Mic Chick had finally gotten her second match in LAW and couldn't be more excited for it. She had just completed her stretches backstage as her opponent was heading to the ring to start up this match. Not having a shred of nervousness, she grabbed hold of her microphone as
I Love Rock & Roll by Joan Jett played, signalling Mic's entrance.
She walked out onto the stage and started to sing the song into the mic, her vibrant, raspy and sexy voice echoing throughout the arena as she waited until the chorus to make her way down the ramp, high-fiving and fist bumping all the fans at ringside. The crowd got pretty loud for her, having seen her debut in a losing, but impressive effort against Hinoka Taiyo and knowing at the very least they'd get an exciting bout out of Mic Chick. The blonde was singing as she made a lap around the ring, eyeing up her green-haired opponent, Gail Whitaker and giving her a wink without missing a single beat in her song. Eventually she entered the ring and the music faded out in time for the rock star to take a moment to bask in the cheers.
Mic Chick glanced around, looking at the loud crowd before looking over at Gail and held out her microphone at her and walking towards the girl with a confident smile on her face shrugging her shoulders. She would then flip her mic and catch it right in front of herself and lift it to her mouth.
"Boys and girls, rockers and rockettes... Let me hear you make some noise!" shouted the showwoman, causing the crowd to boom out loud. Mic shook her head and then stormed over to the ring ropes, moving past Gail and stood on the bottom rope with a foot on the middle and said,
"Maybe you didn't hear me right... I said! Make! Some! Noise!" The crowd got much louder as they cheered, nearly shaking the whole arena itself with their ovation.
The rocker looked over at Gail and grinned, winking at her before hopping off the ropes and addressing the crowd again.
"That's what I love to hear! Now I am ready for a Shout It Out Loud Match, and excuse ne for being a bit presumptuous, Gail, but I'll explain it. That means you get to hear one of us sing out a submission. And if I can be honest with you, I love to sing. Shocker. But there's only one thing I love more than that, and that's winning."
With a wiggle of her eyebrows, Mic Chick stepped towards Gail and continued.
"So as much as I would like to..." Mic cleared her throat and then started to wail out a wicked song,
"Stand up and shout, shout, shout, shout, shooooooout!" The blonde grinned and went back to her regular voice,
"I gotta win. And I'll make it up to all of the people here for not getting to hear your very own concert from yours truly by styling in this ring all over Gail here. Running circles around her to create tornadoes. Flying high enough to feel my wings burn. And moving fast enough that you might miss me when you blink. Yes, you are getting the performance of a lifetime when you have Mic Chick on the stage and that is a guarantee!"
Mic then took a few paces backwards as she smirked at her opponent and then said her final words,
"And if you like the sound of that, let me hear it." The crowd then got loud again with that comment and Chick shrugged her shoulders one last time and concluded.
"Good luck, Gail. Looking forward to hearing those pipes blow some exhaust," she finished, tapping her own throat to accent what she was talking about before dropping the mic and walking backwards to her corner, satisfied with her opening here.
