Submission Match: Kamen Moon vs. GASTER!

A loud crack echoed through the arena, as Kamen Moon's knee smacked hard into the grim mask of GASTER. The fans seemed to like find it satisfying, their cheers rising as the Shadow Lord took a hard hit to the face!

Kamen Moon twisted with her rising leg, rolling over her opponent as her hard knee strike seemed to rock her. Moon rolled all the way back to her feet, releasing GASTER's head as she did so, freeing herself to kip back up onto her boots.

Moon was feeling some momentum build, as things shifted her way. Still, her arm was smarting horribly, and GASTER was nobody she could sleep on. If Kamen Moon had the advantage, like she seemed to, she had to pounce on it!

Standing back on her tip-toes, Moon waited for GASTER to get up onto her knees. The second she did, the masked heroine would be ready- throwing herself into the air so that she could wrap her toned thighs around GASTER's waiting shoulders, and snap her back down to the canvas with a hard spike hurricanrana! A move that, if successful, Moon hoped would put some pressure on GASTER's neck, and show her (as well as the fans) that the Heroine of Moon was still in this fight!

Moon would release GASTER after her knee strike, rolling backwards before kipping up to a standing position over the Shadow Lord.

GASTER herself was still dazed by her foe's hard strike to her face, dazed as she tried to get her scrambled senses back in order. As she did so, she attempted to slowly get herself up, pushing herself up to her knees...

...unaware of the nearby danger, as Kamen Moon would wrap her legs around the Masked Lord's masked head, before harshly driving it into the canvas with a Spike Hurricanrana!

The Shadow Lord let out a scream of pain, as her face connected against the hard canvas, dealing damage to her already hurting head...as well as her neck due to the hard impact of Moon's attack. The crowd continued to cheer the Heroine, as it appeared more and more that the Heroine of Moon may just survive the fate of her lunar brethren and defeat the Shadow Lord!

A thunderous impact rocked the ring, as Kamen Moon's Spike Hurricanrana drove GASTER into the mat. Breathing heavily, Kamen Moon was nonetheless grinning from ear to ear at having landed the move. The heroine was on the rise, now, but she knew she couldn't take an opponent like GASTER too lightly by resting on her laurels.

After a moment on her back, chest heaving for air, Kamen Moon bit her lip and kipped up to her feet. The masked heroine felt a twinge of regret, GASTER's cry of pain still echoing in her mind. Getting down on her haunches, Moon remembered the threats the Shadow Lord had leveled at her, remembering how terrified she was at the possibility of losing this.

"Now you'll pay for your crimes against the moon!" Kamen Moon went low, pulling GASTER's head up with her injured arm. This brought a twinge of pain to Moon's face, but she needed her "good" arm for what came next: wrapping said arm around the neck of the Shadow Lord, so that she could hoist her up a bit, then drive her back to the mat with a debilitating DDT!

At Moon's threat, GASTER could only groan in pain. The heroine was focusing hard on her skull. First the headlock, then the knee strike, and then the hurricanrana? The Shadow Lord's vision was already getting blurry from all the hard strikes her foe dealt to her hurting head...

...and her troubles weren't done yet. Moon would get GASTER up to her feet, using her bad arm, before trapping her head underneath her arm. Still too dazed from the repeated attacks on her skull, GASTER couldn't respond...nor counter the move Moon had in mind.

And the heroine had a fairly simple...yet, in addition to everything she was doing to the Shadow Lord, incredibly devastating attack, as she would drop on her back, driving GASTER's skull straight into the canvas for a DDT!

As she laid on her stomach after the attack, the masked Lord couldn't respond, as her vision momentarily went dark, before returning in form of a blurry light. She let out a quiet groan...and a sole clear thought would be in her hurting, scrambled head:

"I...almost...had her....

