Blast From The Past

Alaina was early at the LAW gym at the request of her young friend Samuela. She was also told to dress in her wrestling gear, and to be as throwback as possible with it for the workout. Alaina thought it was a little bit of a strange request but she also knew that Samuela did watch her wrestle so maybe they would spar and try to help Alaina recapture her youth or something? Regardless Alaina was heading to the practice ring to run ropes while waiting for Samuela, clad in her tiger print sports bra, tiger print briefs, tiger print boots and tiger print kneepads foregoing her more frequent one piece swimsuit more commonly seen in the current stage of her career.

Alaina also recalled Samuela saying that someone else was coming but Alaina had no idea who that would be. She was curious indeed and eager to meet whomever it was that Samuela was brining. She knew she wouldn't have to wait long, so the amazon began running the ropes, hoping to get in a good bit of an endurance workout before the others arrived.

Samus would soon enter the ring, she was wearing a mixture of her normal ring outfit and her workout outfit. She would get in here and stretch her arms a little bit looking around she would see that the veteran woman was already running the ropes. She would smirk a little bit watching her idol running the ropes. She would wait a bit more before she would start to walk up to the ring. Samus was wearing a blue sportbra on top while also wearing a pair of black sports shorts below. The blond haired woman was enjoying this kind of outfit for some reason. She would walk up right to the ringside and would lean forwards resting her chin onto the apron. “hey there alaina, looking good today. How are you doing?”

Alaina had worked up a sweat and stopped runni g after a few minutes as soon as she saw Samuela approaching. "I am all right, it is good to see you again!" Alaina said cheerfully as her young, large powerful friend came into the ring.

"I thought you said someone was with you? Are they still changing or running late?" Alaina asked, still curious as to who was going to show up with the two heavyweight women for their workout.

Samus would grab the middle rope over her head and would pull herself up onto the apron. She would stand there for a moment. “yeah she is coming in just a moment, she is getting ready right now.” samus would jump over the top rope and would land on her feet, then she would start to run the ropes as well and warm herself up. “she always needs a little bit longer.” When samus was done. ”you already warmed up?” would she ask dropping down suddenly starting to do some pushups. “How is law treating you lately? I saw your title match against this woman Linda, a really close one damn sorry that it didn´t work out, seeing oyu as heavyweight champion would be awesome!” Would samus explain. She would get back up to her knees looking up to Alaina with a smile on her face.

Alaina laughed as she recalled her title match loss to Linda. "Yeah, I did what I could but she ended up being too much. I met Astrid the other day who is towards the top of the heavyweight title challenger list. She ended up being a bit too much for me too." Alaina said before changing topics.

"I am all warmed up yeah, we can do a spar, weight work, whatever you feel up for doing today." Alaina said as she leaned back against the ropes. She was ready for anything whether it be a more intense workout or something more laid back. Truth be told the older she got the more she appreciated the less intense days in the gym. "So who exactly are we waiting for?"

Samus was just about to say something, when suddenly someone would scream something from the sidelines into the ring. “You two will work a little bit on your form in the ring. You are fit and strong enough but both of you got sloppy and careless!” Would a black haired woman say from the side of the ring. She would wear a black trainings outfit, a trainings jacket and a pair of long sweatpants.
Samus would look out of the ring a little bit ashame. “isn´t that a little bit rough, mom?”
Caro outside the ring would just shake her head for a moment. “No its true. Okay cardio training wouldn´t be bad for either of you two either! Burning some fat. ALaina you have been in way better shape! Did you see your rear end in the last time? It is enourmus, no wonder that you move so damn slow in the ring!” The mature woman with the black hair would start to climb up onto the apron and stare right at Alaina.

Alaina knew that voice. She couldn't help but laugh before she waved at Caro whom she had faced quite a few times in her first wrestling run.

"It is nice to see that some things haven't changed. Hiw have you been?" Alaina asked. She smiled as she approached Caro. "What have you been up to all these years? It has been too long!"

Caro would look at Alaina with a smirk on her face. “after I got thrown out thanks to getting injured I started to train some unthankfull lazy little brat. Maybe you know her…” Caro would look over the shoulder of the other woman at samus who was slowly standing up. “as well founding my own little wrestling school as well as an indie wrestling show. It´s nothing like LAW but it has heart and I love it!” She would look at the Brunett woman. “what have you been up besides gaining a few pounds?” She would ask the woman while poking into the belly of Alaina. “how are the two little angles of you doing? Are they still as troublemaking but adroble as always? You and your family have to visit again soon!”

Alaina flexed her arms and struck a couple poses to show off her figure. "Any weight I gained is muscle, pure power Caro. You are the one who has gained weight of the softer, more flabby variety." Alaina said with a wink. "At any rate the twins are doing great, they are almost 8 now and thankfully Charlie is able to stay home with them to keep them in check." Alaina said before easing up her stance.

She looked over at Samuela. "Your daughter is amazing in the ring. She can do it all and she does it well. Other than a spar every time we face off she has managed to come out on top and I'm doing my best to win. She is destined for big things in the ring, and I think she would have pinned you in your prime." Alaina added as she pat Samuela on the back.

Caro would laugh when she would hear the compliments about her daughter. “yeah she is something special… but she is also thickheaded and way to impulsive and careless! She got lucky a lot of times in law and when she doesn´t get it together she will find herself soon on the ground shoulders first.” She would look over to samus. “but no way she never could take us on in our prime!”
Caro would start to crawl between the ropes to get into the ring, feeling how she got some problems with her bust, hooking up to the middle rope. “okay maybe I gained a few pounds on fat… but only at the right spots!” She would declare glaring at alaina hopping to avoid a comment from her.
The mature woman stood between the two trainees. “okay we start with some chain wrestling. I want to see your best! How you train is how you fight!” caro would watch the two crossing her arms under her chest.
Samus would step up to alaian and when throw herself forwards. She would slam her hands onto the shoulder and neck of her opponent going for a collar and elbow lock up. Samus wouldn´t hold back and shove her arms into alaina trying to push her backwards, trying to struggle with strength.
