An Unexpected Visitor W/Arjuna

Cali was well within her usual workout as she benched pressed heavy metal on her shoulders with relative ease. The rookie had been making a name for herself as of late due to her brute power and Cali looked to continue building on that reputation as she hoped to replace the excess fat with pure muscle. Bare toes gripped the black mat underneath as she did one final rep before dropping the bar behind her and sighed out of relief.

Dana went for the gym, thinking about working up a sweat for a bit. She wore her gym outfit which accentuate her mature figure, and she could tell that many eyes were on her as she arrived at the gym. She chuckled, thinking that despite her age, she definitely still got it.

Once she arrived, she looked around her, deciding on what to do first. As she scanned her surroundings, she saw someone whom she rather recognized; a woman whom she had faced in the ring before. "Oh my..." she said, bringing her hand onto her cheek before she moved towards her.

"Hello there..." Dana went to greet the woman, Cali. Outside of the ring, Dana acted like many women around her age. While she might have a tendency to tease others even outside the ring, she was definitely nicer when she didn't put on her wrestling outfit.

Cali turned around to see Dana standing right next to her. Images of their first match together where Dana dominated Cali so thoroughly. She took looked deep into Dana's eyes as she took a swig of water.

"What can I do for you?" Cali asked flatly.

Dana just smiled as she heard Cali's question. She tried to reassure her that she had no ulterior motive here. "Oh, don't mind me. I'm just here to work out, that's all..." she said in a pleasant-sounding tone.

"Though if you don't mind having a talk with an old lady like me, then I'd be pretty happy," Dana added as she thought about the kind of workout that she wanted to do first.

Cali cocked her head to the side at the pleasant voice Dana was using. "Y'know last time we talked, you were saying some nasty stuff about me. What's with the sudden change in tone?" Cali asked while crossing her arms over her chest. "Whatever, what do you want to talk about?"

Dana just shrugged. "Oh, that was me in the ring. And this is me outside the ring. Got to maintain my character while in the ring, you know?" She winked at her former opponent.

When she heard Cali's second question, she thought about it for a bit. "Well... not sure yet. Why don't you tell me more about yourself?" Dana asked.

Cali took another swig from her water bottle. "Well if you are actually interested, I used to be a cosplayer before doing wrestling. Used to be much heavier too, but I was suggested by my trainers at the wrestling dojo I trained in to lose a good chunk of it. It's why I'm here, looking to regain some of that weight back." Cali answered, motioning towards to the machines.

Lately, I feel like I don't belong in the middleweight division and I want to move up."

Dana listened to the younger woman who told her that she used to be a cosplayer, and back then, she was much heavier than she was now. "Huh." Dana took a look at Cali's figure and saw what she meant.

"Well, it's not actually all that bad, you know?" Dana told the younger woman. "Believe me, when I was around your age, I was a middleweight too. Only after I gave birth that I put on some weight..." She giggled to herself as she patted her tummy. "Well, the important thing is your diet, you know? And... try to ask for a doctor's opinion. They know a lot about this stuff," she told Cali. "Not that I'm telling you to take some drugs, but you need to get some supplements too besides eating the right foods and doing the right exercises."

"Nothing that i haven't done already." Cali replied with a smirk. "Still, I've been feeling much better now than I have been in the last couple of weeks. Not just with my weight, but with my wrestling as well."

Dana nodded. "That's good to hear. Well... it's so good to be young, isn't it?" Dana said as she rolled her shoulder a few times. "I'm in my forties now, and I doubt I can keep it up with you youngsters. I mean, I'm already way past my prime, right?" She grinned.

"Still... if I am to be put in the ring, I'm aiming for nothing but winning," she said. "So, what's your plan for your career, Cali? Planning to continue wrestling until you're an old lady?" She asked the younger woman.