Kamen Moon felt a jolt through her spine as her DDT rocked GASTER into the mat. The crowd erupted at the impact, which seemed to leave the Shadow Lord laid out on her belly. Moon lay there a moment, chest heaving. Wincing, she clutched her aching arm. Momentum in this match had surely shifted, but Moon couldn't ignore the damage that GASTER had managed to do to her.

In a normal match, Moon would have been tempted to go for a pinfall here. Still, GASTER was vulnerable. Aching arm or no, the masked heroine had to keep the pressure on. After a moment, Moon rolled over onto her feet, and stood up.

She loomed over the Shadow Lord, tring to ready herself for a more impressive move. The fear and humiliation that Moon felt earlier still burned her cheeks a bit, and she was in a position to do something about it. Wanting to show the audience how in control she was, Kamen Moon opted for something flashy.

"I've got you now, villain!" she shouted. With a shove of her boot, Kamen Moon tried to roll GASTER over onto her back. Then, she would hop over the Shadow Lord's body, running for the ring ropes. From there, the Heroine of Moon would jump onto the ropes, planting both feet on the middle rope. From there, she would launch herself into a graceful moonsault, looking to bring her body splashing down across GASTER's hopefully vulnerable belly!

The Shadow Lord moaned as the Heroine of Moon loomed over her, her hands on her aching skull as she try to regain her senses, calm down, and regain her momentum in the match...but she was failing. Her vision was slow to get back in order, as she still saw 3 times the actual crowd size in the distance, but barely any sound of them due to the loud ringing in her ears. The only sensation she was certain about was her skullache and sweat rolling down her forehead...

With a shove from her rival, and she laid on her spine, her vision now upwards, at the lights of the venue shining into her eyes, her vision still painfully and sickeningly spinning in her vision...and Kamen Moon's voice coming from nearby, as she saw the image of her opponent hopping over her, making her way somewhere...

Given a very short moment of rest, her vision started to get back in order, the sound of the crowd was now clear as day to her, as they waited with baited breath for the heroine's action...

...right as she would springboard off of the middle rope, spin in midair, crashing her frame down on top of GASTER below!

"GHAAAAAAAA!", she let out a scream, before choking, Moon's Moonsault completely driving the air out of her lungs!

Kamen Moon's body bounced off of GASTER's with the impact of the moonsault. Moon bit her lip, hugging her aching ribs after the impact and trying to suppress a groan. Still, she was proud- that was a picture perfect moonsault, and judging from the Shadow Lord's cry of agony, it had done the job!

If this were any other match, Kamen Moon would have gone for the pinfall. Tonight, however, was submissions only. It wasn't enough to best her opponent, the Heroine of Moon had to force her to admit that defeat. Moon stood up on wobbly legs, sizing up her opponent and trying to figure out what move would best end this fight.

Running her tongue over her lip in though, Moon spent a moment trying to figure out her next move. The first submission move that came to mind was a rough one, but one that would almost certainly impress the fans, and force even the Shadow Lord to tap out- the crossface crippler.

It was a tough technical move, Moon thought to herself, but it would work. It had to! Sliding down next to GASTER, Moon tried to get herself into position. Moon tucked her toned thigh against GASTER's side, and wrapped her legs around the masked villain's arm. Reaching down, Moon would then attempt to wrap her fingers around GASTER's chin- an attempt made more difficult by Moon's arm, but if she could manage it, the effects would be devastating.

Given a brief second of rest, far from enough time that GASTER needed to recover from her foe's onslaught, the Shadow Lord would cough and choke from the hard attack on her stomach, trying to normalize her already heavy breathing due to how difficult the encounter was...

...but, once that minute was done, the Shadow Lord barely catching her breath, Moon would scissor GASTER's arm, and trap her head, pulling harshly on both of them, putting the massive strain on the lightweight's shoulder, neck and spine with a Crossface!

