Danielle Degardin vs. Yui

Danielle was still in the process of recovering when Yui saw fit to send another verbal jab at her. About her nose, and how she might have broken it. Luckily, the Frenchwoman had just about ascertained that it wasn't broken - but that wasn't much of a comfort when she still had Yui bothering her. As she lowered her hands from her face, her eyebrows fixed in a glare into Yui's eyes. But she held her hands at her sides, balled into fists, as she leaned closer to manuever herself into the bluenette's personal space.

"Oh, that's just about the sanest thing you've said so far," she said. "A face as beautiful as mine doesn't deserve to be battered and bruised by the crude and thoughtless fists of you cretins. But you...it's a pity that we can't say the same to someone so hideous."

As soon as the words had left her mouth, Dani got ready to punctuate her statement. She grabbed for the girl's head, moving to throw it down into her outstretched knee!

[Rougue]

Cretins? Yui had no idea what this woman was talking about. Was she even speaking English? Yui wasn't dumb but she wasn't so versed in terms of language. There was still the possibility Dani was making these words up but whatever. Now was not the time thinking about words. It was time to show this idiot her place.

"I am hideous? You are one of the first people who is saying that to me. Usually, others find me rather attractive or better said nearly everyone here. So are you sure you find me ugly or are you just jealous that I don't need tons of make-up on my face to look good for some of the fools around here?"
Yui didn't want to fall for her insults and instead tried to insult the redhead. It worked before and it seemed like this woman was easy to anger.

The other woman then got closer and her hands were going straight for Yui's head. Did she really think some obvious move would work on her at this moment? That soulless person might need to be taught one or two lessons on not to underestimate your opponent. So the German would attempt to sidestep her opponent and go to her right side. Then Yui would attempt to throw her left arm into Dani's chest.

Danielle scoffed, rolling her eyes in response to Yui's retort as she shook her head. There really was nothing more to say. Of course Yui couldn't recognize how ugly she truly was; she'd only been surrounded by philistines like herself who blindly praised her, not knowing true beauty or grace when they saw it. Of course, if they'd been lucky enough to have been graced by Danielle's presence, then they would be witness to a true goddess, of course! Then they would be speaking quite differently!

Still, Dani wasn't about to waste her time educating Yui on her own ugliness - at least, not with her words; her fists worked better for that. She went for the bluenette's head, ready to spike it down into her knee - only for the German woman to dodge out of the way! A gasp of surprise escaped Danielle's lips, as she stood waiting for the impact that never came. But an impact did come, as Yui struck out from her right, sending Danielle coughing as she bent forward!

"Oh, you think you're so smart, don't you..." she growled. Turning towards Yui as soon as she righted herself, Danielle tried to take her down with a shoulder charge!

This time Dani didn't reply to Yui. Which made the bluenette a bit sad. She liked it to talk with her opponents especially when they were dumb bitches with an ego taller than themselves. After all, talking was one of her best strategies with nearly every one of her enemies and until know she always found their weaknesses with this. Attacking people verbally was so much more effective than doing it with your bare hands. The funny thing was that most people don't even recognize that they are trapped. It worked almost all the time when Yui did her mind games.

As the redhead got to Yui the bluenette was disappointed that she would attack with such an easy attack. That Dani even though she would hit with this felt like an insult to her. Even when this redhead thought Yui would be dumb could she still do a few more complex attack but when she wanted to underestimate Yui than so be it. As a result, Yui made a well-placed slam with her forearm into her opponent's chest.

From the impact, her opponent coughed which made Yui smile. Despite that attack, however, Dani didn't seem to understand her mistake. The German smirked at Dani.
"Oh no. I don't think I am so smart but I am definitely way smart than you ."
Yui answered and Dani replied with a charge right into Yui.

"Grrr..."
The blue haired woman would groan in pain as the shoulder of her opponent connected with her stomach. She would bend forward and stumble backward. Yui would attempt to hold her footing and not fall down on the ground after that attack. Dani might not be the brightest light but no matter the opponent it was always a bad thing to be the only one on the ground.
"Ghh...That was maybe the first good thing you have done in this fight. Hehe."

