the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
title match
win by pin fall submission or ko.
Aoi would take some deep breaths she was very nervous this was her very first title defense as the light weight champion. she didn't know how nervous one can be as she felt her self shaking. letting out more breaths she would calm down and finally relax. "this is big..." Aoi said she knew if she lost this match she might be come a laughing stock someone that couldn't even defend there title after one match. she refused to let that happen to her. she would not let that happen. going out to the back stage area she would wait for her cue to go out. once her music start playing she would head out to the arena smiling to the crowd as she held her belt. she would raise her hand up and do a count down before pyrotechnic would launch out after she hit zero and would run down to hte ring sliding into it and raised her belt up high so every one could see. she was here and she was gunna do all she can to win. Giving the belt to the ref she would head to her corner and lean back into the corner post.

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
As she sat backstage, Yuki was in an almost meditative state, thinking about what had led her here. This was big - bigger, in fact, than any other moment in her career leading up to this point. She would be lying if she said she wasn't nervous, but too much was hinging on this moment for her to give it anything less than her full focus. She sat on the bench, breathing slowly in and out to center herself.
Even a year ago, she wasn't even sure she would ever get to this point. She had aspirations of rising up in the ranks, of course; that was why she was so excited to be signed to such a high-profile promotion as LAW was. Just getting out of the indies and getting attention felt so breathtaking at the time. To have her classmates at school come up to her and tell her they were cheering her on on the TV was almost surreal. And now? She was going to be competing against the lightweight champion for her title.
A part of Yuki thought she didn't deserve it - even if she'd been wrestling since she was 16 years old, that wasn't very long in the grand scheme of things, and there were still areas she had to work on. She wouldn't have thought she was champion material. She'd had a fair few mishaps in her career. But as Yuki reflected on things, she thought that she had had plenty of successes, too. She'd made a strong impression coming into the league, and even managed to get in the main event against Hayleigh Hisashi, the sister of the famous Asuka. Yuki could feel her heart beating faster in her chest, as a smile started to come to her face. Looking back on it all...she was a worthy contender.
And she'd managed to make some friends along the way, too - as she at last opened her eyes, looking up at Mayori. She had been there for the girl's first match in LAW, and even though she had lost to her, the two had quickly formed a bond, enough for Yuki to come to watch her at ringside. With some convincing, largely in the form of pointing to the card released for tonight's show and the promotional art of her and Aoi, she'd managed to communicate to the Hachijo girl to return the favor. "Okay...I'm ready," she said, getting up and proceeding to the door. It was time for her to go on for the biggest event of her life, and she couldn't disappoint.
With her music playing and the lights shining, Yuki stepped onto the entrance ramp to the sound of cheers. She took in a deep breath, squeezing her hands at her sides and looking back to see if Mayori would follow her to her corner. Then, she started to make her way towards the ring with purpose in her strides, her eyes fixed on Aoi. Whether she won or lost, Yuki thought to herself...it would be a night to remember.

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
Mayori wanted nothing more than to be at Yuki's side for this battle. A championship opportunity. The chance for Yuki to put herself and all of her abilities on the table against a LAW titleholder.
Despite the lightest tinges of jealousy, Mayori was in full support of her yellow-clad friend whom she hoped would have her hand raised at the end of the contest. Mayori's meager shades of envy faded as she walked through the corridors of the backstage area with Yuki, feeling a few lingering eyes on the two of them as they made their way to the top of the curtain area. LAW wrestlers big and small gave the two passing glances, which made Mayori replace her green feelings with another powerful sensation.
Pride. Pride for Yuki. Mayori gauged how worthy of an opponent Yuki was going to be for Aoi based on the sizing up glances the other girls were leveling at Yuki. They must have seen the in-ring merit and judged it worthy of respect. Mayori, also dressed in her ring attire, walked behind Yuki without letting her own eyes stray from the back of Yuki's head.
Mayori recognized the music awaiting them at the top of the stage. Without thinking, she pierced the curtain with Yuki and walked down aisle with her. Had she not been overcome with how proud she was for Yuki's moment, she would have second-guessed herself and stayed backstage until the match was over.
She has been with me...I will be with her...
Mayori's periwinkle irises met Yuki's eyes as she looked back at her. Her gaze wasn't correcting, it was welcoming.
I will be right here... Even the language barrier could not supersede what their exchanged glances told each other. Mayori was welcome at ringside and she was more than proud to be there.

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
Aoi would see her opponent come out with a guest. thinking that was just a friend who wanted to support the contender made aoi happy but at the same time jealous. She could have had her friends Rebecca or Ruby, but she wanted someone else at her corner that she wish was around. Sighing she would stretch her shoulders and look at yuki and Mayori. Smiling over at Yuki Aoi walked to the center of the ring and extend her hand to Yuki. "i see you had a friend come. thats nice hopefully she doesn't try anything " Aoi joked to yuki not wanting to watch her back constantly. she did think that these two were more honorable she that put her at ease.
the ref would show the belt to them and raise it into the air. "good luck may the best wrestle win" Aoi smiled at Yuki as she would take a few steps back and get into her wrestling position .