"AAAAAAAH! NO! NO! NO! NO! LET ME GO!", she screamed, her already hurt neck searing with pain as the Shadow Lord desperately pleaded with her opponent to let her go...but she knew her plea would fall on deaf ears. This was a perfect position for Moon to defeat GASTER. If she managed to keep the hold on for a while, the Masked Lord would tap out for surrender...

...or maybe even sooner:

"GASTER, do you give up?"

She sobbed, tears forming in her eyes due to the hellish pain. She harshly bit on her lip, with her free arm in the air, seemingly ready to tap out right here!

...No, she would think to herself. She only needed one more hold to win the contest. She could pull through the pain, she HAD to...

"Nggghhh...N-NO!"

Refusing to quit, GASTER placed her arm on the canvas, and proceded to try and drag herself and her foe towards the ropes, to try and get a break, in hopes that that would be enough for Kamen Moon to grant her the release!

GASTER's cries were filling Kamen Moon's ears, but she continued to crank on the brutal hold. A lot of wrestlers had submitted to that hold in seconds, when it was properly applied. Now, the Heroine of Moon had her deadly opponent trapped in it, and she hoped she just had moments to wait.

Still, Moon thought that GASTER's will wouldn't be so easy to break. The way the masked villain had threatened her, Kamen Moon knew that the Shadow Lord wasn't going to simply lie down and admit defeat. So, starting to feel desperate, Kamen Moon cranked on the hold!

Which was easier said than done. Already, Kamen Moon was wincing at the sharp twinge of pain shooting through her arm. GASTER had worked it over expertly throughout the match, and while the hold was a brutal one, it relied on that arm. "Nnngh," Kamen Moon whimpered, her arm beginning to twitch with the strain of putting the pressure on the Shadow Lord.

"Nnngh, n-no," Kamen Moon protested, as GASTER dragged the both of them toward the ropes. "Y-you can't! You can't be doing this ...!" Kamen Moon moaned her demands, eyes widening beneath her mask as she watched the ropes get closer. With every ounce of pressure GASTER pu on her, pain shot through Moon's arm.

"N-no! Nnnoooaaaah!" Finally, enough was enough. GASTER had pushed them the couple of feet she needed to get toward the ropes, and reached them. Pain shot through Kamen Moon's body, and she released the hold she had on GASTER. As she did so, Kamen Moon let up with her legs, allowing herself to roll backward and away from the Shadow Lord. Coming up onto one knee, Kamen Moon grabbed her stinging arm, and looked at GASTER in wide-eyed shocked, amazed at the resolve of the Shadow Lord.

From her repeated face offs against the Cool Queen Alex Drizzle, GASTER didn't want to lose to her rival in the fighting spirit department. Her blue haired frenemy was someone who rarely, if ever, gave up, it seemed to her. If she couldn't be like that, she felt she couldn't beat anyone, let alone her rival...and more pressingly, her current opponent in Kamen Moon.

"No...won't...give up...won't...submit...to you...Moon!", she would let out, between her pulls towards the ropes!

Defiantly, she dragged managed to drag herself towards the ropes, despite Moon cranking on her hurt neck more and more, to the point of straining her own arm in order to make the villainous Shadow Lord tap out!

But it would prove to be fruitless, as GASTER's hand would firmly grasp the bottom rope. Moon honored the non-spoken agreement between the 2 ladies to respect the rope breaks, even though that all that would be lost there is the ability to get their foe to tap out for the win...

As Moon rolled away, she held her hurting arm, just as GASTER held her hurting neck...both girls had put each other through hell with their technical ability. As GASTER's determined gaze met the lunar heroine's, she silently stood up to her feet, without the help of the rope, putting her hands up, showcasing that she was prepared to face off with Kamen Moon once more. Considering the ragged breath of the two lightweights, and of course, their hurt state, it didn't seem like they would go on for much longer. It was obvious to everyone, from ref, to audience, to the 2 wrestlers in the ring that the next clash of the heroine and the villainess was going to be the final one in this match!
