Sally vs Yuki Kazikura

Sally smiled as she heard Yuki's response, letting out a hearty laugh. " That's the spirit! Let's see who's will is stronger " Sally said as she pulled back harder, shifting her weight back, leaning her torso back further and further as to allow herself to pull her back further and further.

Sally was enjoying watching her spirited opponent crawl towards the rope so diligently, even If she was moving remarkably slowly, there was nothing the blonde liked more than another stubborn soul. Sally would be thinking rationally regardless of that fact, and so when Yuki got relatively close to the ropes, Sally would release her, and push her face down to the mat to cause her to stop her advance for a moment.

If that worked then Sally would try to stand up and stamp on Yuki's back once, before then dragging her back to the middle of the ring by her legs, and then hook one under one arm and squat over her upper back, trying to strain her legs now in a single legged boston crab.

Sally knew Yuki was tough enough not to tap, and maybe even to counter in a way that left the blonde disadvantaged. However Sally also knew that Yuki was fast and skilled, and so there was great gains to be made from straining her back and her legs, preparing for things to become fast paced as both wrestlers were determined to come out victorious.

In response to Sally's taunts, Yuki narrowed her eyes, glaring back at her opponent from over her shoulder. She said nothing, but she didn't need to say anything. She had accepted the blonde's challenge, and she wouldn't back down. Sally, she knew, wouldn't be egging her on like this if she didn't think she could do it, and Yuki was determined to live up to that.

Still, submissions were never Yuki's strong suit. Her spine creaked and her body shuddered with each inch she pulled herself across the mat, her groans growing louder and louder as it became harder to shrug off the pain she felt. But she bit her lip, resolving to keep moving on. She had to.

At last, just as Yuki was within reach of the ropes, Sally let go, pushing her face against the mat. The dark-haired girl fell flat, panting and groaning as she came to lay out on the canvas. Sally's camel clutch had done a number on her spine, and Yuki would need some time to recover from the damage. Unfortunately for her, Sally wasn't about to allow her that.

She brought her foot down on Yuki's back. While a stomp to the spine would hurt anyone, it was another story entirely when Yuki had spent the last few minutes having her back painfully torqued. Her head shot up from the mat as a loud scream was ripped from her lungs, and when Sally dragged her to the middle of the ring she was red-faced with tears in her eyes. Yuki panted, gritting her teeth. She couldn't let this keep her down, she knew - but Sally was making that hard!

Once the two of them were back in the middle of the ring, Sally took hold of one of her legs and pulled it back, working Yuki further in a single-legged Boston crab. Once again, this brought a considerable amount of strain on the girl; her leg felt like it was being wrenched out of its socket, and her already tortured back was being folded! She was being brought closer than ever to the brink, and her body trembled. The urge to tap was there. But would she give in?

Sally nearly felt bad as she heard the pain from Yuki as she stamped on her back, but the blonde also was glad that her back was seemingly in such dire straits. The single legged boston crab that Sally had assumed would just be to tire out her opponent, now held more promise for Sally as she now had the hope that Yuki's back would hurt enough for her to cave in and tap.

Sally put her all into torturing that back in particular, shimmying her hips back as far as she could and squatting as low as possible, looking over her shoulder down at Yuki's face, one cheek squashed into the canvas as Yuki seemed to be near breaking point.

" Come on! If this is enough to make you cave, then hurry up! I've got places to be and greater heights to reach! " Sally would call out, as she sat back further, really putting her all into bending the poor lightweight like a pretzel, confident that Yuki would tap out, Sally was able to sense that Yuki was on the edge of defeat.

Sally admires Yuki's grit, but the moment she hesitated on fighting back cemented Yuki's loss in Sally's mind, the blonde wasn't about to let Yuki out of a submission that she was putting her all into.

Yuki shuddered and hissed, her teeth clenched and her eyes squeezed tight as she tried to ride out the pressure. Her back felt like it could break at any moment if it was stretched just a little further, with each inch she bent sending another shock down her spine. Tears were welling in her eyes from the pain alone, and her fingers grasped at the canvas to try and distract herself from what she felt in her back. It was growing harder and harder for Yuki to hold on, and the prospect of tapping out was becoming an attractive one not only to spare herself the pain but also to prevent herself from being seriously injured.

Then, though, she heard Sally taunting her. Taunting her about how she was waiting on her to submit, and how she had better places to be. Yuki had begun to raise a hand, preparing to signal her submission. But then, it was as though a switch had flipped in her. She'd been in this position before. And she knew exactly where Sally was coming from. She knew all too well.

She remembered the ignoble defeat she had faced. Rose Gold. We Are LAW 2020. How her opponent had sworn not just to defeat her and to make her submit, but to break her, and to take her place in the main event scene. Just thinking back on it made her shudder. Yuki was so hurt and humiliated by her loss that she had retreated from the public eye, not stepping back into the ring until she had trained and improved, to make sure it would never happen again.

But it was because of this that Yuki had grown. She was determined, more than anything else, to make sure she would never again submit like that. No matter how hard things got, she had to be stronger than that. She was stronger than that - and she had to prove it.

Sucking in a breath, Yuki pressed her palms flat against the canvas. She drew on all the strength she had, pushing herself up and attempting to power out of the hold, as she stiffened and straightened her back to try and shake Sally off!

Sally wretched that back and leg as much as she could, really trying to get her foe to cry uncle, grinning as she felt victory get closer and closer. Right at the peak of her exertion to pull those legs back though the blonde felt her self being shifted slightly, and looked back to see Yuki pushing up from the canvas, making her legs harder to grip.

" No you don't! " Sally said enthusiastically as she was forced to sit up more, causing her to alleviate her submission on both the legs and back. The blonde held onto that leg for dear life, until she had stood up so tall that she wasn't even holding it in a submission any more.

