Middleweight Championship Match: Tracy "Circus Cat" Canon vs Tina "Tigress" Armstrong(c) - Coming of Age

Tina was slumped against the ropes holding her title belt, barely able to stand as she heard some noise behind her. A shocked Tina looked back and her jaw dropped as she saw Navi attacking Tracy! Tina gave it her all just to set the belt down on the canvass, pushing off the ropes to make her way over to Navi as she got up.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" Tina screamed at the top of her lungs, a look of disgust etched on her face. She shoved Navi in the chest as hard as her tired, worn out body could trying to get between her and Tracy. "What are you doing out here? If you are trying to get a title shot you are going about it all wrong you friggin' idiot! Seriously what the hell are you trying to accomplish with this bullshit?" Tina asked again, shaking her head.

Driving Tracy into the canvas was incredibly satisfying to Navi...especially with the feeling that, whether backstage or at home, Kat would see this match, and see her attacking her student...and she will know that she doesn't give a crap about Tracy, that she is only doing this to get back at her.

Naturally, given the respectful showcase prior to Navi's attack, Tina wouldn't accept an attack on her challenger without protest, shoving the blonde for attacking the Circus Cat in such a cowardly manner.

As the blonde was moved a few paces away from Tigress, Navi caught a look of the gold slung over the woman's shoulder...

...and while Kat was priority No 1 for her, she felt she could always torment her more later.

Tina, on the other hand, was unlikely to be the champ forever. And she wouldn't get another chance to avenge her loss to the Tigress from the tourney.

With that antagonistic logic in mind, Navi would lunge at the tired Tigress with a Lou Thesz Press, knocking her down on her back! With the blonde mounted on top of Navi would proceed to send hard right hands into the brunette champion's skull!

Tina didn't get any sort of verbal or logical response from Navi, a women whom she respected after working out with her and having a match with her before. Instead Navi repaid Tina with a successful attack! Tina went down and had her face pummeled a few times jarring her! Tina tried to cover up bringing her arms up to block the attacks but the damage was done. The match took a ton of of the champion already and Navi's tackle as well as spot on early punches left Tina in a daze, her laying on her back covering up the most she could do at this point!

As Navi laid waste to both the champion and challenger, it was becoming abundantly clear to everyone in the arena. Navi had wordlessly trespassed into this special event, into this moment shared between two women who were already heated rivals going into this contest!

The longer the antagonistic, abrasive blonde went on her rampage, the more sense it made for her to be here. The commentators at ringside would explain in detail how Katherine Hart was a woman Navi was not a fan of. The relationship between Katherine Hart and Navi Florges was probably the most heated, most intense rivalry on the LAW roster. It stemmed all the back from before the company got off the ground. It only made sense that Navi would eventually come after someone like Tracy when she was at her weakest. When coupled with the chance to make one heck of a statement by decking the champ...well both members of the SWAT Cats would be bashing their heads against the wall later that night in frustration upon coming to the realization that they should have seen something like this coming.

Despite these auspicious odds for Navi Forges, both Tina and Tracy were standout members of the company's middleweight division. Although Tracy could barely stand, she wasn't about to lay there idle while Tina, a woman she was finally warming up to, was hammered into the canvas like she were roadkill. No! The Circus Cat trembled as she pushed herself up to all fours. With a scowl on her face and ire in her eyes directed at the Florges in her first time meeting her, she'd kick off the canvas and propel her tired, battered frame at the blonde villainess to try and save the champ by shoving Navi off Tina's frame with a quick, low angle Spear! If the move hit, Tracy would roll off the Navi's frame and lay there next to here disoriented and semi-conscious, pushed well past her limit as a result of fatigue and exhaustion from the match and this cowardly ambush!

"I'll deal with you later, Tigress...for now...!"

Right as Navi's attention would switch from Tina to Tracy, the Circus Cat was already up, and aiming herself for the blonde!

But, likely due to Tracy's fatigue from a very hard fought match, and Navi's relative freshness, the villainous blonde was more than prepared for Circus Cat's attack, catching her head under her arm, and snapping a Front Facelock into the woman's head, digging her arm into her neck to slow down the blood flow to her head:

"In case she misses this, tell your fucking teacher that I am coming for her soon. If she does see it...well...then keep on being useless"

With final insult, Navi lifted Tracy up into the air, and slammed the Circus Cat hard into the ground with a Vertical Suplex!

