Erin's Sports Session: Beach Volleyball

Erin stepped onto the beach with a smile on her face. It was a beautiful day and the warm sand felt great under her feet. Not too long ago Erin had put out a call for some fellow volleyball players. She always loved the sport but recently there weren't many people around that she knew to play with. It had been far too long since the redhead had been involved in a sport other than wrestling. That fact was something she needed to fix. And so she put out the call and made a few arrangements. Her fellow wrestlers were more than willing to try their luck with other sports.

After adjusting her red and white striped bikini the redhead would toss the volleyball she was holding onto the ground. She took a second to see if anyone was around before starting to do some work. Since there wasn't a court ready she would have to improvise. She had "borrowed" the proper supplies from various friends and even the backstage areas of LAW. Near her were two tall pieces of wood, a net, and a tape measure. Her first task, she decided, was to outline the court.

Starting the task at hand, Erin used the tape measure to make a few marks. She then bent down to drag her hand along the sand, making a large rectangle as she walked along. The woman would wait for some help before putting up the net.

Alana was quite surprised when she got the invitation to join some of the other wrestlers for a friendly game of beach volley ball. Especially since compared to the other names she had heard she was one of the newbies as she would have expected that they would have only invited the more experienced wrestlers.

Still the blond would not let this chance pass her by as she would do her best to make friends as she decided to wear a simple white bikini which had the colored lines in the color green , yellow and red whit the lines on her top going in a turn towards her stomach. And the lines would go towards her right leg. So far it seems nobody was here yet as she saw a redhead who was setting everything up and would walk towards her as she would touch the woman on her shoulder as she says ''your name is Erin right?Well I am Alana and I wanted to thank you for the invite , and was wondering if I could help you with something''?

Part of the reason Katherine usually competed in the ring while wearing a mask was to keep her personal life and her profession separate. For now, only a few people knew what her face looked like beneath the purple mask. And fortunately for her, Erin was one them. They had hung out at a bar once and the red head was good people in her book, so she didn't mind. She trusted Miss Quinn to keep that info between them. Kat was very grateful for the invite. She hadn't found herself being given many chances to hang out during this stretch of her career. Heck, the last time she decided to hang on the beach, she ended up wrestling anyways with Alaina Sanders. An afternoon of fun and relaxing with an old friend was just the kind of thing the blonde vixen needed.

Shortly after arriving at the beach, Kat took to the bathroom to change into her swimwear before running across the warm sands and practically tackling Erin for a hug from behind.

"Eriiiin! It's been so long!" She'd say as she embraced her friend. She'd wink at her when the two made eye contact. After making her enthusiastic entrance, she'd turn to Alana, hoping to get more acquainted with the woman.

"Hey, there! Nice to meetchya! You can call me Kat. What's your name?"

Alana was waiting for a responds from Erin when another woman walked up on the beach. From the way she embraced the redhead the blond knew she was likely invited as she did look familiar for some reason to the surfer. Soon after the other blond would turn to face her as she quickly introduced herself as Kat , and still it did not ring a bell.

''Hello Kat I'm Alana , and I'm glad to meet you.So are you here for the beach volleyball game as well or did you just walk by and saw your friend?''asked Alana politely.

Erin turned to see Alana greeting her. "Yup. That's my name!" The redhead responded, happy to see that the first of her invitees had arrived. Alana seemed nice enough and way more polite than Erin. "Well I needed someone's ass to kick in volleyball so I'm glad you showed up." She said with a grin, clearly getting a head start on the trash talk. "Oh wait...you might be on my team though sooooo..." Erin trailed off. It was clear that she hadn't really thought things through any further than getting four people and the equipment together at the beach.

Erin gasped and fell forward into the sand as she was hugged from behind. "Haha Kat...Next time you surprise me like that you're getting bopped!" The redhead said with a chuckle. She shoved her friend to the side and smiled. Erin was trying to look upset with her but failing quite miserably. "Ok. Two down...one more to go." She said before trying to remake a bit of the line that had gotten messed up.

"Think you two can set up the net?" The redhead asked the two wrestlers.

Alana would try to remain calm as the redhead was acting kind of weirdly as if she jumped from one thought to the next.Still soon enough she realized that it was just an act as the redhead did act friendly and normally with Kat as it was funny trying to see the Irish woman attempt to look upset and failing.

Still a few seconds later she got asked if she together with the blond could set up the net as she would just smile at Erin. ''Well think me and Kat can do that for you''replied Alana as she would pick up one of the poles and stab it into the send as she would then walk back to pick one end of the nets as she waited for her fellow blond to do the same.

Katherine had tackled Erin with a running hug from behind. She underestimated the momentum and accidentally carried both of them towards the sand. Erin's threat to bop her one was certainly warranted but it spoke to the fact that there was no love lost between the two. Kat would stick her tongue out at Erin and laugh off the shove as the two found their way back to their feet.

"Yeah, we'll take care of the net, no worries!" She said as she turned to Alaina to join her in conversation. As Alaina set up one of the poles, Katherine collected the other one and the tape measure to get a decent distance away from the pole Alaina had put down and stab that one into the sand, as well. As the two continued setting up, Hart would make an effort continuing the small talk with her new acquaintance.

"So you got invited to come play, too? Are you like, super into volleyball or did you just wanna hang out? I like your two-piece, by the way!" She said with a smile.

From not too far away, a certain two colored hair girl was watching the get together brought forth by a call out to volleyball. And it wasn't the residential psychopath Alexia. Instead it was the mute girl Noelle dressed in a simple white bikini. Shielding her pale body from the sun with an umbrella

Noelle was watching as the three girls started to set up the volleyball net, putting in the poles and getting the net tied to both of them. Noelle carefully waited until all the heavy lifting was done before she made an appearance, taking long strides to arrive at the volley ball court. She twirled her umbrella around and around as she said not a word!

Alana was working together with Kat on setting the net up with her.During it she would blush as her fellow blond complimented her on her bikini as she asked about if she was into volley ball. ''Well to be honest I am new to LAW , and when I heard about this I tried to get Erin's attention.Luckily it worked as she invited me to be a part of this. Wait who is that , and is she carrying an umbrella to the beach''replied the Australian woman as she replied to the American's question when she noticed another girl walk towards them carrying a umbrella.

As the teen got closer she would walk towards her and extend her hand as she said ''hi are you here for the volleyball game as well.If so I'm Alana and I hope we can be friends after today''.

Erin was glad to see people getting along so far. She was hoping no one would know each other or have a grudge. Finishing the rectangle around the play area she turned to see the last player make her appearance. She was a bit surprised about the woman's height, wondering if that would be an issue. With a friendly smile and a wave she greeted Noelle. "Noelle right?" She asked. "Well you're the shortest so I hope you're good." the redhead said with a chuckle.

Now that everything seemed to be more or less set up Erin would begin the important part, setting up teams. She grabbed the volleyball and held it by her side. "Alright! Now that we're all here and have a court...we gotta pick teams!" Erin would say with quite a lot of enthusiasm. She looked the the three other woman and wondered which one of them she would be teaming up with. "So...how should we do this? Rock paper scissors? Or does anyone wanna really be on my team?" the redhead asked the group.
