Reciting The LAW - Re-Cap Special Event Discussion

Yohoho. So having finally snagged the event spots (one of which will finally be the Tokyo Brawl), I've opted to throw out an idea for another event too.

Or rather, an event (set out like a PPV) that brings focus to everything that's been done here so far! Past-events, special match-ups and belts, to be precise!

Working name as of now is 'Reciting The LAW, with near enough everything I can think of been featured on the card. If there's something I've missed, please point it out. But as of now, here is the list so far of things I'm hoping to include. This isn't a card order, just a general list.

Italics for people whom I'm hoping would run it given it's either their belt/event, or I think they are the most relevant. (Brackets for ideas for that specific thing.)