A fresh Tracy would have been more than enough to keep Navi occupied. Unfortunately, LAW's resident miscreant picked her battles well, not honorably or nobly, but well in that Florges was often at an advantage when it came to fights that she instigated, herself. The Circus Cat threw herself headlong with all the force she could muster. The officials on the outside of the ring began to increase in number as they swarmed to yell at Navi to try and shout her away.

Nevertheless, the stubborn rebel persisted. She had ample time to turn around and catch Tracy in a Facelock. Florges stood her ground. Her feet skid against the mat as she stifled Tracy's charge and took her time sending a personal message before lifting the redhead into the air with a quick but effective Suplex!

Tracy would wordlessly fall to the canvas. She did what she could to help out her friend- to help the champ, to get one over on one of her mentor's most twisted rivals. But in the end, Tracy was caught in the crossfire. At the very least, the luchadora was able to buy time for Tina to recover. The stadium went abuzz with clamor as Navi's words echoed out during replays.

Was Florges was here for the middleweight belt? Was she here for Kat? Was she here to be a straight-up douche? In the SWAT Cats' book, she was checking off all those boxes....

Alaina was in the back, watching the match on TV wearing a white/pink Hello Kitty t-shirt, jeans and sneakers. She had just watched an impressive title match, and was proud of Tina for going at it without Alaina being there. However, after the match she saw Navi appear. Navi was a woman Alaina trained a bit at the very end of her career and during her retirement. Navi had all the talent a woman wrestler could ever want.... but she made rash, boneheaded decisions that drove Alaina nuts.

She was watching one that too the cake. As Navi came out and began attacking both Tina and Tracy Alaina knew they were too worn out to defend themselves against a woman like Navi. As Navi had taken both women down Alaina appeared at the top of the ramp, the old mom rushing down and into the ring. Alaina slide underneath the ropes and moved in at the smaller woman, grabbing her by the hair and tossing her across the ring and away from the other two women whom had just fought in a title match!

"What the HELL are you doing Navi?! What the hell is wrong with you?" Alaina asked, staring Navi down and standing between her and the others. "Why are you attacking people and blindsiding them?" Alaina asked angrily, demanding answers right here and now!

With Navi done with Tracy, she wanted to pose one more time to the booing crowd, with her putting her boot on top of the downed champion to make her message loud and clear...

...until, suddenly, she would hear cheers from the crowd, and before she could turn around, she felt her blonde mane being tugged on!

With a yelp, she was tossed to the other side of the ring, turning around she would see the face of her assailant:

Alaina Sanders.

She growled as she saw her old teacher come to the defence of her protege. Her words were falling on deaf ears, as Navi would simply reply: "I am not here for you...".

Speaking that, she would quickly slip under the ring ropes, and, in case Alaina would give chase, she would attempt to shuffle into the crowd, attempting to make sure the Amazon would lose her no matter what...

Alaina heard Navi's words and kept her stare focused on the woman. "I know that, but what you are doing is insane! What got into you!?" Alaina asked, only to watch Navi slip away. Alaina stayed in the ring to keep an eye on the two women who just fought one another only to be attacked afterward by someone else.

She made her way over to them and tried to help them up one at a time. Alaina pulled Tina up and the champ hobbled over to the rope, the champ leaning with her arms draped over as her legs alone didn't seem up to the task of keeping her up on her feet.

Alaina made her way over to Tracy and offered a hand. "Hey, are you all right? Let me help ya up okay?" Alaina said with as much of a smile as she could muster.

Navi's hit and run had ended abruptly. The shifty blonde left on sight upon Alaina's arrival. The Amazon's presence was cheered by fans. Many had hoped to see the scuffle continue so that Navi could be put in her place, but predictably, and perhaps prudently, she chose to flee the ring and blend into the crowd before leaving the arena.

Alaina opted to tend to her protege and to Tracy instead of pursuing their attacker. After helping Tina to the rope, Alaina extended a hand to the downed luchadora to help her up. Tracy got the worst of Navi's assault. But after shaking her aching head and frame, she grabbed hold of Sanders' hand and slowly pulled herself up. The redhead would lean her plump, weary, and tired frame against Alaina's for balance.

"Y-yeah. Don't worry about me....I've had sushi with more backbone in it than her...." Tracy said audibly between groans as Alaina helped her. Tracy would smile and thank Alaina for having her back, especially when they hadn't exactly met on the best of terms. She had a new found respect for The Amazon. And a new rival in Navi, who seemed to set her sights on The SWAT Cats and the Thundergirls. No one was sure what the next encounter would look like or who would come after whom. But one thing was certain: this would be the first encounter of many...