Sally let out a hearty laugh as she threw that leg down to the canvas.

" God damnit! " Sally said at the tail end of her laughter, as she reached down to grab Yuki's hair and lift her to her feet, smiling despite her frustration, conflicting since she was enjoying the tussle but did want an assured victory, and that seemed like a good chance there.

The blonde tried to lift Yuki up to a standing position, and then let go off her and swing her arm upwards for her chin, trying to knock her open palm right into the underside of Yuki's chin, hoping to stagger or stun the tricky lightweight before she had the chance to flee or counter.

Yuki had been pushed to the brink. If she was in this position for just a moment longer, or if she hadn't come to the revelation she did, it was unlikely that she would last much longer. But it was just then that the memories came flooding back of the previous defeat she had incurred against an opponent so boastful and confident - and that reminded Yuki that she couldn't allow the same fate to befall her at any cost!

She pushed her palms against the mat, bracing her weight, and little by little Yuki managed to lift herself off the canvas. She heard Sally shout back at her at frustration, but this only encouraged Yuki more. Her plans were working, and she just needed to keep it up! "Yes...I...will-!" she called back in between pants.

The more Yuki lifted herself, the harder it was for Sally to hang on - and eventually, as the crowd burst into cheers in recognition of the lightweight's determination and willpower, Sally let her go, throwing her leg down as she got up! Yuki hissed, wincing in pain from the landing of her leg against the mat as well as the residual strain in her spine. And so too, she would be lifted to her feet as Sally buried a fist in her hair. She shuddered as she was dragged upward, her back still sore. But Yuki knew that she couldn't let herself slip again. Now it was time to fight.

She watched as Sally sent a palm toward her chin, but this time, she'd be ready. Acting on reflex, Yuki turned to swerve to the side, hoping to dodge the blow. If that worked, she would throw a forearm of her own toward Sally's face!

Sally was both frustrated and excited as she lifted Yuki to her feet, the lightweight having just been triumphant in escaping the submission. The blonde wanted to press her advantage quickly though, so she thrusted her palm upwards towards Yuki's chin, but she weaved quickly to the right, her smaller form fading into a blind spot of Sally.

Then as the blonde turned around and braced herself Yuki threw herself back into Sally's line of sight, thrusting her forearm forward and connecting with the side of Sally's face, smacking into one of her cheeks and making her step back once.

The blonde was a little bit groggy, but moreso just a little disorientated. Luckily Yuki was still in range though, so Sally would try to step forward and grip her head, stepping to the side of her and placing the other hand on her back, before simply trying to exert her strength by trying to shove Yuki down into the canvas, hoping to throw her back first into the canvas.

If that was successful then Sally would take a moment to grab her head, taking a breath as she tried to wait off the disorientation.

It hadn't been without trouble that Yuki managed to break free of the hold. Sally had her in the single-legged Boston Crab for some time, and she had been pushed to the brink. Even now that she was back on her feet, Yuki could feel the pain in her back, and she winced and grit her teeth to try and bear it. One hand went around her back as she rubbed at her spine, but she knew she wasn't out of the woods yet - and she still had to stay alert. Dodging aside of Sally's fist, Yuki would quickly throw her other arm toward the blonde, connecting with a swift forearm to the face!

Even as Sally went back, Yuki stayed in place, her arm held up in front of her. She didn't want to let down her guard, and she kept her eyes locked on Sally unblinking and ready. Sally, indeed, came in closer, giving Yuki a shove to her shoulders. With her weight advantage, it wasn't hard for her to bring Yuki off her feet, and she began falling. But Yuki wouldn't let that keep her back.

The adrenaline had taken over, and Yuki was in the zone. Every motion seemed to flow to her without even any conscious thought; she knew what to do by instinct alone. She turned to the side in midair to avoid dropping directly onto her sore back, and once she had rolled onto her back on the mat, she kicked her legs into the air and sommersaulted herself over onto her hands and knees. She looked up at Sally, raising her head from the ground, before she shoved herself back to her feet and coming bounding toward her. As she closed in, Yuki swung her leg forward, aiming it on a collision course for her opponent with the momentum of the charge behind her!

Sally threw Yuki back and saw her smaller form fall, but she managed to control her descent enough to roll over her shoulder, and then push off the canvas at the peak of her roll, kicking herself up onto all fours to complete the roll. The blonde was impressed enough with that, and hadn't expected Yuki to bounce back up to her feet so quickly, and rush back towards Sally with speed that the heavier wrestler struggled to deal with.

Yuki with a slight hop to her step after that charge kicked Sally right in her stomach, the momentum of the charge and attack caused Sally to keel forward over that leg, into a fully hunched over position, crying out in pain and holding her stomach, even the resilient blonde was unable to shake off that one or make any effort to flee currently.

" Ughhh... not bad " Sally grumbled.

Yuki was sore, there was no doubt about that. Being trapped in a Boston Crab for as long as she had would have drained anyone, and Yuki's lower-than-average pain tolerance put her at a disadvantage. After this match, the pain would surely catch up to her. But the key word there was after this match. Right now, Yuki couldn't let the soreness distract her. She'd learned to tune it out, focusing all her attention on keeping up the fight against Sally. Her opponent had proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with, and Yuki knew she had to give it her best.

Charging back toward Sally, Yuki closed in on the blonde, and she was aided by the element of surprise in bouncing back quicker than her foe had given her credit for. As Yuki's roundhouse kick struck Sally in the gut, she doubled over forward, and as the lightweight turned back around on her heel, she saw her opponent lined up perfectly for her keep up the momentum. This was a chance she knew she couldn't miss.

While Sally was doubled forward, Yuki took her chance to strike. She kicked another leg up from the ground, this time going to plant a toe kick into Sally's stomach from below!