That actually hit! At last, some good was being done! Danielle smiled a little, content to get a shot off on Yui. Yes, maybe she truly wasn't as big as she talked after all. That would be good. Perhaps she would even be able to teach this fool a lesson when this was through. Danielle chuckled to herself and waggled her fingers with excitement at the mere thought.

Still, she could probably do without the sass from Yui. Even when she had landed a shoulder charge right into the German's gut, Yui still remained standing - and worse, she was throwing lip back at Danielle for her efforts, like she still didn't take her seriously! Growling, Dani stomped a foot on the canvas, one hand balling into a fist. "Hmph! You think that's good, do you?" The comment did play to Danielle's ego - but she needed more. "I'm just beginning!"

She saw that Yui was stunned - and this was something she could take advantage of. Before the bluenette could react, Danielle went to dart around behind her, and from here, she would try to lock in a sleeperhold, tightening her arm around her neck!

Yui got hit by her opponent's attack which sends her a few steps back. It hurt a bit but mostly because she had to take a knee into her abs before. She could deal with it but the feeling of pain was still there. It even stunned her for a few seconds but that was it. Perhaps the redhead might even think that this would get her an advantage. What an idiot but the bluenette had an idea for a surprise attack if everything would work correctly.

The German woman chuckled as her opponent stomped down on the canvas with her foot because of the comment Yui was making. It seems like that this was getting Dani a bit more pumped up. It would be good when the redhead would finally start because it could get way to easy if that what she showed would be everything.

Her opponent then started to go towards Yui once again. The bluenette would keep a close eye on her to not get accidentally caught off guard because that would be embarrassing. But whatever. Dani got around Yui and close to her backside. Yui wasn't dumb and carefully watched her steps so the moment Dani would be behind her Yui would attempt to turn around on her right leg and lift up her left one in an attempt to kick Dani into her ribs with a good and old roundhouse kick.

When the kick would hit the target Yui would grin down at her foe.
"You said you are just getting started? Then better make it quick and show what you can do or else I am running over you just like that. Oh and one other thing, just because you hit me once doesn't mean it will work again so easily."

Danielle, bless her heart, didn't quite seem to know just how much more experience Yui had in the ring than she did. All this time she thought she was on top of it, that she was the new big thing, and that Yui had to watch out for her. As she circled around behind the blue-haired girl to wrap an arm around her throat, Dani grinned wide, thinking that she was a master tactician and that Yui would have no idea what was coming for her.

Except, as Danielle would learn all too well, that wasn't exactly true. No sooner had she gotten behind Yui that her opponent lashed out with a kick that nailed her in the side, and she went stumbling back, bending over forward with a cough. Her eyes narrowed in frustration. What a cheap shot, she thought to herself! That clearly wasn't fair; how could Yui have reacted so quickly? She must have...someone watching from the sidelines and coaching her, that was it! That had to be true!

And she had the nerve to keep taunting her, at that! Danielle grit her teeth, snarling. Oh, she was really in for it now, she thought. If Yui thought that she could play these kind of games with her, then Dani would show her what she did with people who thought they were too smart for their own good. Unfortunately, she didn't exactly have a good comeback for this, beyond angrily glowering. But she didn't need one. Rolling straight off her momentum, Danielle ran for Yui again to try and hit her with a clothesline from behind.

[Rougue]

This woman must be completely delusional. Thinking that Yui would just wait there and get attacked from behind without noticing the redhead even once. Yui wasn't a newbie anymore. She was already an advanced fighter who wouldn't fall for blunt plans. Maybe the bluenette should teach her a lesson about the difference in their fighting experience.

The redhead didn't even seem to have something to say to Yui. That she would start so fast to shut her mouth was new. Normally her opponent's would talk back a bit longer but the German didn't mind that. Even when Dani wasn't talking back she knew that her words hit her opponent. It was easy to see on the expression Dani had on her face.

Apparently, the other woman didn't seem to have learned even one thing from her previous attack. Once again Dani tried to attack Yui from behind and Yui would turn her head so that she always had her opponent at least with one eye in her field of vision. The German would just wait until the redhead was close to her again and then she would attempt to go down on her knees and out of the way of her opponent.

