Lucy saw that lariat coming, too. She was even wincing before it hit, and she was right to - that looked like it sucked. Again, she wasn’t a wrestler by any objective measure, but you didn’t have to know that getting whacked in the face by a former footballer wasn’t a good time.

The crowd broke into boos as Adel took the massive hit, getting knocked flat, but if Willy minded, he didn’t show it. He just shrugged and waved it off as he went back to work. ”Geez, dude!” She shifted in her seat to yell his way. ”A little excessive, you think?”

Willy stopped himself in midstep and threw up his hands as he turned their way. ”Well, shit, excuse me. I thought we were having a match, not a slapfight!”

That was all they got out of him before he moved in again, reached down, and grabbed Adel by the head, lifting her up and forcing her to stand. She’d only been up for a second before he reached around her waist, clasped his fingers, and pulled her up into a tight bear hug, ramming their chests together and squeezing her like a stuffed doll. The cynical side in Lucy wanted to think he went with that move because he wanted to feel up her body, but more likely it was just the most complicated submission move he knew how to do.

That was about the only thing Rayna could say to see Adel turn inside out and back again. Having almost finished her nursing duties, which had drawn the attention of a few here who were clearly more into two women getting friendly than a mixed wrestling match, the blonde absent-mindedly gripped at Lucy's thigh before realizing it and letting go. "Shoot, sorry." Rayna had never taken a hit like that, and she knew it would just about make her want to replace her collarbone with a new one. Adel was thinner and more delicate than she was. That had to be the reason why she only lay there, hugging her chest.

Ready to tear into Willy herself, Rayna rushed at the apron again, but Lucy was the one who interrupted. Rayna just glared at him and nodded. But his dismissive words only ticked her off more, as did his tugging on that head of hair she worked so hard to maintain. "Hey! Just because you're gonna go bald from all that gel doesn't mean you need to drag her down with you!" Rayna couldn't remember the last time she had a reason to yell at an attractive guy. It felt quite nice.

The words mattered little. She watched - with brief, brief jealousy - as he tucked her lithe body against his row of muscles and started squeezing. The jealousy came to a swift end to see Adel's eyes fly wide, her hands paw at every inch of his shoulders they could reach, and her mouth break open to let out a mournful ballad that no letters could have spelled. She watched with morbid fascination as her friend strained and struggled against him. "Come on, Adel! Squirrel out!" But as the seconds dragged on, she dropped back to her knees beside Lucy's chair, biting her nails. Shay would know to interfere if it looked like Adel was going to pass out, but...

Theo looked on from the apron as Willy went to work on Adel, laying her out with that clubbing clothesline. He usually wasn’t this rough, at least when he was fighting a woman, not straight out of the gate, but that slap seemed to fire him up, and she was about to get the brunt of it. It was good for their chances, at least - when he wasn’t taking things seriously when he played around gave their opponents openings, that was when they ran into trouble. So he wasn’t of a mind to stop it, though he couldn't help but feel a little swell of pity for her, knowing the rough time she was about to go through.

And it would be a rough time. Willy ensured that as he picked her up and clutched her tight in that bearhug, squeezing her like an emptied tube of toothpaste. His muscles swelled, and his arms sank deep into her tiny body, crushing, grinding, and applying ruthless pressure. He could’ve done that for a while, too, and all the boos and jeers in the world wouldn’t have stopped him.

But he had other ideas. ”Okay, babe,” He smirked and gave Adel a good jostling, jerking her about in the hold. ”Ready for a trip?”

Willy’s ‘trip’ involved him spinning around, jerking back, and sending Adel flying overhead with a belly-to-belly suplex, launching her towards the far side of the ring with only minimal ease on his part - throwing around someone like her was easy for a guy with his strength, a fact that Adel would learn through multiple examples if she didn’t do something to cut him off.

It took Adel seconds to react fully to Willy's hugging. Her head was still ringing, and between the crowd and Rayna's yelling and the yank on her hair that had her hissing and failing to spit out unkind words, returning to reality was a crawl. Only once those muscles constricted around her limber trunk did she react - and she threw pride out the window. Her body was not meant for this type of punishment. It felt like her ribs were going to be pushed back through to the other side of her body. "Let me gooo bruuu- aaaaagh!" she wailed, with none of her usual refinement or dignity. Her body was being squashed too thoroughly for her to care about dignity.

