Tourney Qualifier Match: Jem Holland vs Aisha

With a well timed counter from the Diva, Jem's momentum came to a screeching halt. She continued to lie on the canvas, still reeling from the kick she sustained to the jaw. Being left vulnerable like this made her an easy target for Aisha's follow up move: a Crossface. The move could be particularly when executed by the right kind of foe, though Aisha didn't seem to be going for the kill. Still, Jem wasn't aware of that - at least not at first. She'd panic for a bit before placing a hand on Aisha's and attempting to undo the hold.

"Oh no! W-W-Wait!" She'd protest. Thankfully, in her panic, she'd begin to reach out with her free hand and grab hold of the rope. Having failed to attack Aisha while she was in the corner did have the benefit of positioning the two closer to the ropes. If the official noticed right away, he'd call for a rope break, granting the young streamer a few precious seconds to try and find her bearings.

Aisha held on, cranking back with the simple hold as hard as she could. She wasn't looking for the kill here (after all, she was experienced enough to know that it wasn't going to happen), but if she could just wear Jem down a little bit...

Even after Jem managed to snatch the rope, Aisha held on. It wasn't until a few seconds after the referee called for the break, that Aisha finally let go. She was trying to milk the whole for as much as she could, but she wasn't going to tempt breaking the rules that much.

When she did finally let go, she huffed, and climbed back up to her feet, raising her hands to show the official that it was a clean break. She waited half a second afterwards, and then leaned back down, grabbing Jem by her arm, pulling her back up to feet. Then, once the streamer was standing, Aisha would try to yank her around and shove her up against the corner, the Diva already planning her next few moves.

Jem would find that while the Crossface wasn't quite as lethal as she anticipated, it certainly wasn't enjoyable. She writhed in painful she finally reached the ropes, and even when she did, her fellow blonde made certain not to release her - at least not immediately. "Ugh!
Let go! I got the rope!" Holland protested. But despite the fact that the referee moved in to address the situation, Aisha kept the hold locked in until just a few moments after the official called for a break.

Jem would roll to her side and rub her hurt arm and neck after she was finally released. A short scolding from the referee would only keep her fellow blonde at bay long enough for Holland to just barely find her bearings. And when she did, she'd find that Aisha had bent down to retrieve her from the canvas. Jem could only verbally protest as Aisha took continued to exercise control over her and force her into a corner of the ring.

While panting, she said in a tired voice: "...only scrubs cheat..."

"I have until five!" Aisha fired back, taking a step back from Jem as she slammed the woman up against the turnbuckle

With a smirk on her face and a few tiny beads of sweat rolling down her forehead, Aisha then lunged back in towards Jem. She raised her knee towards the gamer, trying to slam it into her gut. Nothing fancy, nothing overcomplicated. Just a quick, stiff knee strike, the Diva intent on keeping Jem stunned and under control.

Jem shook her head as she rested in the corner. Aisha had seized control for now, and Jem had to get her head on straight and engage her if she wanted to change that. The eccentric blonde would begin to raise her head in an effort to survey her surroundings. And upon doing so, she'd see Aisha coming her way with a stiff knee aimed at her midsection!

"AUCK!" Jem groaned as she recoiled in the corner. She doubled over, leaning herself against Aisha as a result of the blow. Jem took a deep breath after groaning, in an effort to replenish her lungs with the air Aisha just deprived her of. Fans would cheer for both women as the Rose continued to assert herself in this match up. And Jem's mind would race with thoughts of how she could go about turning things around.

Aisha was feeling back in her element now, now that she was back in control. She was ready to unload on Jem and let the brawler inside unload on the poor streamer!

Jem doubled over, and Aisha took a step back, clenching her hands together as she raised them upwards. Then, her arms came back down again, the determined Diva swinging a double-axe handle towards the back of Jem's neck in an attempt to floor her again.

Jem was looking worse for wear thus far. Aisha's striking prowess was more than she could handle right now, in the close quarters that were the corner of the ring. The young blonde was left doubled over after taking an unguarded knee strike to the abdomen! Jem gasped for air and held her hurt abs. But as she did, the Diva gave her no time to rest or fight back. Aisha followed up her last strike with a Double Axe Handle!

As the pair of fists hammered into Holland's upper back, her knees buckled! With a soft groan, Jem fell down to the canvas prone. She'd wince in pain while reaching for Aisha's ankle. Left to her own devices, she'd attempt to work her hands up Aisha's legs, and pull onto her pants in an effort to work her way back up to her knees.

"That..all you...got?"

Aisha smirked, as Jem leaned against her, trying to crawl back up to her knees. She shook her head, answering the girl with a short and sweet answer.

"Got more than you can handle, girl."

With those words said, Aisha then shook Jem off and took a step back from her, but only for a moment. She had another knee strike lined up, this time thrusting it straight towards the girl's face as she sat there on her knees in front of the Diva.

Jem's slow, but very real struggle to get to her feet was met with a boastful quip from the Diva. Her foe easily broke away from her to line the young streamer up for a vicious knee strike! As Aisha came at her, Holland would find the wherewithal to move and quickly duck under her foe's raised leg. She'd attempt to begin turning the tables on her foe by placing a hand between her thighs and hooking Aisha's leg before attempting to pull her back and roll her into a Schoolboy Pin!

If successful in pulling off this sudden reversal, Jem would try and keep her foe pinned for as long as she could. She realized that things likely wouldn't end here, but this opportunity would hopefully help her find a way will herself back into the match and begin taking it to Aisha.

Jem's sudden reversal took Aisha by surprise, the Diva easily being rolled up by the quick schoolgirl pin. The Diva squirmed, and groaned, wiggling in the pin, as the referee rushed over and dropped to the mat, beginning a count.

"One!"

But just as the word left the referee's lips, Aisha yelled out and kicked out, bucking her body and breaking the pin before the referee could go any further!