If this would work again the blue-haired woman would attempt to stretch out her right leg so that Dani would hopefully trip over it and fall down on the canvas. When successfully executed Yui would stand up again on her feet and look down on her opponent.
"You aren't someone who learns from their mistakes aren't ya? If you still think you can hit me by attacking me from behind or just running straight at me you are wrong. With such easy and predictable attacks, you will never be able to hit me even once. So in case, you want to have any presence in this fight start to think, idiot or else I am going to finish you far quicker than I anticipated."

Even before it landed, Danielle could feel the impact land. The resounding thwack of her arm right between Yui's shoulder blades, the quaking of the canvas beneath her feet as she fell flat on her face. She could practically even hear Yui begging for mercy, melting away in tears of shame as she was forced to admit that she was obviously far out of her league and would never, ever be as good as Danielle and wouldn't even try and-

Wait. The impact didn't hit. Did she just. Duck? She could do that?

Danielle paused. That wasn't supposed to happen! This was supposed to shut the insolent little brat up, dammit! The Frenchwoman clenched her teeth, starting to form the words - and it was then she realized that her center of gravity had been shifted, as in the middle of her blind charge, she had tripped right over Yui's outstretched leg. A second later, it was Danielle who landed flat on her face, coughing and shaken from the landing.

And then the bluenette had the nerve, the sheer gall, to keep throwing taunts at Dani! She spoke to her like she was a child, like she didn't even know how to take care of herself - and Danielle hated every moment of it. Her teeth grit, and her breaths started to quicken with rage. She had had more than enough of this, and it was long overdue that she started to put Yui in her place.

"An idiot? You would call ME an idiot?!" she said, her fists quaking and hungry to hit something. "I'll have you know I attended one of the most prestigious universities in France, and what do you have to say to your name? I only see a brainless brute who thinks hitting people is enough of a qualification! I think you're just jealous!"

Danielle started to rise as she continued on her rant. Hopefully, her words would do a good enough job at distracting Yui, as in the middle of her speech she went to lash out behind her with an elbow aimed for Yui's chest. If that hit, her next move would be to whip the German towards the ropes.

[Rougue]

Probably thinking that Yui didn't notice the attack that was coming to her the redhead run straight at Yui. Since she knew what was about to happen it didn't take much effort to dodge the incoming attack. To make it even better Yui let Dani trip over her leg and make the red-haired idiot fall down on her face.

Because she was no esper or something like this Yui had no idea what was going through this woman's head but she really wanted to know this because she might think that there was no way Yui could have evaded that attack so easily or that she will make the bluenette shut up or another ridiculous thing. However, it couldn't take to long anymore before Dani would realize that she is completely outmatched. Dani hit her a few times but Yui could come back from it and attack this woman quite easily.

While the redhead was laying on the ground Yui was able to see that her fist was shaking which only made the bluenette smile more. As Dani argument that she wasn't an idiot, Yui just rolled with her eyes. Every person could say that she was in a good school or so but only a few could actually show that they are smart. Defending yourself with some bottomless arguments were making Yui chuckle and even laugh a bit.

"Haha. Do you think that this is impressive? At first, you just attended. So does that mean you don't have a degree because even they were too stupid? Secondly, being smart doesn't depend solely on your degree. You should at least have some practical proof of your intelligence but I doubt an idiot like you has one."

Yui was laughing pretty loudly at her opponent now while Dani was getting up on her feet. Soon the German stopped her laughter as an elbow hit her chest.
"Nghh!"
The German made a painful groan and crossed her arms in front of her chest. Yui would start to groan at her but before she could attack her Dani used the moment to throw her into the ropes.

However, Yui wasn't taking this so easily. She wanted to show Dani that no matter how hard she would strike the bluenette would come back at her even more painful. So the moment Yui made contact with the ropes she would use the moment and bounce back. With her speed, Yui would run at Dani and then attempt to land a clothesline move against the redhead's chest to send Dani down on the ground where she belongs.
