Irena hobbled into the LAW infirmary, limping on her tender ankle and holding her aching knee, trying to furiously blink back her tears. She was still wearing her wrestling uniform, consisting of a sequined sheer white leotard with a short, frilly white skirt, and sheer nude pantyhose, but she was only wearing one boot, as she hobbled along. “Not again,” she thought to herself, “I can’t believe this is happening to me again.”

Years earlier, when a knee injury had shattered Irena’s Olympic dreams, she had cried like a baby. Oh, how she had cried. This was nothing in comparison. True, she had just started at LAW, and her knee and ankle hurt like hell, but nothing felt broken; she should know. “I’ve come back from worse than this,” thought Irena to herself, bravely blinking back her tears, and soldiering on.

The infirmary looked relatively full, and only one doctor seemed to not be concerning herself with any patients. She had to be the sexiest doctor Irena had ever seen. She had luscious ginger hair and full lips, and she was very busty, with her boobs practically bursting out of her uniform. She wore a very short skirt with sexy stockings.

“Hello, nurse?” Irena said, “Could you please help me? My ankle and knee really hurt a lot. I’m in a lot of pain. Could you take a look?”

Surprisingly, and somewhat hilariously despite being officially registered at least in the eyes of LAW, Rangiku had yet to actually have a patient come to her both on their own terms, and on purpose. With all her past encounters thus far either being accidents, or with intent to see head doctor Tsunade Senju, Rangiku found herself somewhat pleasantly surprised by the change, even finding herself with a shocked grin as she turned from her cabinet the moment Irena let herself in.

"Oh my goodness...this looks dreadful..." Her words carrying a awful lot of excitement to them considering their content, Rangiku was quick to assist the beauty both fully into the room, and upon the nearby bed.

Being another looker, it was obvious from the get go Rangiku would most certainly be attempting to leave her mark on another patient. First of all mind, was the issue directly at hand. Leaning greatly towards her, bosom nearly coming out of her top as per the norm, Rangiku's ill hands would fumble about the ankle Irena complained of, massaging it with all the softness of a pissed gorilla.

"So...tell me...is this were it hurts...?"

Irena gingerly lay back on the bed as Rangiku began “massaging” Irena’s hurt ankle through her sheer hose. Unfortunately for Irena, Rangiku’s idea of “massaging” seemed to consistent of painfully squeezing and twisting her ankle in a tight, clawing deathgrip. At first, Irena tried to tough out the intense pain, as she gritted her teeth and clenched her stocking toes, with a few pained whimpers escaping her lips. Soon, though, Irena couldn’t help yelping aloud in pain, as Rangiku kept “massaging” her ankle.

“Ow! Ahh! Ouch! You’re hurting me! Please be gentle!” begged Irena in pain. Irena was therefore completely taken aback when Rangiku asked her “is this where it hurts?” without even bothering to point to a specific spot. The truth was that partially thanks to Rangiku’s “gentle” touch, Irena’s whole ankle felt like it was afire in pain. Yelping “Ouch! Yes, it hurts,” Irena then sarcastically added “What gave it away? Do most of your patients scream ‘Ow! Ouch!’ when they are perfectly fine and dandy?”

Of course, as ever, Rangiku's selective hearing came into play, as her gentle hums to herself seemed to sound out the cries of both agony and sarcasm forced her way. She'd simply be forced to up her motion; either to render the girl placid via her targeting of that injured foot, or via other means. She'd attempt something resembling both.

Still rubbing that foot with all the softness of a cactus, the busty ginger would attempt to shimmy her figure closer to the laying Irena; her side coming closer and closer to her laying patient as the seconds passed.

"Mm..yes...this is quite serious indeed..." Her words seemingly to carry a serious tone to them, as the ginger doctor halted her humming. All seriousness seemed to fade however, as Rangiku attempted to drop her plump and bouncy rear on her patients lap, as if it was nothing!

It was like talking to a wall. A very well-proportioned, well-endowed wall that hummed completely off key. Instead of being gentler with her ankle as Irena had asked, Rangiku began poking at Irena’s hurt ankle with sharp nails. Rangiku apparently already knew exactly where Irena’s ankle hurt, since she seemed to be able to target the most sensitive spots with her sharp nails.

Irena felt like she was being stabbed with sharp cactus needles.

“Ouch! Ok, yes, that’s where it hurts. Right there! Ow! OK! I’m sorry, I hadn’t meant to be cheeky! Ahhh! Your nails! That hurts so much!”

As Irena’s eyes watered in pain, she supposed this was what she got for being sarcastic and making fun of this doctor. She couldn’t take much more of this doctor’s “help.” The good news was that she could see and feel her toes wiggling and clenching in pain underneath her stocking, so hopefully nothing was broken. Maybe she could just get this doctor to give her a painkiller and let her go?

