Re: Eerika vs Suzumi

With the change in the hold came the escape, Suzimi didnt waste a breathe starting to roll away and get to her feet where she had a chance to start breaking away and fighting for her freedom. Slowly sliding her way out of her grip before she was finally making her way up to her feet again, and Eerika would do the same though less frantic then her opponent who was looking to make up for how she was smacked around by her in the early going. Not that Eerika expected it would matter, she still had a lot to give and she knew it.

"So you showed me you can escape but when are you planning to show me you can fight." Eerika taunted once again looking to close the gap between the two of them and start to wrestle again, knowing that she could muscle Suzumi however she saw fit before she put her away, she wasnt worried by her showing a bit of life.

Now that they were finally in another standoff, Suzumi had to land one hit and keep drowning her opponent. Maybe she just had some bad luck and things will proceed smoothly from here or at least use the environment to the advantage. "You asked for it!" She had enough of Eerika taunting her so Suzumi opted for a more direct approach.

Using the ropes to support her momentum, Suzumi charged towards the veteran to prepare a strike of some sort. Once she was in range, The Tsunami dropped onto one knee and extended her other leg and pivoting around for an attempted legsweep. Attacking the lower area might be seen as desirable alternative. Can she knock her opponent down slightly or even faze the heavyweight?

Eerika was ready to keep this going and make Suzumi suffer for as long as she needed to see how far she could push her before she broke, Suzumi was still showing signs of life but she could already tell that she could take her down in the best possible way. Suzumi charged at her looking to knock her down with some big hit and Eerika brought her hands up ready to knock her down again after she countered it. For once though, Suzumi surprised her and went low kicking at her legs and sweeping her off her feet...quite literally.

Her eyes went wide for a brief moment and she fell to her side with little time to catch herself, landing on her side and making an audible groan. The tough women couldnt hide her shock her pain and now off her base and on her side, which she transitioned to her back, left her in less then an ideal situation.

Suzumi was far from a rookie and a fair variety of moves when it came to dealing with foes, but she preferred using a few select slams and her coveted finisher. Perhaps that will come into play later. Luckily for the middleweight, Eerika would take the bait and didn't raise any guard for below. Sinking her below the surface, the Wrestle Angel made it her personal mission to drown out any opposition.

However most of her arsenal consisted of moves that favoured attacking from behind, so standing in the opposite direction did lead to a few seconds of hesitation before something finally clicked. She sat down and reached to grab Eerika's leg then trapping it in between her own limbs. Once securing the leg with her arms so the kneecap would pointing towards the body, Suzumi did everything to apply as much pressure and hope her opponent wouldn't power a way out.

She had to admit, she was pretty annoyed by the way that just happened, it was not often that someone just got one over her like that. And for someone to do it after she had been so far ahead in control just ruined her plans a bit giving Suzumi confidence Eerika didnt want her having, all because she was tricked. Her leg was pulled up before she could start to stand up and she looked at Suzumi who would trap her leg between her various limbs and begin trying to turn it whichever way she wanted it.

"Tcch!" Her leg trapped she was subjected to Suzumi's whims, frustrating for a women of her stature and even more so because the way the leg was being squeezed hurt causing Eerika a not insignificant amount of pain. She would try to pull her leg towards her and out of Suzumi's grasp but from her position utilizing her strength wasnt easy an she couldnt simply just overpower her foe like this.

It didn't matter if it was a stroke of luck or actually outsmarting her foe, Suzumi was plotting a comeback. Feeling prouder by the second with a smirk to complement, Suzumi worked over that leg by squeezing and cranking it. The pulling didn't result in a tug of war, meaning that submission can be proceeded as she pleased. Despite her opponent's noticeable size advantage, powering out wouldn't be an immediate solution.

While applying tension towards Eerika's leg, the Tsunami realised that the other foot might turn into another problem and had to be dealt with asap. Loosening the grip from her thighs and only holding onto the heavyweight's foot with a lone hand, Suzumi scraped her feet against mat in order to pull herself to a stand. This could be rather risky but so was waiting it out. Taking a short breath, she spun around and tried grasping Eerika's leg at the same time hoping to form a figure four and fall back onto the mat. Her defence was at the most low when forming the new hold, but will she be halted?

The move left Eerika reeling as she would try feebly to break away but Suzumi was doing a decent job at keeping her off her feet and turning her leg however she needs to to break her down. Eerika didnt want this lasting too long but it seemed Suzumi didnt either, given that she suddenly acted to try and change things up and pull on her leg to go for a Figure 4. This was was Eerika's moment to act, with her trying to pull her leg away and then kicking at Suzumi to send her backwards and off of her.

"I think thats enough fo that. You had your fun, now its time I had mine." Eerika said turning to get back up to her feet, being careful when putting pressure on her hurting leg but thankfully still having enough to put pressure on it with little issue.

Suzumi didn't realise that her previous attempt at a kneebar was doing the job just fine, so the balance could easily shift by transitioning to another move. She grasped Eerika's other leg and planned on binding them both together. A figure 4 was considered a hard submission to escape once fully locked in, even if Suzumi's specialisation was grappling and this move was something she had little experience performing.

Suddenly the leg slipped out of her hands. "Hey get that back...Aughhh!" a second later she was kicked right in the gut by her opponent and pushed a few inches away. Now the Tsunami had no submission applied, making the match anyone's game once again. "It is still my turn..." Suzumi huffed as she returned to a stand in little time due to only being slightly nudged, even expecting Eerika to not try anything crazy.

Eerika was back on her feet, her brief moment of surprise and struggles over, but it was enough that it made her slightly angry. She did try and keep it hidden so that Suzumi didnt feel confident but knowing that the women had some means of doing something she wasnt ready for put some perspective on how easy it was to lose a match, one mistake was all it took.

"We'll see about that." Eerika said moving towards Suzumi and looking to try and trap her, given her bigger frame she knew that a head on confrontation would not be on Suzumi's mind but if she could keep her trying to move away she might put her in a position she couldnt escape from and then she would act closing in and trying to hit Suzumi with an elbow.

The two returned to a little standoff. Eerika did a job when it came to masking her emotions, so Suzumi couldn't let out a quick one liner or specifically strategize accordingly. Overtime a sense of security started to grow as she wasn't just tossed around at least up until this point. A small vibration may lead to a chain reaction.

In this next encounter, the heavyweight was the one to initiate this time as she approached Suzumi who remained still. She aimed to dodge at just the right time and form a means of counterattack. Despite not being clear of the details she was sure to figure them out. The Tsunami sidestepped but didn't expect an elbow causing her to be struck in the side. "Ahhhhhhh!" Flinching from the recent strike and no longer moving. This might turn cold when Eerika is so close nearby.