What was worse, she was squashed up against his body and losing track of her bikini from her flailing against the pressure. After a bout of thrashing, her humiliation tortured her nearly as much as having her abs forced into to walk single file, and she swung, kicked, acted up, pounding his muscles. Only after the tenth swing did she have some understanding that her blows were bouncing off muscles three and four times the size of her own, and she started pushing down on his arms instead, looking like she wanted to breach the water for air. "Don't... aaah-hagh! I'm not your babe!"

She needed to reach Shay. The bluenette looked over Willy's shoulder, but she was so far away. That didn't stop her from reaching-

In too much pain to have heard anything but babe, Adel's eyes flew wide with fear as he heaved her like a bag of straw. The summer breeze whipped over her as she took off over his head, the world spun upside down. But flying, spinning? That was something that Adel knew well. With nothing but years of ingrained repetition on her side, Adel twisted enough to right herself during the flight, tap the canvas with a foot, stay upright long enough to sink into the ropes, rebound, and come back at him with a foot driving toward his face.

That was all she had, and she crashed off to the side after the kick, breathing heavily on her side.

Willy would give Adel credit and admit she was much tougher than he expected, just going off her looks. She had the doll appearance to her, all dressed in this fancy outfit with her hair in this crisp, pristine style destined to get messed up within five minutes of a wrestling match. She looked like one of the dolls his sister liked to play with - too perfect, too flawless, too soft. He’d bet good money that lariat was the most brutal hit she’d ever taken.

But she was hanging in there—credit where it was due. A lot of women would’ve tapped out by now. She was either tough, or just damn stubborn. Not that it would matter much, in the end. Not with what was coming her way next.

Willy launched her far with the belly-to-belly, getting some decent distance. She was light, so that wasn’t too hard, but he gave it some extra oomph to make it more impressive. The only problem was that he’d expected an earth-shattering kaboom to come after that when her body hit the mat like a meteor. He didn’t get that. And the crowd was cheering all of a sudden, too. Weird, why would they be-

Willy spun around just in time to eat a boot to the head, taking it straight on the chin. While it wasn’t the most brutal hit he’d ever suffered, it had some good force to it, and it came right the fuck out of nowhere. It was enough to leave him stunned and drop him down to one knee, making him shake his head as he tried to regain his senses.

Shay screamed. It was no scream of fear but a burst of shock and excitement watching her friend who had spent the last minute being laid out and turned into an emptying lotion bottle keep enough of her composure to bounce away from a horrendous landing. That would have been enough of a shock in and of itself without adding a retaliatory kick to her recovery. Shay became an awed audience member rather than a part of the match watching it transpire, and it took Adel stirring and peering over at her to get her head back in the game.

"Come oooooon!" she encouraged, stretching her annoyingly short arm as far as it could possibly reach and taking some liberties with how far she bent the rope down with her breasts to gain another couple of inches of distance. Every inhibition she had about getting into the match was gone after watching that display. Adel was their skinniest member - if she could persevere, Shay couldn't give her any less in return. And Rayna was busy making eyes and couldn't offer anything to the match regardless.

"Just crawl if you have to!" And crawl she did. Shay's eyes shot between Willy's staggered figure and Adel moving painfully slowly along the mat toward her, sure that he was going to get to Adel before Adel got to the corner. It was like watching someone trying to escape the water and the looming crocodile. No, she wasn't going to make it. She needed motivation. Shay focused on her instead of Willy. "He's going to squeeze your liver out of you again if you don't get over here!"

Adel, looking almost as shocked by Shay's rare burst of aggression as she was by the potential threat, had her motivation. She pushed up enough to get her toes beneath her and launched far enough to brush fingertips with Shay. The dancer looked to the ref for her confirmation, and when she had it, she thrust through the ropes to the sound of cheers and rushed at Willy with... what for her was bad intentions, her foot already lifting for a roundhouse aimed at his back.

”Yup, that looks about right.” Lucy rolled her eyes as the inevitable happened: Willy fucked things up. She gave Rayna a consoling pat on the thigh. ”See, nothing to worry about. Never underestimate his ability to mess things up.”

It was as predictable as clockwork in Lucy’s experience. As long as she’d known the guy, he’d been the sort not to take things seriously, to muck up a situation that was going good for him. It was why she’d manipulated him so quickly when they came across Neith. Once he’d seen that Egyptian beauty, it was way too simple to press his buttons, feed his ego, and get him to do whatever they wanted. The guy was more predictable than a two-headed coin.

