

The chop lands across Domino's toned pecs, earning a grunt from him in equal parts surprise and pain. She's lashing out, despite her weakened position. He's reading that as desperate, and that just pumps the gas a little more. Eyes narrow on her and his jaw sets, determined to work her into an even more malleable state.

His left hand grabs for her shoulder to keep her in place while the right swings down, aiming to bash her over the back of the head with his forearm. From there, it's a short order to yank her abused head deep between his thighs, his arms going to hook her stomach to pull and swing her into the air and mount his shoulders. It's a position most seasoned wrestlers will be familiar with - and one not many particularly enjoy. Unless they happen to enjoy the momentary proximity of his face with their hips, of course.

But that moment would be fleet, as Domino would drop forward to powerbomb the girl against the mat!

With all the ways she hit Domino in the match, Melody knew he wasn't far from being done. Hell, if she didn't lose momentum earlier, he may have been done by now. But instead, slowly but surely, she was enduring more and more hits, and knew that the end for her wasn't that far away either. Could anyone blame her for being desperate?

Domino, however, didn't pay it much mind, instead, seizing Melody by her shoulder. Melody tried to resist Domino, trying to lash out at her opponent, and launch another knee to his gut...

...the problem being that Drake was just a bit faster, his forearm harshly connecting with the back of her head.

Melody fell to her knees, grabbing at the back of her head. In her dazed state, it was easy for her male opponent to get her up into the air for a Powerbomb.

In a different situation, Melody might've hurricanrana'd Domino for attempting to use the move on her. But she was still feeling the cobwebs from the hit to her head. Before Melody knew it, Drake dropped her straight down onto the mat.

"AAAAAAAAAAGH!", green-ette let out a loud shriek of agony, as she arched her hurt spine and rolled on the mat. Her hand shot to her back as she tried to soothe the pain, all the while unwillingly keeping her open for a follow-up attack from Domino!

Domino doesn't shoot for another follow-up. After that blasting attack, he's pretty content to go for a pin - and she looks ripe for it.

He shoves her legs further apart and leans over her, grabbing for her wrists. Once caught, he drops his body directly overtop hers. The pin sees him lying face to face with her, his chest pressing firmly to her breasts, his bare abs pushing tight to her exposed stomach, hips locked against hers, her hands secured just above her head. His fave hovers just over hers, heated, labored breaths mingling. It's a rather intimate position, but a fairly effective one, he hopes.

"One..!"

With Melody still a bit out of it after the powerbomb, although she felt Drake's hands and legs snaking around her's, she didn't realize what was going on...

...that is, until Domino let out a very clear "one".

With his head that close to hers, there would've been no way she wouldn't hear him. Coming to, she realized the predicament she was in. The grapevine felt a bit awkward, with Melody's modest bust against Domino's chest, the feeling of his breath on her head...she knew she would complain to Domino about this pin after the spar...

Still, as her foe would shout for the two count, Melody would try and resist Drake, stirring under him. Until, just before he shouted for the 3rd and final count, she would try and shoot her hand up and turn herself on her side, trying to overpower Domino and get out of the pin!

"Two!"

Domino feels her stirring beneath him now. His hands tighten on her wrists, and he arches his back to press himself tighter to her, determined to keep her held down. Yes, this spar has turned into something else - both want the off-the-record win. Both are competitive. But it seems he'll be coming out on top.

And then, in a move that takes him completely by surprise, Melody bursts with outward force enough to bring her hand into the air and pull her shoulder off the mat. His head lifts, giving her an open-mouthed stare for a few seconds, followed by a short, breathless laugh. He's impressed. She just keeps bouncing back! "Alright... have it your way..."

He leans back from her, pulling by the captured wrists to guide her to her feet again. And once up, he'll attempt maneuvering around behind her back, keeping ahold of her wrists to cross them at her waist with his forearms pressing into her stomach. Those arms will sink in, attempting to wear down her abs in a gutwrench bearhug.

That's not the endgame plan, though. Just the lead-in. He'll need to put Melody away in a different way.

With her kick out, Melody sent Drake a loud and clear message: she won't stay down. Still holding Domino hand in hand, her sparring partner (whom at this point she treated no differently to any other opponent in her matches), she tried to find out the best way to get escape and mount a counter-attack.

That is, until Domino started to shift around her, while holding her hands. He would cross them at her waist...before starting to push his forearms into her stomach, working over her belly with a variation of a bearhug!

Melody let out a breathless scream as Drake's arms dug deeper and deeper into her torso, pushing the air out of her lung, as well as making her remember all the body shots she took from him. Not looking to take the submission without a fight, Melody attempted to get her arms away from Domino's...as well as trying to headbutt the back of her opponent's head against his face, utilising anything she could to escape the hold!

Domino attempts to constrict and grind into her belly as quickly and forcefully as possible, his arms pumping. Naturally, this presses her rear squarely against his hips - but he's focused on constricting the girl. He has the advantage now, and he doesn't intend to let that slip.

"Stop," the arms pump, "squirming!" They pump again.

Some might say she's obedient. Others would laugh at them. Because she isn't solely invested in wriggling and trying to wrestle her arms free, but has tossed in some reverse headbutts into the mix! He takes the first shot right on the cheekbone, earning a yelp, followed by a growl and further tightening, testing the fortitude of her abdominal muscles.

But as the thrashing continues, it becomes rapidly clear that he can't just weather them attacks. He releases her, though all at once in hopes of leaving her dazed and open. He tries to snag her by the shoulders and hop into the air, knees planted to her back to drag her down backwards. At the end of that plummet, her back will crash over the ends of his knees in a lungblower!

That is, if he can catch her fast enough.

Melody wanted to answer back to Domino: "Stop trying to make me cough up my breakfast!", but as he tightened the hold on her stomach even further, what came out of her mouth didn't sound like her original thought at all:

"GAAAAAAAAGH!"

Thankfully, the back of her head was finding at least some kind of target, getting loud yelps out of her male opponent. And eventually, her struggles paid of as Drake let her go!

Right after the release, Melody wanted to turn around, and nail Drake with a punch to his face for the submission. However, the aftermath of the hold stopped her from doing that.

Doubling down from pain in her worked over belly, she couldn't capitalise on escaping the dreaded bearhug, breathing heavily, and allowing much more time to pass than she expected on her recovery.

With her taking longer than a second reacting to pain, Drake would follow up on the bearhug by catching Melody's shoulders, bringing her down, and reintroducing his knees to her back once again by nailing her with a Lungblower!

With the move living up to it's name, it left the greenette breathless, not even able to scream in the aftermath of the move, as she simply slumped off of Drake's knees. She tried to draw a breath, but between the bearhug and the lungblower, after each breath, Melody released a loud cough. Unable to recover from both moves that easily, Melody laid on the ground, slowly losing hope of winning this spar after the hits she was enduring...

On the other hand, things have taken a dramatic turn in Domino's favor, and he wasn't about to let it slip away. She seems to be less spritely than when he'd been beating on her earlier in the match - he's taking that to be a good sign. She's about ready to be put away. But not quite yet. He wants to make sure she won't be making a comeback.

Climbing to his feet again, he surveys her position on the mat and quickly weighs his options. What he lands on is simple, time-tested, and true; he springs into the air and turns himself over, elbow thrust out to slam across either her chest or lower back. He isn't picky. The only deciding factor is however she's happened to be laying.
