Punie gave it some thought her legs dangling over the bench as she thought about it then said "why not both isn't a spar technically a workout in its own right"

"You want to spar with me? (Giggles) If so i am fine with that."

Selene then looks around and sees a ring on the other side of the gym,she smirks and walks her way there to enter the ring.

"I guess i ll be waitting you there. Do not dare to quit on me. Hehe"

The girl slides into the ring and do some more stretching before anything to prevent any upcoming injuries.

Punie smiled following her sparing partner to the ring stretching out as well asking "you want a full fledged match or just spar till we're tired"

"I do not mind either way."

Selene replies simply and aproaches her opponent with extended her hands to offer a test of strength and begin their match. The blondie would go all out since she wants to prove who is the best submissionist between them.

Punie knows from the outstretched arms that Selene wanted a test of strength not one to back away from a challenge the princess walks up to her fellow submission artist and locked hands ready to show her a family legacy but notes to her partner "hey Selene I just wanted to say no hard feelings"

"Yea sure. Lets see what you got."

Selene replies with a smirk and lock up her hands with Punie,the girl would try to either outpower her or get a chance for a headlock that would give her the upper hand.
