Jessica Wright vs. Jun Saejima

Jessica watched as Jun approached. The woman was an expert at the mental side of the game, and Jessica felt that Jun was always a step or two ahead of the game all night long. Jessica knew that she had to change that if she had any chance at pulling this one back. Her shoulders were raised as her opponent neared her. She breathed in. The Violent Violet knew that she could not just react. She would have to play hard, but she was going to have to play smart as well.

Then it came. A kick to Jessica's side. Jessica deftly caught it, and the hairs on the back of her neck raised themselves. This was not the only attack of the move. Sure enough, Jun contorted her body expertly and another kick rose up to try and greet the side of her head. The last kick had already rattled her quite a bit and another one was sure to send her into la la land. That was something that Jessica could not abide.

So she went into action. She ducked down as quickly as she could, which meant that Jun's kick went sailing over her head. Jessica would have breathed a sigh of relief had she not been in motion. The Violent Violet moved to capitalize on the situation given that she still had Jun's leg. She stepped over Jun's body and pulled Jun's leg into a single leg Boston crab!

As expected, the leg feed went on smoothly, which allowed Jun to perform the next phase of her attack, which was an enzuigiri. But much to her surprise, Jessica managed to deftly avoid the attack, with her leg passing over her head without hitting her. And with Jessica still holding her by her leg, there wasn't much she could do but try to kick her legs, but it wasn't enough to stop her opponent from putting her in a single leg Boston crab.

"Nrghhh!!" Jun grunted as Jessica locked her in the hold. Gritting her teeth, she was starting to feel the pain from the hold, but she wasn't one to easily surrender this early in this match. So, she would push onto the mat before attempting to drag herself towards the nearest ropes, hoping to give herself a rope break so that she could be released from this hold.

Just to make it more difficult for Jessica to maintain the hold, Jun would also try to kick her legs, hoping that her opponent wouldn't be able to maintain the pressure on the hold, making it much easier for the Japanese martial-artist to escape or reach the ropes.

The crowd could not help but let out a little bit of excitement as Jessica executed the move seamlessly. Jessica's economy of motion made the move elegant, and her strength made the move brutal. The Violent Violet found herself in a dominant position and could not help but smile at the fact. Jessica felt like for the first time in a while she was sitting pretty.

And then Jun had to go and ruin her delusions. So far, the martial artist's moves were quick and concentrated, but now she was acting on impulse. Jessica had to admit it was effective, however, especially given how Jun was moving the duo to the ropes. In all honesty, Jessica was just happy that she avoided the kick and had avoided some damage.

Jessica relinquished Jun's leg and took a few steps away from her opponent. She steeled herself once more. The Violent Violet knew that she had gotten lucky once, and it was time to see if lightning would strike twice.

Jun managed to avoid the worst of it by kicking her legs, which forced Jessica to let go of her foot. Grunting, the Japanese martial-artist would then get herself back up on her feet and turn to face her opponent. Jessica had shown to be quite skilled, which was something that Jun had to admit. But, she didn't plan to lose to her, so she would get herself to move in order to take her opponent down.

This time, Jun would get into a stance, inching herself closer and closer towards Jessica before she went to go for a lock up with her opponent again, hoping to give herself enough time to come up with a perfect strategy to counter whatever Jessica would throw at her next.

The moment was rising. Jessica could feel it. The hair on the back of her neck would have stood up had the copious amounts of sweat pouring down her back not kept it all down. She was breathing harder. This match had taken a lot out of her so far, and she knew that it was going to take even more. Something dark coalesced in the back of her head. She wondered if it was going to take too match out of her, and she would slide down deeper into the pit.

She would not allow that. Jessica eyed Jun as she approached, and moved forward herself. Jun lashed out to lock Jessica up, and the Violent Violet gladly accepted. The Korean girl proved herself to be quite the trickster, but Jessica recognized that she had the upper hand when it came to strength. And Jessica was going to be damn sure that she was going to use it. Using one hand to keep Jun close, she tried to get in closer and send a few elbows to the side of Jun's head!

As soon as both women locked up with each other in a grapple, Jun was looking to transition quickly into an armlock in order to weaken her opponent's arms, but it seemed that Jessica had a plan of her own as she sent a few elbows right to the side of her head. "Urgh! Aughh! Mrghh!!" The hits rattled her head, and she had no choice but abandon the plan that she had formulated earlier in order to keep the damage to the minimum.

Jun would try to move back, breaking the lock up between the two of them as she would hold onto the spot where she was hit. But she wasn't going to take these hits without giving Jessica something in return, so a few seconds after moving back, the Japanese martial-artist planned to bring up one leg in order to try hitting Jessica right into her belly, hoping to hit her with a trust kick.

Jessica was feeling pretty good. Her elbows had sunk in, and Jessica was going for broke. The Violent Violet kept pushing and probing with her assaults. Jessica was employing all of her strength, and she felt the power reverberate in her own arms. Sweat flew off of her body. In her mad strikes, she was holding nothing back, and she was sure that the martial artist felt her dark passion in the worst possible way. Sure enough, Jun disengaged, which made Jessica feel like a champion in the making.

She dropped her guard, and sneered at her opponent. "What? You can't-HRRGH!" Take it. Those were the words that were cut off. A hard kick slammed into her gut, causing her to double over and stagger backwards at the same time. Once again, in her hubris, Jessica had underestimated her opponent and paid dearly for it. Her purple eyes were not angry any more. They were hurt.

Jun smiled as she managed to hit Jessica with a kick to her gut. Shaking her head slightly to alleviate the pain that she got earlier, the Japanese martial-artist would try to seize this chance to attack her opponent. Seeing Jessica doubling over and staggering back, Jun would get close to her and grab onto that head of hers.

Without wasting any second, Jun would try to nail a knee strike right into the forehead of the violet-haired wrestler, hoping that the impact of the knee strike would take her down, giving her more edge over her in this match.

Just when Jessica thought she was starting to get back into this match, things started going disastrously. The Violent Violet was still recovering from the blow to the stomach when her head was grabbed. She knew that whatever was coming next was not going to be good for her, and that it was also going to be coming fast. Her purple eyes went wide as the knee rose to her, hard and fast. She breathed in, and hoped for the best.

Immediately, she fell back to the mat. Jessica clung on to consciousness, but it was only by the skin of her teeth. She closed her eyes, not able to bear the harsh lights of the arena. She was laying out, spread eagle, breathing hard. She could not remember the last time she had gotten her bell rung this much, and this hard.

Smashing her knee right into the head of her opponent, Jun managed to bring Jessica down into the mat, laid out in an eagle spread fashion. Letting out a huff, Jun would take her time walking around her opponent, standing before her head before bending down, grabbing Jessica's head in order to pull her up. After pulling Jessica into a seated position, she would get herself on her knees behind her as she would wrap her arms around her head, looking to put her in a sleeper hold.

Such a hold wasn't spectacular-looking, but she knew that it would serve its purpose in weakening her opponent. She wanted to make sure to weaken her opponent first with the sleeper hold. In a best case scenario, she could even knock her opponent out with the hold, though she knew it was still early for that to happen.