“Ow! Oww! Doc! Thanks! It feels much better now," Irena lied, "Can’t you just prescribe me a painkiller or something?”

Irena felt Rangiku ease up a little bit on her ankle, and she breathed a sigh of relief. But her sigh was choked off, as Rangiku sat down heavily on Irena’s thighs, trapping Irena underneath her. Before Irena could think better of it, given that Rangiku had her trapped, with easy access to her already hurt ankle, the insult was already out of her lips:

“Whoa, doc! I know you’re the one who usually asks this question, but are you sure you’re eating right and getting enough exercise?”

Again, Rangiku only heard what she wanted to hear. If she was actually a keen listener, she'd have considerably less success, with her unique style of 'doctoring' and all.

"Oh, it feels better? Well that's good. This is only the first treatment too..." She'd smirk, albeit not at all hiding the fact she had heard her patient refer to her thick frames weight. Of course, such would earn reprisal from the ginger doctor, who was already keen on reducing the girl to somewhat mush, just like she had with so many before her. All in the name of medicine, of course.

Now sat upon the girls thighs, Rangiku would begin to lean back ever so slightly, inch by inch, as her back came into contact with her patients own chest, soon making it very apparent she intended to lay fully upon the girl. Whilst of course, yanking that injured leg slightly up in-between her own legs, straddling it and rubbing with those far-from-soft hands yet again.

"And how does this feel..." She'd grimace, knowing full well the bend would surely not be painless.

Finally, a response, but, “First treatment?!” groaned Irena in shock. So far, Rangiku’s “treatment” had consisted entirely of painfully squeezing, twisting, poking and scratching Irena’s already hurt ankle. What had she gotten herself into? She winced as she nervously considered what further treatment at the hands of this fat fool of a doctor would do to her already sore ankle. She didn’t have to wait long to find out.

Feeling like the dinosaurs probably felt as they watched that enormous doomsday asteroid slowly descend on their planet, Irena helplessly squirmed underneath Rangiku as the good doctor slowly proceeded to lower her sizeable top half onto poor Irena’s chest. Irena tried to squirm out from under Rangiku, but Rangiku’s heavy ass was already pinning Irena down, and Rangiku was still holding and painfully twisting and stretching Irena’s already hurt ankle. Yelping in pain, Irena was helpless to resist as Rangiku laid down on top of her, crushing Irena’s breasts.

“Huh! Ahh! You’re crushing me! Get Off!” gasped Irena in pain as her breasts were squeezed. To make matters worse, Irena was not wearing a bra, and the sequins of her sheer leotard dug painfully into her breasts as Rangiku crushed them. “Ow! My boobs!” complained Irena “Get off me!”

Pulling that leg up until the point of discomfort even without the fierce scratching and rubbing, Rangiku was having a ball. She was now flat upon her patients front, with her back smoothly grinding over the sizeable chest of Irena, with her hair beginning to dangle in front of the girls face and mouth.

More than aware of the bra-feature of the girl she was giving the great rub down to, Rangiku would jostle and shake a few moments, as if she was getting comfortable atop her human mattress. Now turning her head, she'd release a sultry tone as her cheek began to tickle against Irena's own soft features.

"Ohh...are you not enjoying...this?"

“Ahhh! Ouch! Get off me!” screamed Irena desperately, as she thrashed about underneath Rangiku. Unfortunately, all Irena’s thrashing did was make her own boobs hurt even more, as the sequins in her leotard scratched painfully at her boobs. This was made even worse by Rangiku herself jostling her considerable bulk on top of Irena, adding to Irena’s torment.

Rangiku’s teasing, however, was finally the last straw for Irena, as Irena sputtered in anger “E-Enjoying this?! You crazy stupid bitch! I came in here for a swollen ankle! What kind of quack doctor are you?”

Irena would then put her hands on each of Rangiku’s breasts, as a generous amount of Rangiku’s cleavage poked out around her woefully overmatched bra, and would start digging her sharp nails into Rangiku’s breasts, as she would claw at them mercilessly.

“You think I enjoy getting scratched and clawed and having my boobs hurt? Then why don’t you enjoy this?! Here, have a blast!”

It was rare for Rangiku's odd charms to be fully refused, but it was rarer still for them to receive violent response. Using the injured girl completely as a bed for a moment, Rangiku would but purr as those arms embraced her, before the nails attached at the end of those fingers turned violent.

Letting loose a monstrous howl as the very fabric of her bra was tested, Rangiku only just pulled away in time to avoid both her chest spilling out, and perhaps even the drawing of blood.

"Why...you..." Too caught out from the fact Irena had dared to respond in such a manner, Rangiku stepped a good few feet back from the beauty; covering her chest, as she shot the girl visual daggers.