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
Yuki looked back over her shoulder at Mayori as she followed her down to the ring, and her smile grew a little wider. She would be lying if she said she wasn't just a little bit intimidated to be faced with a title opportunity, but having a friend there to cheer her on made things a little easier. Yuki knew Mayori would have her back - and she would have to fight even harder knowing she was watching! Leaving Mayori at ringside, Yuki climbed in through the ropes and looked out at the crowd as she started towards Aoi.
In truth, Mayori wasn't alone. Yuki could hear the cheers for her already. She looked over to see a group of her classmates gathered in the front row, the news of her upcoming bout having spread enough for her fellow students to join her in support of her efforts. Then at the other side of the arena, she saw her parents, waving to her to wish her luck. Tears were starting to well up in her eyes; she would never have dreamed she'd be having this many people counting on her. Her eyes drifted further up the stands, resting for a moment on a sign that gave her pause. "Flat is justice?" Was that about her..? Yuki blushed, but shook herself back to reality and blinked the tears from her eyes.
Even if this many people were watching, she couldn't let that distract her. Yuki took in a breath, calming herself down. She was faced with unprecedented expectations tonight - but she would do her best, no matter what.
"Thank you," Yuki said, stepping in and graciously accepting the handshake from Aoi. It seemed her opponent was willing to face her with honor and respect, something she had to give her credit for. "Don't worry, she's just here to watch me. As a friend."
With one last look back at Mayori with a smile, Yuki stepped back, getting into a stance and locking eyes with Aoi. "Okay. I'm ready," she said, raising her hands.

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
Aoi would smiled as Yuki accepted the handshake and confirm her thought about mayori being there only as friend and will only watch. "okay good good luck to you Yuki." Aoi said as she smiled happily and step back getting in position. Aoi did a little bit of research on yuki and found she was more of a hihg flyer girl. that didn't bother Aoi much but she knew that if yuki was faster then Aoi's speed would be useless her plan was to use her limited power moves and holds to weaken yuki and slow her down.
Once the bell rang Aoi would rush Yuki going her top speed to get behind her normally she starts matches with a jumping round house kick to the head but Aoi thought that would not be good enough. getting behind Yuki Aoi would grab the girls waist and go for an attempt to do the fast Suplex she could do as she lift yuki up and slammed her down as fast as she could. "rahhh!" she yelled out hoping the move would hit.

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
"Thank you," Yuki said, with one last parting word to Aoi as she stepped up to her to begin the match. She was going to give it her all, one way or another, and she saw she had Aoi's respect. She could expect a good, fair fight, one where it was really up to who the better woman would be. With no need to worry herself over dirty tricks, Yuki could focus on doing her best.
Although Yuki was taking things at a slower pace in squaring up against her opponent, Aoi came charging out of the gate, running straight for her! The challenger's eyes went wide at such a brazen move this early in the match, and she fell back, raising her hands to defend herself. But Aoi clearly had the speed to make such tactics worth it, as Yuki found herself grabbed before she could react. Trying to resist, she kicked a leg out towards Aoi, but the blue-haired girl had already suplexed her hard against the mat! It all went by in a blur, faster than Yuki could react to. She took in a few breaths, but tried to roll herself to the ropes, reaching to pull herself up. There she would watch Aoi, ready to defend herself against whatever move she would go for next. One thing was for sure, Yuki would have to stay on her toes!

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
"your welcoem" Aoi as after the bell would ring and Aoi would rush yuki nailing her suplex nearly perfectly. however Aoi wasn't able to press her advantage as Yuki would roll to the rope and use them to get up. Aoi wasn't annoyed it was smart now she had to wait for Yuki to get back up so they can continue. Aoi knew the ref was gunna keep her away as Yuki used the ropes. Once the raven haired wrestler hands left the rope Aoi would lock up with yuki and press against her as she tired to push her into a corner.
If yuki didn't counter and was caught between Aoi and the corner Aoi would start Chopping at Yuki slamming her forearm into the girl's chest as hard as she could as the crowd counted each chop up till five chops had connect to yuki.

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
Having been thrown to her back within seconds after the bell had rung, Yuki knew that her main obstacle here was going to be in making sure Aoi wouldn't outmanuever her. The champion definitely had an edge in speed, which would make Yuki's preference to stay more methodical and focused in planning her moves a challenge! She was going to have to be ready and on her toes - and she could see that already, as Aoi pulled Yuki into a lockup, forcing her back up against the corner!
As she was held in place, Yuki groaned, clenching her teeth to try and resist as she attempted to lean her weight forward to gain more space between herself and Aoi. But Aoi had already fired off a series of chops into her chest, each one sending Yuki back! She let out a yelp of pain from the first one, and the second and third were no more pleasant, but the more they kept coming, the more Yuki began to consider what she would need to do to escape. Attempting a counter, the yellow-clad challenger tried to bring up her leg to kick Aoi in the stomach as she closed in again!

Re: the first defense of Aoi (aoi vs yuki
Aoi smiled as she pushed yuki to the corner and would get her trapped between her and the corner and will proceed to chop the girl's chest. After a few good chops Aoi would try to grab the girl's arm but would get kicked in the stomach before she had the chance to. "ugh!" she coughed out and would double over taking a few steps back to recover as she was doubled over.
Sucking in some breath Aoi had to steady her breathing soon or she would be in a bad situation. 'calm breath form the stomach aoi..." Aoi told her self in her head as she knew unsteady breathing would not be good. however she knew Yuki could attack any second.
