Michiko Shimizu vs. Hinoka Taiyo

As she landed on the mat, Michiko turned to rub at her back with a groan, doing her best to dull the sore sensation. She was already in the process of pulling herself away in the hopes of getting herself to safety when she felt Hinoka grab her by her arm and leg. Michiko tried to fight against it, but she was pulled back towards the center of the ring. With a groan, Michiko slumped on her side, trying to fight through the pain in her back enough to rise to her feet.

She was still grounded as Hinoka got to the top of the turnbuckle, but she could look up high enough to see what her opponent was doing - and she caught sight of the redhead tapping her elbow. Recognizing the tell, Michiko was able to prepare for the incoming attack, and when Hinoka let out her battle cry, the lilac-haired girl went to try and get out of the way with a sommersault. She still couldn't quite stand now, but she hoped she could avoid the blow and use Hinoka's momentum against her.

Hinoka had a passionate relationship with aerial moves and it wasn't getting boring in the slightest. As if like a bird, she rode the air once again hoping that her opponent doesn't try to escape once again. Just as about her elbow would connect with other woman's back, Michiko would demonstrate another feat of athleticism and somersault herself out of the way. "Amazing..." was she could say before landing on the bare canvas once again.

It was such a recurring habit of her doing these high risk moves despite her opponents easily being able to evade them. She stuck with it beleiving that those moves can lead to immediate victory even though it was definitely reckless. After many failed attempts, the redhead's tolerance to the pain increased overtime but she still would be fazed. "There will be another day..." she huffed while curling up on her side.

Even if she was still coming off of the pain of what she'd just been through, Michiko felt emboldened by her success, not to mention the cheers she was now hearing from the crowd as she managed to pull herself away. Even her opponent had to show some admiration for Michiko's athleticism, and when she hopped back to her feet she did so with a smile on her face. It was as though she had received a shot of adrenaline through her escape, and it had re-invigorated her with what she needed to pull through.

Michiko was standing by the ropes when she righted herself, and immediately she knew how she could turn them to her advantage. She ran back into the cables, hoping to let the spring carry her forward enough to drop her on top of Hinoka with an elbow drop!

After making such a blunder, her opponent had free reign to do as she pleased. Hinoka move from a side position onto her stomach before gasping. Outside of slowly dragging her body across the apron, she wasn't able to move at all. She couldn't use her arms and legs to keep Michiko at a distance.

Maybe the somersault was a fluke and Michiko would still be recovering. Hinoka could possibly let her opponent do the work and help carry her up. The redhead would be incorrect as Michiko decided to attempt a high flying manoveure. "Aghhhhhhhhhh!!!" she yelled before sinking into the floor with arms and legs spread as a result of the elbow drop. What will Michiko do next?

As she fell forward to drive the force of her weight into Hinoka's back, Michiko could feel the success of her strike in the resounding thud that went back through her arm, in the rumble of the canvas beneath their two bodies, and in how the redhead seemed to deflate against the ground as a result. It thrilled her, her smile growing wider still as she felt encouraged by the success she was having thus far. And she was sure she could chase this forward.

This attack had been more in line with Hinoka's typical style, even if Michiko hadn't gone quite as high airborne. But now that Hinoka was downed and stunned, she was keen to follow it with a move more typical of herself. Rolling on top of the winded Hinoka, Michiko held her sides between her thighs before she hooked her fingers under her chin, wrenching backward on her head and back with a camel clutch!

Hinoka lost a bit of feeling in her body after the wicked elbow drop. Her situation was becoming rather dire as Michiko had free reign to do as she pleased. The redhead had her legs draped before being forced into the camel clutch. "Arghhhhhhhhhh!!!" she yelled as she felt pain from her chin to her spine. This was the worst time to regain feeling in her body.

Obviously reaching the ropes was out of the question with how her arms were. Endurance would be the key factor in surviving this hold. The referee came over to check on the two. "Do you give up Hinoka?" the official asked. "NOOOOO!!!" the redhead immediately responded. A single submission wasn't enough to make her kneel. She tried bucking the lilac haired wrestler off her like a bull.

Now her fingers were hitched around Hinoka's chin, and Michiko wasted no time in putting on the torque she now had the means to exploit. Clenching her teeth to focus herself, she tensed her thighs tighter around Hinoka's body to put some pressure on her sides as well. She wanted to push her strength to its highest here!

Hinoka, however, was by no means willing to give in. As soon as the ref checked in with her, she was quick to power through the pain, throwing her full weight up to rattle Michiko's position atop her. With a yelp, Michiko went rolling off to the side and onto her back, with Hinoka's determination overpowering even her seemingly ironclad defenses!

"You are not going to break me that easily!" Hinoka kept her thoughts to herself as she punished by the agonising camel clutch. She was rather impressed with how Michiko used her thighs to control her weight but this was far from the appropriate to make a compliment. "I won't be tapping out...even if I'm split in two" she muttered upon shaking Michiko off.

"Urgh..." it was rather miraculous that her spine didn't snap. The redhead lied on her knees, reaching behind her back to check if anything is dislocated. She didn't need to use force on herself but her body was rather sore and needed some time to recover.

Michiko had been holding the position as long as she could, and she was sure she had inflicted some damage that way. She would have expected many opponents to have tapped out by that point, yet Hinoka had stood the test regardless. She had to admire such a stern will in her foe. But they were still here to compete - and Michiko wasn't about to back down. As she got to her own knees, she looked back at her opponent with a confident smirk. "We'll see how close we come to that, then!" she shouted in reply.

Having been the one applying the hold instead of the one it was being applied to, it would come as little surprise that Michiko was in a better place to react than Hinoka was. Figuring the redhead would need time to recover, Michiko was already on her way to strike back. She ran for the ropes, using them to build momentum before she came back Hinoka's way. If Hinoka was still grounded, Michiko would extend her knee, aiming to connect it with her face!

"You wouldn't dare" Hinoka shouted back suggesting that she is going to have a clean streak for the remainder of the match. Of course Michiko was the more flexible of the two at the moment as the worst thing she been through was being bucked off. Hinoka's words may be just a bluff as she was about to receive a hard knee to the face.

Her opponent was approaching her at an alarming rate. The redhead looked rather vulnerable but still mobile. Taking a deep breath, Hinoka thrusted her body upward before rolling herself to the side. As a result she was able to avoid the knee. If Michiko continued running past her, then the redhead would stretch one of her own legs to the side hoping to trip Michiko
