What Kimiko lacked in strength and experience she made up for in determination and creativity! Kicking Valerie's shins in desperation Kimiko gasped in relief as the blonde released her hold completely and hobbled back. Kimiko was a little surprised some simple backward kicks caused her opponent so much but there was no time to dwell on that for as soon as the Japanese woman turned around to face her larger opponent the woman regained her bearings and charged at her!

Refusing to stand oddly by like a deer in headlights, Kimiko ducked under her opponent's arm at the last second. "Now's my chance!" Kimiko thought to herself as she turned and latched onto Valerie's shoulders while attempting to jump up. Planting her knees against the blonde's back, she threw her weight backwards, attempting to land a backstabber to establish momentum again!

Kimiko might not have had much power to speak of, but she had speed to spare, and it was quickly turning into more than Valerie could handle. She thought the lariat was a good way to even things, fingering the sheer alacrity of the move might be able to drop her opponent, but she swiftly ducked underneath and came out behind.

In the next moment, Valerie felt a pair of hands on her shoulder and knees against her back - the telltale beginnings of a backstabber, one of her brother’s favorite moves. Unfortunately for Kimiko, that meant she was familiar with the move, and more importantly, knew exactly how to counter it.

Valerie planted her feet, grabbed the ropes in front of her, and held on tight, managing to stay on her feet when Kimiko tried to bring her down. She jerked back, trying to throw her opponent off and buck her towards the center of the ring, then spun about and closed the distance while she raised her leg, looking to connect with a Big Boot to her face.

Kimiko felt confused as she threw her weight back just for her to go nowhere. Glancing over her opponent's shoulder she quickly noticed her opponent's hands firmly on the ropes. "Wait wait wait!" Kimiko pleaded as Valerie bucked and thrashed, her grip quickly faltering as Kimiko fell off and back towards the center of the ring. "Nnnhhh" Kimiko grunted before sitting up only for the large blonde to immediately close the distance like a tomahawk missile nailing the Japanese woman in the face with a big boot, knocking her for a loop and back down onto her back!

Valerie did not, in fact, wait.

Instead, she came hard at Kimiko and leveled the woman with a thunderous Big Boot, connecting clean on the chin and sending her hard to the canvas. She stumbled a few feet away after the blow landed, corrected her footing, and turned about to see the fruits of her labors - Kimiko was laid out, clearly hurting, looking dazed. Perfect prey.

Not wanting to waste the moment, Valerie moved in fast. She dropped down, threw her body over her fallen’s foes, grabbed the leg, and leaned on her chest, looking to secure a quick pinfall. The referee slid over and started the count.

A kick from the large blonde was like a freight train on a wide open track, leaving Kimiko spread out on the canvas, flat on her back giving a few precious yet crucial seconds to try and regain her bearings! Kimiko grunted as Valerie through her weight on top of her, there chest pressing together as her leg was hooked and the referee quickly dropped into position.

ONE, TWO, TH- NO!"

Kimiko's shoulder shot off the canvas, and her opponent's weight made it a difficult task but, this was a difficult fight and Kimiko would have to overcome every odd possible even to have a chance of winning it. Regardless of the future result, Kimiko was still in this fight!

Damn it.

Valerie didn’t bother hiding her disappointment as that final count failed, with Kimiko showing true grit at the final second. On hand, she had to admire the determination, with her foe showing herself worthy of the name she carried. On the other, she would be lying if she said it wasn’t starting to work her nerves. She needed to put this woman down, in a definitive fashion.

Instead of easing up after the kick, Valerie pushed Kimiko over to her chest and mounted her from behind, keeping her pinned to the canvas. She reached out, wrapped her arms around the woman’s waist, and proceeded to stand with her clutched, effortllessly hoisted off the mat.

Valerie took a moment to gather her strength, breathed deep, then proceeded to bring her foe up and over, sending her crashing into the canvas with a German Suplex, driving her hard down on her shoulders.

It was another close call, possibly even closer than the first. Kimiko's stubbornness and determination pulled through at the last second much to her opponent's visible disappointment. Kimiko groaned as Valerie shoved her onto her stomach and mounted her back, hell she probably could have choked her out then and there if she wanted but the blonde seemed to want to put her full power on display as she wrapped her arms around her body!

Kimiko let out another grunt as Valerie got up, hauling her up right along with her. Kimiko was given a moment though, a crucial and critical moment to focus. With her opponent's powerful arms wrapped around her, the smaller woman had only one option. Throwing her head back Kimiko aimed to headbutt Valerie as hard as she could trying to get her to release her. If successful Kimiko would stagger forward before turning around and rushing her opponent aiming to take one step before throwing her leg up aiming to kick Valerie in the side of the head with an Enzuigiri!

Valerie had executed the German Suplex, perhaps, more than any other move in her arsenal. It was automatic; she could do it while asleep, and she certainly wasn’t expecting any trouble when she hefted Kimiko, a woman she outweighed by a great deal, and prepared her before the plunge.

However, she’d never been headbutted in mid-suplex before, something that would make all the difference, here. Valerie yelped and instantly let go, as the shocking hit thoroughly rocked her world. She had only just got her senses back when her opponent followed up, landing a swift kick to the skull that spun her all the way around and left her mouthed numbed.

Valerie took one step forward, then two, before it all grew too much and she dropped down to her knee, rattled and addled.

Kimiko was either smart, lucky, or an odd mix of both as she narrowly avoided eating a suplex was a quick headbutt before following that up with a well placed kick to the head that hit hard enough to make Valerie turn completely around and collapse to a knee seconds later. Maybe Kimiko had finally found her silver bullet against Valerie, only one way to find out! "Sorry about the headbutt" Kimiko apologized as she moved around her larger opponent. Readying herself Kimiko through one kick into the woman's chest, before following it up with another, and another before stopping for a moment, channeling her energy as she raised her foot once more aiming to drill it hard into Valerie's skull once again with a kick that could hit even harder than the last one, hopefully evening the odds if it landed!

No, Valerie was not enjoying those shots to the head.

She grimaced as she staggered away, reeling from the blow, and heard Kimiko’s little apology come in through the fog of war. As much as she wanted to be mad about the illegal move, she couldn't be too aggravated. Her mothers had warned her about getting too overzealous and leaving openings like that, and here she was, making the obvious mistake.

Easily rectified. But not without some pain.

That pain came in the form of kicks, as Kimiko moved in and restarted her attack, laying into her with a barrage, each one stiffer than the last. It left Valerie wobbling, but she shoke it off and got it together as her foe came in for the coup de grace, her foot slicing through the air for what would’ve surely been a devastating blow.

But it wasn’t to be. Valerie ducked and let Kimiko spin about, using her own momentum again. She stayed low, waited for her opponent to turn back her way, then leaped up and shot her knee high, attempting to hit with a jumping knee to her face.
