The agile pretty boy vs the queen of spears (Torra shinjiro vs jade urushi)

Torra was feeling pretty good, he just got out of her hold and was slowly recovering, but she wasn't gonna take that lightly, he saw her try to spear him.
But Torra wasn't gonna just let her attack him again after he JUST escaped!
So he manages to dodge and once she realises that she missed he ran at her for a knee to the face.

As to be expected, her slower move was an easier dodge for him. She should have known that, but old habits die hard. Her small blunder would cost her a bit, as Torra came in quick with a knee directed towards her face. Even as she brought her arms up to try and block it, she couldn't get all of it. The result was a minimally parried hit to the face, with most of the intended damage making it to its target.

"Ack!"

She stumbled back a bit and grabbed on to the nearest set of ropes she could find with one hand. Her other hand was now covering her face, trying to nurse the smart that it was feeling right now.

Torra was feeling pretty good right now, he was showing her what he's made of!
Instead of taking the chance and risking a counter attack from her, he was waiting for her to recover.

"Not gonna be a easy match huh, I'm not gonna go down so easily, you gotta work for it, but your quite capable." He said playfully and waited.

It bothered her how arrogant he was. A deadly opponent would go in for the kill, no mercy. That was what she was taught. But he was acting as if he was just playing with her. How insulting! She lost respect for him with that.

The pain in her face died down and she was able to look at him. Yes, this coward of a man. She saw now who he really was.

With a quick adjustment of her neck, she began walking towards him. She had a basic idea of his pattern. It would be a stretch for her to say that she knew what his next move would be, though.

Still, she needed to make some progress. She was ready to take this first fall. As soon as she got close enough, she would once again go for her patented lunge that she was all so very familiar with. But this one would be different. He wouldn't know it, but she was looking for him to dodge. In other words, it was a feint. As soon as he moved to get out of the way, she would change direction to spear him back to the ground from the place he dodged to.

If successful, she would immediately attempt to wrap both his arms and neck up by her legs. Trapping them and squeezing them with all she had. It was an unorthodox move on her part, but she had long since given up the traditional way of fighting this man.

Torra was doing some stretching, when she finally decided to attack again, Torra noded. "Alright let's dance." He said as she did a spear..... again. He dodged it "come on you gotta think of more mo...." he was interrupted by her next move

She speared him again this time he fell on his back and she wrapped her legs around his neck and she held down his arms pinning him.

She outsmarted him and it was impressive! Also Torra blushed a bit cause she legs felt pretty good. He also struggled a bit.

The feint worked. In a flash, she had him back on the canvas, with his arms immobile and his neck trapped in a vice grip of her legs. The more he squirmed and struggled, the harder she clamped down. They were nowhere near the ropes, so she knew his chances of escaping that way were significantly decreased.

She had him in a bind, and a very dangerous one at that. She was not going to make the mistake she did last time. She wasn't going to get distracted. She gave him some advice, as a way to show him her honor. Although, he may take it as a taunt.

"Give up and save yourself for the next round. If you struggle more, you will only make it worse for your body later."

Her voice was stoic and leveled. There was no sense of arrogance in her words.

Torra while trapped realized that he couldnt escape, not only that she had him pinned but he couldn't move his arms to reach for the ropes.

Torra heard her advice and tone of voice. Torra maybe alot of things but he wasn't stupid, he knew when he can't fight back. "Al-alright......" he said and tapped while still blushing on how her legs feel.

The bell rang, signalling the end of the first round, and the first point win for Jade.

She let go of Torra and rose back to her feet. She returned to her corner and gave him time to recover for the next round. The crowd clapped in appreciation for the first round, but it was clear that they were hoping for more action in the following rounds, however many left there were.

She felt that she had a good grasp on his capabilities. He was fast, but was weak to grapple-type moves. It wasn't exactly her preferred move-type, but she stuck to her convictions of doing what it took to win.

As soon as he was ready, the bell would ring again. Jade would get into her fighting stance again, and got ready to engage him to begin the second round.

Torra felt her get off of him and went back to her corner, this gave him time to go back to his corner to recover. *damn she's good, fast, agile,and skilled in grappling and strength, looks like I must use my CQC and just be faster than her* he thought to himself as the bell rang for round 2.

Torra got ready and decided to run at her and show her what he's made of! He does a backflip kick at her chin!

As the second round began, Torra started off guns blazing with a back flip kick. It was quite a spectacle to see, and the crowd was most definitely impressed by his acrobatics. But being impressive and being very effective are not always the same thing.

She was unable to dodge this hit, and was therefore forced to block it with her arms. She did manage to block the kick completely, but was left with a nice-sized bruise and a a decent amount of pain in her arms as a result. As she shook her arms out and attempted to refocus, she was left open for a moment, which is something he might be able to take advantage of if he was quick enough.