It was too late for him to correct the mistake now. A kick to the face was a kick to the face, a brutal hit, no matter how small the person was delivered, and it was taking him a few precious moments to get his shit back together. He shook his head, blinked, and stood up to get back into the fight.

But, by that time, Shay had tagged out and was already coming his way. A kick hammered him in the back, one with a surprising amount of force, way more than Lucy would’ve expected for a woman in her weight class. It was enough to drop Willy back to his knees and leave the crowd impressed. She was right there with them.

”Huh, your girl can kick.” She chuckled at the sight. “Good legs.”

In contrast to Shay's scream came Rayna's squeal watching Adel struggle her way back into the match, and the blonde tore into manic clapping at the display. She should have never doubted her, and judging by Lucy's words, she should have never doubted Willy, either. Rayna passed her new friend a grin. "I guess it would be unfair for him to be pretty and know how to get everything right. That's a trait reserved for women." Her mood restored, she was back to winking.

By the time she looked back, Adel had scrambled to Shay, and Rayna popped to her feet to let out a scream, feeding off the crowd's excitement. Shay had also worked her tail off- no, actually, the opposite. Shay had spent time trying to add weight because she knew she needed it with her height. It made those treetrunk legs dangerous, and almost motherly pride swelled in her as Lucy complimented them. Shay needed to hear those compliments herself when she was sweating it out in the gym, but Rayna would pass it along.

And her short stack of a friend was backing up. "Oh, you haven't seen the half of it!" she declared, pointing as Shay rushed toward the staggered beefcake since her first kick had made it possible to reach his head. She exploded up, both legs flying high before they chopped down, one outstretched foot leading the way - a gorgeous scissorkick aimed at his head.

Theo’s focus was only taken away momentarily when Lucy gave a full-throated laugh to something Rayna had said. It must've been hilarious, whatever it was, or Lucy was just applying maximum charm. Both possibilities were likely.

He cast a curious eye at it but didn't bother to give it more than that before he turned back to the action just in time to watch Shay make her grand entrance. At first, he'd pegged her as the weaker link between the two, centering in on her shorter height - neither she nor Adel were powerhouses, clearly, but the brunette was the shorter one between them by no small measure, at least five inches. Now that he had a better look at her, he couldn't help but notice that her legs were a bit thicker than you would’ve expected from someone in that height range.

And then, as if to confirm his suspicions, she came over and scored a field goal on Willy’s spine. Yup, Artistry had a secret weapon.

He couldn't say for sure, but it was a strong hit if the way Willy cried out was any indication. He fell back and hissed as he caressed his spine. He writhed about for a moment before he started to push his way up. ”Cheap shot! Fucking cheap-”

If he didn't like that, he would hate what came next.

He was just starting to get his bearings back when she came in again, this time leaping up and coming down on his skull with an impressive kick, one that Theo would've been hard-pressed to pull off himself. It cracked him in the side of his head, brought him down, and he stayed unmoving this time except for the occasional twitch. While no one could say he didn't have it coming, Theo couldn't help but recoil at the sight. ”Dude, you okay?”

No response. Not the best sign.

Adel, cursing her traitorous neck for continuing to hurt and that bastard Willy for leaving it in this state, eventually scraped herself off of her face. It took several more seconds for her to get motivated enough to slide into a taggable position in the corner, but the rattling of the ring, knowing Shay was no doubt fighting that brute for her life, drove her to start making her way there. And glancing over her shoulder to see Shay pounding that airhead's skull into the ground served as the best motivator of all. The bluenette practically launched herself into tag position. "Yes! Tear him apart!"

She rubbed her neck, sparing club-mode Rayna only a passing glance to see that she was still with the drummer before she rested with arms over the ropes and watched Shay's work. The dancer, showing surprising initiative, was already acting like a predator pouncing on weakened prey. She aggressively whirled to the front of Willy's prone form, scooped his head up by the jaw - noticeably not going for the hair like Adel wanted her to - and pulled just high enough so she could situate his head between her knees.

As she fell over onto her side with enough momentum to turn Willy onto his shoulder, she dragged his head up so it was between her thighs, tucked her calf beneath his chin, and grabbed her own instep to turn the hold into a figure four. It left his head sandwiched between thighs that seemed to bulge another two inches when she flexed them. Not messing around, the group's dancer, and that was a rare and somewhat terrifying sight to see. "Squeeze that barbarian's head off, Shay!" she called, slapping the turnbuckle.
