Kyle would stretch himself a little bit. He didn´t warm himself up yet, but he would wait until his partner for the evening would show up so they could do it together. He did get in a argument with one of the official´s in law. But instead of getting into trouble he and the official did agree to figure it out in the gym. Kyle did get the keys for the palce from a friend meaning no one would be around to distract them or hold them back.
The boy would wait for a bit longer looking around. He didn´t turn all the lights because he did though some would be just enough.
He was wondering how they were planning on finding out who the tougher one would be…
The pink haired boy was wearing a white shirt and a pair of red training shorts. He would jump up and down waiting like a little kid for suits.

Tsunade wondered what that silly boy must be thinking as she chanced into her purple suit.As it would only cover her torso as their was an small gap which exposed her belly button and would go up towards her neck.Showing a bit of cleavage as an result as she walked into the gym.As she looked around she noticed the pinkette was already doing some stretching as she would yell out ''so why did you make me come here? The boy would smirk for a moment when he saw the woman enter the room… but his smirk would disappear suddenly when he saw what she was wearing. She was wearing some kind of very reviling swimsuit, that all the sudden made him feel a bit tensed. The boy was trying his best not to stare at all the skin Tsunade was showing right now. But damn she was looking even better than he though… He would wait for a moment until she was coming closer when he wanted to welcome her. He was just about to say something when the woman was all the sudden yelling at him. He would grind his teeth for a moment when he heard her nickname for him. He would count down inside his head to calm himself again before looking up with a smile on his face.
“hey that are just the blood tests. When I remember right otherwise you gave me a pass on the medical test.” He would stand tall jumping up and down on his toe for a moment. “meaning that I would be actually clear to fight in a match when the blood tests come back. I think that is good enough for a little fun in the gym, some sparring. And if I recall right you and I wanted to find out who of us was the tougher one…” He would stop jumping up and down. “or do you want to use the blood test as a easy excuse to get out of this one?”

Tsunade would just smirk as she got closer as it was easy to tell where the male was looking at right now.As she was showing off plenty of skin , and like any healthy male he would stare at her breasts.Still when he mentioned the blood tests she just smirked as he gave her the perfect argument to use against him.

''Really the bloodtest would be the easy excuse to get out of this.Don't you know how many diseases you could give to others.As for all I know you got something that harmless for you but deadly to others.So without calling you out on your actions in private with other men or woman in the bedroom you have to just wait unless you are certain that you got nothing in your bloodstream that could hurt me''.replied the blond in an teasing tone as she stayed on the outside.

Kyle would rise his eyebrow. “I know that I could transfer lot of really harmful stuff to woman in some ways and that this stuff can be detected by a simple blood test…” he would take a short break for a moment. “but I thought we did meet here to find out who the fitter of us is… I did think we find this out by lifting some weights, belly punching wrestling and stuff like that…”
He would smirk at the woman. “with what intentions did you come here?” He would say stepping closer to the woman.

“because you can´t measure toughness directly with how much a person can lift or not. It might have something do to with it but it isn´t the main thing. So when I want to do some contact with you I didn´t want to get in any trouble, for either beating up a older woman or a law official… so I didn´t call you into the law gym when it was open and someone could have seen us. “ kyle would smirk. “but when you want to make sure. I did a blood test before joining up with law. This one sadly doesn´t count for the ring clearance but I am fully fit and ready to go so don´t worry!” he would tease the other fighter. “you don´t need to be afraid to touch me. And we can go as far as we want without holding back!” he would say, with wide open arms. “but I am not forcing you to stay here you can just go back home if you want!”

HE would then stretch his arms. “so why don´t we start off with something more simple?” He would look around for a moment, then looking back to the mature woman. He would point right over to the bench. “why don´t we do this, benchpressing? A little test who is stronger, and a great warm up before we yank things up a notch and go inside the ring!” he would say turning around to walk over to the bench. He would stand behind it grabbing a few, of the weights. “So ladies first…”, he would tease her. “with how much do you want to start?”
